Last year was the first year we rented our property. We did extensive renovations to the interor, remodeled both bathrooms, painted all inside, completely refurnished, added screened porch furnature. We painted the exterior, did a lot of landscape work -tree trimming, and we have a guest book that had nothing but wonderful comments on the home, location, and positive comments on bike path access, beaches, and Blueberry Pond. We were booked every week we wanted to rent!
