What a wonderful retreat and the perfect antidote for city life!
After hiking all day, we enjoyed your well-equipped chef's kitchen and all the other comforts of home. And the serenity ... it was quiet enough that we could hear waves gently lapping at the shore. We actually were happy to have a rainy day, so we could spend more time at "home," relaxing and curling up with coffee and a good book. What a beautiful, charming house. We've been coming up to MDI for more than 10 years, and this is by far our favorite place to stay. We hope to be back soon!!
