Aloha, Kay.
Three months have passed since we spent an amazing week at your 1205 condo. Each day the memories grow sweeter. Your property was first class in every aspect. Well furnished, very comfortable bed, everything we needed in the kitchen, and then there was the view. We saw whales whenever we would take time to look from the first morning until the painful last day we were there. I think I took over 100 shots of the amazing sunsets. I actually went to your website on our second day to book the condo for next year and the weeks that I wanted were already taken.
Anyway, it was a remarkable and memorable week and I am close to booking another condo at the resort for next February. We loved the location. Thanks for sharing your wonderful property.

Thank you for making our Memorial Day vacation so memorable. We loved the condo, especially the glorious ocean view. We really enjoyed just sitting on the lanai, listening to the gentle ocean waves. The sunsets were beautiful. We spent 10 days in Maui, and felt that your condo had all of the comforts of home, PLUS one heck of a view. We would definitely stay there again. It was a great vacation. |

We had an amazing trip to Maui. Your condo helped make our trip wonderful. Your condo is beautiful and you had everything we would need to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The view was breath taking. We spent a great deal of time sitting on the lanai just looking out at the ocean, watching the whales, dolphins, and sea turtles right along the shore. How incredible is that! We can not wait to come back to Maui and we'll definitely be emailing you again about your condo. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. Again, the view is worth it all! |

| This is a fantastic Condo! The view is incredible, and the condo is both comfortable and elegantly appointed. We have always stayed at the best hotels on Kaanapali or at Kapalua, but no more! Kay and Vijay's condo is better in every way. The pool is small but very nice and well maintained. The BBQ area is great, and we made friends with many people also visiting the property. |

| This condo is up to date, clean, comfortable, and fancy. Walking in the door you are not disappointed. The view is amazing with calm waves on the sandy beach, rainbows, whales (during season), and great sunsets. The condo is quiet and we rarely, if ever, heard any other guests. The condo has all the ammenities you'll need for your stay, even free wireless Internet! The location is great because you are just north of the hussle and bussle of Ka'anapali but close enough to easily get to the action. Kahana seemed to be about 5 degrees cooler then the other nearby towns, such as Lahaina. If you're considering this condo, don't hesitate...book now! :-) |

Dear Kay and Vijay,
What a beautiful experience we had in Maui, and your condo was a huge part of that! Very well kept, clean, with a breathtaking view. It was cool inside--never humid--and breakfast on the balcony was spectacular.
Thanks also for the little touches--snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, linens, pots/pans/cutlery/plates etc., coffee machine/a DVD-VCR combo...it made things really easy for us.
I would highly, highly recommend this place to anyone interested in Maui, esp. for longer stays. You wake up each morning to the sound of the ocean, and the cool sea air...

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us for our stay on Maui the last week in October. My husband & I had a fabulous time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary.
Your condo was beautiful and the view from the 12th floor was awesome. We explored just about every inch of Maui, and I needed a vacation to rest up from our trip.
I want to express what a delight it was to meet you both while we were there. Your warmth and hospitality was truly appreciated. Thank you for showing us your newly remodeld 2 bedroom unit.....it's beautiful also.
We hope to come back to Maui some day. The beauty of the island is breathtaking.

What an awesome Condo! The condo was neat and clean and the staff was great. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets on the lanai as well as on the beach.
The condo is located in the perfect area - Great shopping & eating just south in Lahaina and great snorkeling/ swimming just north in the bays.
We will definitely recommend your condo to our friends! Mahalo!

Hi Kay,
We've been to Hawaii many times and had our travel agent book the trip for us. This time Tony decided to find everything himself. And, we found out he is a better travel agent than our old one.
Your condo could not be improved upon in our opinion! The view was captivating with the added bonus of watching whales while relaxing on the sofa in the livingroom!
The beach is perfect for walking, swimming and extremely romantic as the sun goes down - which can be viewed on the beach, on the balcony or just while sitting on the sofa!
Your condo had the most amenities we have ever seen before. Especially the response from the staff. We mentioned a small matter that needed looking into to the front desk as we left on an outing and when we returned that day it was fixed. They take any concerns the guests have very seriously.
Both my sisters are looking into possible stays and we've already had one friend look into booking from you. We tell everyone we meet (even complete strangers) about our experience living in your condo while in Maui. We have already booked your larger condo for 2006 so we can bring our grandchildren and they can get a GREAT experience in Maui with little money. Little money because with your condo and beach area they will be so busy and happy we won't be forced into paying high prices to see and play in the ocean. I do want to mention that the area where your condo is situated makes me feel they will be safe from negative influences such as loud parties and inebriated young people. It definitely is a family atmosphere and has a friendly neighborly feeling.
As a added bonus, in my eyes, you allow your guests to actually use the washer and dryer in the condo. Every place we stayed previously those were shut up and locked and, thus, we had to pay high prices to just wash our clothes.
There are many more wonderful things to comment about your condo, but I suggest to everyone that plans on a visit to Maui to just book a condo from you and see it all for yourself - you won't ever regret the experience. You may even have to pry your husband off the sofa while he is watching the whales to get him back on the plane for home like I did.
We are already packing (in my minds) for our trip in June 2006!

We want to thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your Island home at the beginning of February. Condo 1205 is so beautiful, as you well know. The view from the Lanai is awesome.
I have to admit that it took a day or two to get used to being twelve stories up. But once acclimated, it was such a joy. Breakfast on the Lanai with whales as entertainment was the perfect way to start a day. The lack of air conditioning was never a problem as the ever present breezes kept the rooms comfortable.

Kay- we got back from Maui the other day and both wanted to convey to you how much we enjoyed staying at the 1205 condo. You have made it very accommodating. We liked the place sooo much, I would like to make a reservation with you for next year at your current rate for the period from 02/12/06 thru 02/25/06. I see where you have a tentative block for the 5 weeks prior to that timeframe so wanted to get myself booked with you as soon as possible. Do these dates work for you?? Thanks again for allowing us to stay in such a lovely place. I assume your other condos are as well appointed as this one. You must do very well with these properties. If for any reason you would like us to shift out a week or so, please let me know as I haven't booked flights yet and that would be the controlling factor. Mahalo!!

| Our first time in Maui. Without a doubt, this is the best way to go. The area is quiet, staff friendly and helpful. The condo was very nice. Well appointed, attractive, clean and comfortable. The photos are accurate representations. The view - spectacular. The owners were responsive, friendly and very quick to help out any way they could. It was a great location, easy access. We would definately stay here again and recommend it to anyone else. |
