| My wife and I stayed at the kona breeze may 13 -20. The condo was all that we expected it to be ( very very romantic and cozy and right on the beach.)It was like our second honey moon. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins in the morning and relaxing on the beach. The condo was will decorated and very clean.The bed was the most comfortable bed we ever slept on.It was very close within walking distance to time square and the pier. I WILL BE RETURNING IN THE NEAR FUTURE. The owner is very nice and easy to work with.I would rate it a perfect 10. Everyone staying there was very nice also. |

Dear Lisa,
the first time in 2004 was great. This time (3 weeks in Nov. 2008) was even better. Organisation perfect, condo clean, cute, equipement more than we needed. Location excellent for everyone who loves it quite. We have enjoyed to have coffe in the morning and to greet the dolphins. And after a walk on the beach (access just a few steps down) to swim in the heated pool. To watch sunsets from balcony was really relaxing. Once again: Telling this to our friends sounds like a fairy-tale. We hope we can enjoy this again.

| My husband and I stayed in September 2008 for the second time in this condo and we now feel like this is our home away from home. There were dolphins frolicking in the gulf almost every day and the water was bath water temperature. We walked to Times Square for dinner (we recommend the Yucatan-yummy!)and saw such beautiful sunsets. Thank you Lisa for allowing us the use of your great condo! |

Stayed at Kona Breeze between 24 November to 1 December 2007 and we LOVED it! The location is just fantastic and we spent lots of time on the balcony watching the world go by.
Kona Breeze is perfect for a romantic couple who want to get away from it all - we just wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be going back next year for 2-3 weeks. |

Hi Lisa,
Just arrived home from The Kona and thought I would send this note thanking you. Your place was beautiful and everything you said it was. My family had a super holiday and the condo made it everything we needed in a great area of Fort Myers Beach close to Times Square. The sunsets from the beach were amazing and it was so relaxing. I loved every moment of our stay and once again thank you.

This was a really nice condo, well fitted out and extremely comfortable and well appointed. It just enhanced the need to chillout and enjoy the surroundings.
Each morning, we enjoyed watching the dolphins barrelling the fish into the shallows as we sipped coffee and ate croisants on the balcony, We could see others taking their morning constitutionals along the beach.
In the evening it was to the balcony again to admire the sunset, watching the sun gently slip below the horizon across the Gulf as we sipped our drinks before dinner.
This was truly a splendid place to be and we throughly enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Kona Breeze, it is truly the best location we have ever stayed in. The bed was sensational, we opened the curtains every morning and lay in bed watching the ocean. Everything we needed was in the condo. Our only complaint is that we found it really hard to leave!!!!
We hope to be back October or November and hope Kona Breeze will be available. Thank you so much for renting us this great place. |

Gorgeous place! Soothing Island style interior, unbeatable Tempurpedic bed with build in massage. Wide white sand beach at your feet, amazing ocean views from the porch. This place has it all. Firm A+.
Entertainment is few blocks away. So, after lazy morning on the beach, head to the Pier, Lani Kai or Pink Shell for some Mimosa's or just go tofresh seafood shops at the marina. They have everything imaginable from giant shrimp to stone crabs, get some of your favorites and have a great lunch on the porch, since kitchen is fully loaded.
I've been in many places in Florida, this one is my favorite by far. A definite come back! |

| Our visit was a surprise weekend for my boyfriend's birthday. We had a wonderful time. The small building provided many amenities. Having a pool and a BBQ RIGHT on the SAND...was amazing. | We return to Kona 201 repeatedly,our 10th visit in the past six years, because it has the unique charm of a cottage where the ocean is truly the centerpiece. The powder white sand is only a few short steps away.Balmy breezes can be enjoyed from the private balcony while watching the spectacular sunsets. We enjoy relaxing in the pool while getting to know the friendly neighbors.We like being located far enough away from the public beach to have quiet evenings, yet within walking distance of shops and favorite restaurants. We're looking forward to the next time we can get sand between our toes! |

Lisa, We want to let you know that we had a wonderful vacation at your "Kona Cutie on the Gulf". My husband and I agree that this was our best Florida vacation ever. The word to best describe our vacation is relaxing. The condo was beautiful and everything we could possibly need was available. It really felt like home! Our 4 year old daughter had a great time on the beach and in the pool. She says this was a lot more fun than Disney! She also learned how to swim! Thank you for sharing your condo with us. Lisa, we would like to tell you that we are so totally enamored with your place and with Fort Myers Beach that we want to return next year. Your condo is so personal and charming and we thank you for sharing. We hope we left everything in proper order and that you are pleased with us as occupants. We loved the 10 minute walk to the pier for breakfast at "time out" and the return along the beach. What we loved the most was that Fort Myers Beach seems to be populated by all sorts of wonderful divergent sorts of people, unlike other areas of Florida. We love visiting and buying fresh fish from the market and then cooking while watching the ocean from the kitchen window and the dramatic sunset from the balcony. On and on we could go but we guess you notice our delight. We also enjoyed meeting Lee and Sharon, the current President and his wife of the owners association. They worked hard planting flowers and keeping everything, such as the pool, the pool chairs etc. in excellent shape.

It was a wonderful time in the "Kona Cutie on the Gulf". 3 weeks of relaxing, best weather and most beautiful sunsets. Just downstairs to the beach, which was never overcrowded.
