I would like to comment on the pleasure of doing business with the owner of this particualar condo at Southbay. I have stayed in different units for 4 years now (rented through Southbay). This is my 1st time renting from an individual owner and it has been a delight. He has been helpful, informative and truly wants us to enjoy our stay. Thank you in advance for everything. I shall return to your guestbook after our stay to report that this year will probably have been our best ever. You have already made us feel more than welcome!!
