| We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. It is great cabin in a great setting, on a beautiful stream. We did not really expect to catch much since it had been several months since the last stocking of the creek. We didn’t catch any stockers, but we were surprised to catch a very healthy 18 inch brown trout in the pool next to the cabin on our first day. Over the next few days, we caught some 2-10 inch rainbows and browns that appeared to be stream bred fish - a nice surprise. We put them all back, so they're still there waiting for you. |

| Yen, This place is as beautiful and relaxing as you describe. We had such a wonderful, fulfilling and relaxing time. The first night we slept with the windows closed, but the rest of our vacation they were open with the wonderful cool night air and the sound of the river and waterfall that was so close. Thank you for opening up your cabin and I know that we will be back. |

| Looking for a REMOTE, QUAINT, ROMANTIC, GET AWAY, THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE! wE STAYED HERE TO CELEBRATE MY B-DAY AND IT WAS MORE THAN WE COULD ASK FOR! JUST SITTING ON THE HUGE WRAP AROUND PORCH LISTENING TO THE RUNNING STREAM AND WATERFALLS WILL PUT YOU IN A MOST RELAXING, PEACEFUL STATE! vERY CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED LOG CABIN. WE SAW DEER ALMOST DAILY. WE TOOK LOTS OF PICS BUT YOU JUST HAVE TO BE THERE TO SEE THE BEAUTY ALL AROUND! FALL IS OUR FAVORITE TIME OF YEAR WITH THE BEAUTIFUL FALL FOLIAGE AND IT EVEN SNOWED WHILE WE WERE THERE! THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING TO US WAS THE LEAVES AND SNOW FALLING AT THE SAME TIME! IT WAS BREATH-TAKING! WE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE AND HOPE TO MAKE THIS OUR ANNUAL FALL GET-AWAY! YEN IS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH AND THEIR PROPERTY MANAGER, GAY, IS THE BEST! | WE WERE SO IMPRESSED BY THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN THE CABIN AND PROPERTY. WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER WITH OUR STAY AT THE CABIN. YEN AND KAY HAVE THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING THAT YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED TO MAKE YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME. WE ARE ALREADY PLANNING A RETURN VISIT. We had a most fabulous week! the kids enjoyed throwing rocks into the creek - we even caught a few fish using the hook and corn. It was so wonderful being able to walk down and see the waterfalls any time of day. So beautiful and peaceful - very relaxing.
We experienced so much wildlife: Butterflies, a huge caterpiller, bats, black snake, fish, crawfish, salamanders,frogs, deer, etc . . . picking blueberries down the road was a real highlight and eating the blueberry cobbler was even better! It was a wonderful vacation. Your cabin was just exactly what we wanted. Thank You!

In a single word - "PERFECT"! our week here has been peaceful, relaxing and at the same timefilled with wonder and excitement for the kids, who are experiencing the mountains for their first time.
Thi and Yen are first rate hosts, and we are indeedblessed to know them as wonderful friends, Gay, too is so thoughtful and great to talk to. She is a fine example of that lovely N.C. hospitality!
We can't wait to come back in the fall to see the leaves turn color.

We enjoyed the cabin very much. It is very comfortable and nestled into the woods so nicely. The creek is fabulous! Even though we had some rain and the water level got pretty high, it was roaring Friday night when we got here. It did go down by Sunday and even though it was still a little too cloudy to catch any fish, we sure enjoy trying!
Our black lab, Beaucoup Couillion (Plenty silly)loved the creek! He went over the shute a couple of times! He also enjoyed the porch which is where he stayed.

What a wonderful place you have, when we arrived on saturday we were very pleasantly surprised at how perfect your cabin is. This is the cabin of our dreams and one day we hope to have one just like it. Everything was so clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed the river and watching all the wildlife including deer, wild turkey, trout (David caught 4)and even a crawfish that almost got Fran's toe. I imagine we will be back many, many times because it was the most enjoyable weekend. Thank You for being such gracious hosts.

| Honestly, we were skeptical when we read the description and saw the photos of the cabin. We though that for the price, it sounded too good to be true. To say that we were pleasantly surprised would be a gross understatement. It was absolutely beautiful - perfect peace and tranquility. It took only a few hours on the front porch listening to the calming waterfall to forget that the hectic, noisy world even existed. This cabin is furnished with everything you need for a carefree getaway. The only thing you need to bring is food, and there's a great Food Lion store only a few miles away. This is one vacation that you will never forget (and never want to leave). We can't wait until we can return! |

| This cabin is a perfect paradise! We enjoyed the swing on the porch, by the creek. The cabin is very clean and decorated just right. The cozy bed in the loft was a wonderful retreat. The road to the cabin is steep, but it is smooth with gravel surface. You will need good brakes. You will enjoy staying here, I am sure. We would like to vacation there again. It would be a real pleasure in the summer with the lagoon like creek. Highly recommend. |

We had a great time at the cabin. We were able to catch one trout. We enjoyed the stream and the sound of the running water. The rain on the tin roof of the porch was great to listen to. We will be back and hope next time to take our grandchildren.

| I wanted to make sure that I took the time to thank you for sharing your very own Piece of Heaven with us! In our hectic schedules w/5 kids & work; we seldom find the time to be alone. At your hidden cabin time stood still and nature remained untouched (except for the cozy cabin!)Waterfalls and clear lagoons as far as the eye could see & you were willing to hike!We enjoyed the peacefulness of campfires at nite and swimming & fishing in the day. We really enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. The kids had lots of fun playing along the river and we enjoyed the outside fire pit for roasting marshmallows. It was very wuiet and secluded, but it only took us about ten or fifteen minutes to get to the grocery store. Definitely would recommend it for people wanting to get away from the city life for a break.

| We loved the cabin and enjoyed our stay. The cabin is well-stocked. The cabin is located in a very peaceful area. The road to it is a gravel/dirt mountain road, so make sure you have a vehicle that can navigate it. I would recommend this cabin for a peaceful and relaxful getaway. |

This cabin can be described in one word - Perfect! This is by far the most relaxing get-a-way cabin. From the minute we pulled in we knew this was a place we would come many times to visit. The cabin was clean, well decorated and peaceful. The location was beautiful. We would sit on the porch and watch the water coming down the waterfall and listen to the sounds of the water coming over the rocks. We saw deer, wild turkey and caught several trout right off the riverbank beside the cabin. Thi and Yen are wonderful hosts and their housekeeper, Gay, is second to none. She called upon our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for such a wonderful and PERFECT weekend. We loved our stay so much that we plan to come back monthly to your cabin that we consider as close to heaven as you can get here on earth. Your new friends,

| This place is incredible. The trout stream is steps from the front porch and it is so clean and soothing. The cabin is very secluded and private. Yet you are driving distance to the grocery store and other small conveniences. An incredible dam/resevoir is about 10-15 miles away and is well worth a visit. Yen & Thi are so hospitable and accomodating... thank you for sharing your place with us! |
