| My family and myself thoroughly enjoyed this rental. It provided all that was stated and more. The furnishings were tastefully done and the home was immaculate. Since I am a golfer and that is my business, I really enjoyed being on the first tee box at The Kodiak Course. I played there twice and enjoyed it a great deal. My wife felt comfortable with the location as did our daughter and two granddaughters. They had a wonderful time at the beach and pool and spent some time biking throughout The Village. We have stayed in Bethany many times at Sea Colony West near the tennis courts and have always really liked the area. The only slightly negative fact was the amount of traffic in Bethany. It seems that it has really grown since we used to stay there. But the home, amenities and all else were perfect. |

| Thanks for letting us spend our family vacation at your townhouse. Although the weather wasn't the best, our stay was. We have three boys that we had to keep happy for a week during inclement weather. Fortunately we were able to do it because of all the amenities your place has to offer! Thanks for letting us stay and we can't wait to come back next year! By the way, your place is beautiful! |

| The place is immaculately clean and close to the beach. Our children and their cousins were very excited to have a beautiful place to stay for the weekend. We have enjoyed our stay so much that my wife is already planning on reserving the place for next year or sooner. |

We enjoyed our stay very much at Bear Trap. The place was decorated very lovely. Everything was so clean and well kept. We enjoyed the community center within Bear Trap with the convenience of golfing, tennis, pool, sauna, and fitness room. The beach shuttle was wonderful. We didn't have to move our car unless we wanted to go shopping. It is a great area and also close to outlet shopping and many restaurants. We definitely want to come back!
