| Your home is wonderful! Everything was spotless, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The large washer/dryer was great; the beds were comfortable; the pool was great and relaxing; the kitchen had everything we needed; the kids enjoyed the game room; we were close to the theme parks. What more can I say...it was terrific! We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends. |

| Everything was perfect. Abundant space for two families easily. The children(5) never felt crowded or bored. The park with tennis, basketball and soccer were an easy walk for the older children. Everything needed for the stay was in the house and more. The pool and hottub were very clean and fun. The house is also an easy drive to Disney and shopping. The owners are prompt and friendly with all correspondence you need to have with them. We would definitely rent again. |

| I celebrated thanksgiving at orange tree villa and I cannot express how much i enjoyed my holiday. My party were all impressed by the place, spacious, nice rooms, perfect size pool and jacuzzi. Everything you can imagine that you need is present, there were even cereal, fresh milk, fresh eggs in the fridge when we arrived. Excellent service and communication, very clean and nice place to spend a holiday or weekend. Thanks for putting us up! |

| We stayed with my brother-in-law and his wife, between us we had 5 children ages 8 months to 13 years. In addition, my mother stayed for a couple nights. It couldn't have worked out better with the 2 master bedrooms, 4 baths, 5 bedrooms, pool, hot-tub, all the conveniences of home and equipment for kids, quiet neighborhood, convenient to attractions, etc. I plan 3 visits in early 2008 and hope we can stay again. Thank you. |

| We all had a great time in your beautiful villa. The children loved the games room, pool and the playstation. the adults loved the spa the free telephone calls home and the computer. We were visited by Richard and Jayne whilst on holiday to check everything was ok. We have never had such personal service while on holiday. I would recommend this villa to anyone |

| WOW! Where do I start? Your home is amazing! Between the gameroom & the pool, I'm not sure which one we enjoyed the most! Although the guys really enjoyed the BIG screen TV & the kids played the Playstation late into the night! It is stylish & comfortable, which is a hard combination to pull off, so BRAVO! And the kitchen... Every appliance & gadget that you could imagine. I didn't get to use them all, but I sure tried! I know this is crazy to say on vacation, but I LOVED the large Washer & Dryer! I actually took all of our vacation clothes home clean, which is so much better than coming home to alot of laundry. There is no other way to put it; you have thought of everything! The entire home was wonderful! And the community was very nice with lots of things to do & close to Walmart for nightly runs, yet still quiet enough to enjoy and feel safe! And I must brag about the owners Jayne & Richard. I've never received such personal prompt service. They answered every question I had & even called from the UK to be sure we arrived safely and to see if we needed anything! We will rent this home again the next time we visit Orlando & I'll recommend this to anyone!!! Thank you for making our vacation the best one yet! |

We felt right at home in your villa, there was no detail forgotten. The children had everything they needed and more! Our group, a total of twelve people, had a great
time in Florida. Your villa was spacious and
comfortable. Everyone commented on how well
they slept after busy days of sightseeing and trips
to theme parks. The pool and spa were just what
the doctor ordered at the end of the day. We have

Welcome to our American home with its spacious great room, centrally located kitchen, and wonderful patio and pool/spa area, our villa will come alive when it hosts a large family gathering or a group of good friends travelling together. This villa is available for occupation upon its completion in December 2004.
