| We just finished the best family vacation we have ever had and we could not have done it without your wonderful home and all the help you gave us with everything! It is so close to the amazing pool which is where we spent a great deal of time because the kids fell in love with it. It is the biggest pool we have ever seen! We spent every morning on the front porch with our coffee and met some great people. Seacrest is a big place but your home is so close to everything that it felt very cozy. No long walks to get to anything. The matresses are more comfortable than those we have at home and no one wanted to leave. This was really like being a guest in someone's beautiful home vs. merely a rental property. We all felt the love you put into it. We WILL be back next year. Thanks again! |

"A Class Act" is exactly what it's name implies. It is spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. We had EVERYTHING that we could have possibly needed and more!! We'll definitely be back next year.

Richard and I absolutely love your home! It is not only a beautiful class act, but it is very comfortable. You furnished everything imaginable. We love cooking, and your kitchen was well supplied and georgeous. Seacrest Beach is a wonderful place to stay. I have already
recommended your home to several people and my sister is very interested! Next time we visit, we'd
like to stay at least two weeks.

I stayed here during June '07 and had an absolutely
wonderful time! The house is fabulous, well
maintained, spacious, and luxurious. The pool was
literally a two block walk-probably the biggest and
most gorgeous pool I've ever seen! Also, the
beautiful white sand beaches are a stone's throw
away...A five minute walk, at most. Plus, it's more
affordable then the homes on the other side of 30A.

| We stayed at this property for Spring break 2007. It is a beautiful home with all the amenities. Comfortable, quiet, just steps to the 12,000sq pool!!! It was a very enjoyable time. The home offers everything you need for a fun vacation. The kitchen is awesome for cooking and entertaining. Very comfortable. Can't wait to return!!! |

My family and I really enjoyed your house. It is so beautifully furnished and the beds are very comfortable!! The people that work as Seacrest could not have been nicer or more helpful! My daughters loved the pool. We rented bikes for the week and each night had a great time riding around the very safe neighborhood as well as along 3A. Thank you for the great recommendations for restaurants. We look forward to coming back next year. My daughters want to rent your house next year as well.

| "A Class Act" truley lived up to it's name. This rental was so enviting and comfortable, that on sevral occasions I didn't want to leave the house. Our family throughly enjoyed the lovely community and easy access to the beach/pool and local resturants. Thank you Lyn, we had a great time! |

| I strongly recommend this home for a memorable vacation. It is beautifully decorated and outfitted with ALL the comforts you'd expect in luxury home, including an incredible book collection. The private master suite is downstairs, along with the living, dining and kitchen area that have a wonderfully open floor plan. The wooded vacant lots surrounding the home are an added bonus. Our favorite place was the private screened porch off the master bedroom. It is surrounded by wooded lots and was a wonderful place to start and finish the day. The huge resort pool is just steps away, but not so close that you hear any noise from poolside. We recommend bike rentals – reserve them in advance of your arrival. I think every home in the community has a front porch, so allow time to stroll through the neighborhood, where you can enjoy the fine art of front porch visiting. The location of this community is perfect. Quaint beach villages are very near, with Destin and Panama City Beach both less than a half-hour drive. And finally, the owners of this home are fantastic, as well as the property management company. Enjoy! |

We returned recently from a stay at this property which is aptly named A Class Act. It was without a doubt the most beautiful home we have ever seen on the rental market and we have never seen a rental property so well appointed and loaded with extras. The location is fabulous. When I think we almost spent thousands more to stay in a smaller place only a half block away in Rosemary Beach I almost pass out.
Also, the people at Beach Rentals who help to manage the property could not have been more helpful.
As far as constructive criticism the only thing we can think of is that an outdoor shower would be a nice addition. |

| Our family greatly enjoyed our stay in "Touch of Class". The interior decoration and furnishings were fantastic. The interior layout provided a perfect setting for our large family. The pool was a real treat and just around the corner. We were spoiled by the pickup service to the beach in front of the house on the days we didn't feel like walking the short stroll (400 yards) directly to the beachfront. We are already planning for our next stay and have already recommended this property to family & friends. We would recommend this to anyone looking for that "special" vacation. Thanks for such a great experience!! |
