Deanna - The condo was perfect - very comfortable, clean, and quiet. And you are such a gracious hostess. Thanks for all of your referrals - we used them all!! And yes, would love to come back.
We had a wonderful time in Park City AND your condo. I'm not sure I told you, but Barbara and her daughter didn't make it, so it was just me and my daughter. We did rafting, shopping spa day, zip line (my first), and played Othello (LOVE THAT!). We took LOTS of pictures and chilled out together.

The staff at DV were absolutely terrific. They would ask me about my rib and if I was holding up ok. Plus, the ability to store our skis there the entire time. Drive from SLC was short. We didn't have any problem with altitude. Don't know what I would have done with a cracked rib at 12000 ft.
Your condo was great. Very convenient to the gondola. It was just as advertised. It is a very peaceful setting there at Foxbay and the condo was very comfortable.
We will definitely be back at DV and would be happy to stay at your condo again! 3 days was a little rushed so hopefully longer next time.

Hi Deanna.
The cleaning crew did good....no problems...yes they put out a bottle of wine and a welcome card....thanks.
My daughter did use the internet connection and didn't have any trouble getting connected. The new knives came in handy too. We had real good snow conditions and two of the days were new fresh powder....about 4 inches one day and almost a foot the other day.

Thank you for your hospitality during my stay at your condo in Heber City. I ended up staying alone – Matt decided not to come, so I had the place all to myself! It really was the perfect place to stay – just the right distance from the craziness in Park City during the festival, but still very accessible to everything. Your directions were perfect and your grocery recommendation was great. It was so easy to get to Heber than to drive into Park City and have to find a place to park just for groceries.
Our company was involved with the 50 cent vitaminwater house at the Sundance film festival, so it was a pretty packed weekend. I got an opportunity to see a private 50 cent performance with Jim Carrey, Jenny McCarthy, Paris Hilton, Chris Rock, Wesley Snipes, Russell Simmons, Kim Kardashian, and a few more celebs. It was pretty interesting, being the Midwest girl in the room :)

| Our family spent New Year's week in this condo, and it was the perfect place to sit in front of the fire after a long day of skiing. With only a 20 minute drive to the base of Deer Valley and Jordanelle Gondola just a mile away, the location was perfect for our plans. Deanna provided great information about the Park City area and made our stay stress free. We would definately return and highly recommend these accomodations. |

We had a SUPER time at your condo!. We loved the location and absolutely LOVED, LOVED the condo. It was sparkling clean (literally); the furniture and bed were very comfortable; the kitchen was well-equipped; it had a great layout and was decorated so pretty. It was just perfect for us - it felt like OUR second home - and SO hard to leave! (Never mind San Francisco - I left MY heart at Fox Bay!)

We ended up keeping our ski rental reservation with ColeSport and skiied at Deer Valley 4 days--great snow. On Monday we tubed at Soldier Hollow, and that was lots of fun.

Aside from that little hiccup with the toilet, the condo was great and I would absolutely stay there again. Everything went very smoothly. Thanks for the bottle of wine--a nice touch! The access to the Jordanelle gondola at DV was perfect, and we loved skiing down that side of the mountain as our last run of the day. It was also a snap to drive into Park City in the evening to enjoy the great restaurants and art galleries.

We made it back last week from Utah. The skiing was awesome. We really enjoyed staying in your condo. It was very nice, very clean and made us feel at home. | We stayed at this fabulous condo ahead of Christmas 2007. It was warm and cozy even with the cold of a Utah winter outside. Everything was immaculate for our arrival with plenty of towels and linin. The owners were even kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine. Deer Valley lift is a 2 minute drive away, so super for an early start to hit the powder. Just want to go back. Highly recommended. Jill and Dan Harwood |

| Just wanted to thank you for the great accommodations at your condo. We found everything we needed there and enjoyed the views of Jordanelle from the living area windows. We even saw a momma moose and her 2 babies munching on the bushes about 6 feet from the deck. The pool, hot tub and exercise room were close by--it was nice not to have to go far for a quick dip in the pool. It was a fun and relaxing retreat for our family. |

We just came back to Germany after spending some time in California after leaving Utah.
We had a great time in your condo. We certainly enjoyed that the condo is exceptionally well planned and organised and tastefully decorated. Now we miss the view of the Jordanelle Reservoir from the terrace and a stroll along Main Street in Park City. By the way, we saw a deer eating grass/flowers right in front of your guest bedroom window and a moose while hiking in the Brighton area.

| Deanna, This is from our visit 2-24 to 3-3-07. Loved the condo and location. Being off the beaten path gave us a lot of peace and quiet. The Jordanelle Gondola gave us easy access to Deer V and allowed us to come in for lunch. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook up some great meals. We even used the grill one evening. We enjoyed the exercise room and the location of your unit in the building was a big plus. We have been to this area twice and Deer V and Utal have moved ahead of Copper and Colorado in our minds. Arcs did a great job on our skis. Thanks for the wine, nice touch. Hope to come back. |

It was very cold while we were there, but actually, since there was no wind and the sun was out, it really didn't feel that bad. We skiied everyday, and the temperatures kept the slopes very empty, so it was great!! Besides
skiing, we went to Gorgoza Tubing Park in the evening (when it was -8 degrees). Now THAT felt cold!! We had a great time. Thanks so much for the use of your place.

Overall our trip was very nice. We liked Park City primarily because it has more to offer for the kids than other ski towns. The tubing was a big hit with our family. We liked that you furnished your condo with furniture and amenities that make it feel like a home and less like a rental.

What a shock to come back to the heat and humidity of Houston after one of the best ski trips we've ever taken. Friday I was skiing in the snow and Sunday I was mowing the yard in shorts - bummer.
Your place was great - convenient to the entire area. We skied, Deer Valley, Park City, Alta, and The Canyons. My son can now officially out ski me. It was great to watch.

| We just got back from our 2nd family ski vacation at this condo, and had another fantastic time. Unit is a 5-min drive to the Deer Valley gondola parking lot, allowing you to sleep in and still catch first tracks. Unit is very well maintained. Hope to return again next year! |

The place was fantastic, and we had a wonderful retreat. Everybody was especially impressed with the fresh flowers on the bar. Also, we enjoyed how peaceful and secluded the place was--on our last morning there, we saw three moose cavorting on the hillside. The only thing we wished for was a couple more towels, but even that was quickly solved by running a load of laundry through the washer and dryer.

Our Spring break has been a real treat with the priceless view of the snow covered mountains and the half frozen lake. Can't wait to come back in July or in early September when the trees change color and set the mountains on fire. Its been so relaxing that we don't need to go anywhere to feel that we are on vacation. What a great facility, cozy, comfortable and clean!

Would I recomend your location and unit? YES
Our stay was great. Your condo was great - we liked being so close to the Jordanelle lift. I spend 30+ nights a year in condos and managed our family's Corporate Housing business (400 fully furnished apartments in 4 cities) for a number of years. Your condo was nice.
We had fun, the snow was fantastic - our DAILY snow fall was 4" - 16" every DAY for 5 days.
