Our vacation week at your beautiful condo was wonderful as always. This is our sixth year now and each one gets better. The new additions at the boardwalk are fabulous for the grandchildren and we never have to move the car. That's great! The condo is very well kept and always feels like home. The elevator and the security locks give us a safe feeling. The access to the roof top lounge provides our ringside seats for the Thursday night FREE fireworks. Can't wait untill our next trip to Carolina

Hi! Patty. We just love your place. The temperature was great.Beach Front is the place to be.But for us a 22 hours drive was to much even if we did it in 2 days with are 29 foot RV that we had to park in the city lot. Just one thing why is there a code for the elevator if you can just take the stairs because they are not lock.

| Great location and great view! Right on the beach, close to the boardwalk. We loved that the pool was in the shade after 3PM. Unit is well equipped, AC blows cold! Perfect venue to see the forth of July fireworks. |

This was our first time to Carolina Beach and we couldn't be happier with the location and wonderful view from your condo. I was able to wake up before everyone else every morning and sit on the balcony with my cup of tea to watch the sun come up and the waves rolling in. It was perfect! I didn't want to leave! Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home with us. We will be back. Maybe next time the city won't cancel the Thursday night fireworks. We were really looking forward to watching them from the roof. |

| We rented this condo from 4/25/09 to 5/2/09. The accomodations were excellent. The ocean view was wonderful. The location is convenient to many local attractions. The balcony and sun deck are very nice. It was great to have a washer and dryer and many bathrooms. Our son and daughter in law live nearby and we had a great vacation. We plan to come back again. |

| Patty, your home is exactly what I was looking for. After surgery, I needed a place to recooperate. My husband and my mom loved it. There were two recooperations going on, one physically and one emotionally, the loss of my dad two years ago. My mom's first visit anywhere. Mom loved the master suite, very private and perfect for her to read or watch tv in. The serenity of your home is something I can't put into words, but the stillness of the off season is very soothing. The sights from the two decks were addictive, the sounds of the ocean waves making their way to the shore were calming, the smell of the saltwater air cleansed our minds and the feel of the ocean breeze against our skin was awakening! Our reason for booking your beautiful home was to heal and it was perfect, but no matter what reason, vacation with the kids, romantic get-a-way or just time away from it all your's is the place to go. Thank you so much for the use of your condo again. My wife and children love the location and think it's the best location in Carolina Beach. It's so easy to walk to the resturants,ice cream palor, grocery store, etc.
It's great to be oceanfront with a nice size balcony. Your place was in top condition just as before and we had plenty of room for the 4 kids. We hope to be there again next year. Thanks, The Kinzlers |

| This was our first visit to Carolina Beach. What a beautiful beach.The condo was terrific for our family. So much room and a great location. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the marvelous sunrises every morning. Our trips to Britt's. The Deck House and Freddie's at Kure Beach were greatly enjoyed also. We were very pleased, as always, with the condo, especially with the recent updates. This is our fourth visit now and we look foward to many more. The laminate floors are so easy to clean! There are so many places to go, things to see and do and great places to have a meal without even moving our car. We love that! Of course, one of our favorite times is early morning on the balcony with a great cup of coffee, a gorgeous sunrise and the sound of the surf. Now that Carolina Beach sponsors it's own fireworks display each Thurs. night, weather permitting, that is really something to look foward to. We really missed our visit in 2006 due to illness, but we made up for lost time this July 21-28,'07! Thanks for offering this splendid condo for our use!!!

| This was my first trip back to the Carolina Beach area since I was a kid and I'm so glad that we chose your condo. My family and I had such a wonderful time and the your condo felt so much like home that my 2 year old was saying that he didn't want to leave his new house when it was time for us to leave....I think we all felt the same way. Everyone else said it and I will too, don't miss Brit's, they are amazing! My family will certainly be back again! |

| It was a pleasure staying at Carolina Beach. This was our first trip to the area,and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was bright, well furnished, and a perfect "home away from home." The views from the balcony and upper deck were gorgeous. We particularily enjoyed watching a couple of weddings on the beach as well as the frequent "fly bys" courtesy of the pelicans. Our thanks to a most gracious and helpful owner. |

| Our family has been vacationing in North Mytle Beach for as long as I can remember so it wasn't an easy decision to change our vacation to a new beach. This summer we finally decided to leave the crowds behind and give Carolina Beach a try and we are so happy we did. The condo was lovely and exactly the cheerful, fresh, comfortable "home away from home" we expect while on vacation. It was incredible to get to watch the sunrise and sunset each day from the upper deck. WOW! We were fortunate enough to get to stay during a FULL MOON! It was beautiful. The beach atmosphere was incredibly relaxed. We never had to struggle to find a place to setup on the beach which was a welcomed change. The waves were awesome too, as we all love to body-surf. We enjoyed having a pool to dip into on our way up to the condo each day. The shrimp boats were fun to watch from the balcony each morning before we took our stroll to enjoy Britt's donuts! We didn't go EVERYDAY but came close to a perfect attendance! Frank's pizza was good too. It was fun to fish from the pier watching "George" the pelican (a non-shark eating pelican at that)- wait for us to catch fish to feed him. We pretty much believe this was our best vacation yet. Thanks for providing such a wonderful condo as the center point for some of our fondest memories. |

| This was our first time vacationing at Carolina Beach and it was one of our best vacations. The condo was beautiful, very spacious, and had everything we needed. We loved the upper sun deck, especially to view the fireworks that happen every Thursday night on the beach. The property is very well maintained and super clean. The boardwalk is just a short walk away, and you must visit Britt's doughnuts, the best ever! We highly recommend this condo and Carolina Beach. It was a much needed break from the busy, crowded Myrtle Beach. Carolina Beach and Kure Beach are full of great restaurants. We enjoyed the aquarium at Fort Fisher and the Ferry ride to Southport. So many neat things to do there. On a scale from 1 to 10, we would rate the condo and Carolina Beach a 10! Thank you Patty for the ease of renting your vacation home to us. We had a fantastic time! |

The veiw was breath taking. To go to sleep andwake up in the morning to the sound of the ocean was a much needed break from the norm. I will definitely come back again. I would also like to think the owner Pat. Because of the army, it was very difficult to confirm arrival dates and to plan ahead. She went out of her way to help me get the time I wanted. Its also why it took me so long to post this. I actually stayed in July. Thank you again Pat

| We had a wonderful vacation thanks to Patty. The unit was so comfortable and convenient. Obviously, the views and sounds of the ocean are a real plus, but her attention to detail makes the unit quite special. We look forward to returning next year. Do not miss downtown Wilmington. This was the best vacation our family has ever had. The beach was beautiful, the condo was perfect and had everything a family would need. My kids really like having their own bathrooms. The donuts are not to be missed and for those of you with a big family, the Golden Corral over the bridge is really affordable.
At the end of the week, none of us wanted to leave. The kids asked if we could live there, but we had to leave. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definately be back next year.

This condo was great! Beautiful ocean view from the deck! The beach was beautiful and the location was perfect!-
Close to the broadwak (where we stopped nearly every evening for Britt's donuts!), and Fort Fisher and also, to Wilmington when we wanted to explore the city.
There's also fireworks on the beach every Thursday evening at 9:00 until the end of summer. The roof was great for this! |

| This was our third time coming to Carolina Beach and this unit was the best yet. The elevator was a lifesavor for my Mom, who has bad knees, and the spiral staircase to the sundeck was great! The unit layout allowed for plenty of privacy for all 6 of us. We're already looking forward to next year! |
