| We stayed at Absolute Paradise for the second year in a row in October. Everything was as great as we remembered it from last year. It also looked like Stu did a few updates as well. You can beat the location, easy access to the bay or the ocean, room for your own boat, room for your trailer, etc. The outdoor living in incredible and it's all yours. We will come here for years to come and you should too! It's the perfect Keys getaway! |

| My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week in early July with my teenage daughter and her friend. We had a fabulous time and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The layout of the home is great with the two bedrooms at opposite ends of the building allowing total privacy with seperate bathrooms. We spent many an hour lazing under the tikki hut and watching the world go by very slowly. it's extremely peaceful and very private. We didn't use the hot tub but were delighted to find a temporary swimming pool which was great to chill in. We took the opportunity of using Stu's pontoon boat for the week which made an amazing difference to the holiday and I would highly recommend it. The girls described it as the 'floating sofa'. Stu dropped in to show us the boat and was very friendly and shared lots of useful information which enhanced our time there. We took the boat out most days and found a couple of restaurants where we could pull up on the dock and eat. We often just stopped in the middle of nowhere and just swam. We saw various wildlife including a huge Iguana and a small shark. In fact Stu had told us to look out for a small crocodile which often cruised down the canal at 7.10 pm. I thought he was joking but sure enough it passed at 7.12pm. We drove one day to Miami and another to Key West where we went on a snorkelling trip. We ate out at a couple of restauarants nearby. Our favourite being 'The Pilot House' which has glass under the bar area where you can sit and watch the fish and there are some big Tarpon! Little plastic tubes through the bar allow you to feed them oats. It's also a great place to meet the locals. We are definitely planning to return. Thank you Stu for sharing your home with us. |

We just returned from Key Largo and we enjoyed our time at Absolute Paradise. Everything was clean and the unit was spacious enough to entertain dinner guests.
We very much appreciated the most prompt return of our security deposit and the prompt response to our phone call when we had a very slight problem.
If we return to Key Largo, we'll certainly stay at Absolute Paradise again. |

We had a EZ-load/tilt trailer and were surprised we could launch and load the 17-ft boat in the yard. The property is just like it appears in the pictures. A friend and I stayed during NOV08. I sat on the canal porch every morning with coffee and watched the coconut trees sway in the breeze. Manatee every day. That was a major treat (even a mother with a small calf). It does take about 20min of running the boat to get to the Ocean Side, but it is all postcard picture quality. Twice on the way out, we saw live Iguanas on the rocks so keep eyes peeled. Also, if you are a diver, you pass by the John Pennenkamp Park dive shop, on the water (can fill tanks there with a C-Card).
Stu, I am sorry I did not write this sooner, but it is heart-felt. Enjoyed it very much. Oh, wonderful, strong wireless network available at the property, inside and out, 24-7. Spacious dock for the boat. |

| Incredible!!! We were expecting to have a great time and the Absolute Paradise far exceeded our expections. We saw numerous wildlife such as many Manatees, Iguanas, native Birds and fish including Snook, and rolling tarpon. All this while relaxing under the large Tiki Hut, enjoying music and having a few drinks. WE WILL BE BACK!!! |

| We just returned from this outstanding piece of paradise at the end of January and I am looking into dates to return next year. What a wonderfully relaxing place to be. I absolutely fell in love with the manatees! What a great experience. There are some great places to eat near by or you can grill fresh fish right at the house. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I look forward to our return. |

| I would highly recommend Stu's Condo. Was there for the Homestead Race and it's idealy located both to Miami and the Key's. Clean accomadation with hot tub, BBQ Grill, bar, new wood patio deck. Doesn't get any better. Large lot and peacefull. Perfect for your next get a way. |

| Had a wonderful two weeks here with my Brother & his wife. Spacious, comfortable accommodation with a most relaxing atmosphere. We were visited almost daily by manatees, saw Tarpon jumping in the canal and the odd croc cruising past. Loads to do if you wanted to, or a great place to just 'chill out'. Would definately recommend and indeed revisit this lovely place. Thanks Stu. |

| What a great place! We stayed for 7 nights. We go to Key largo every year for lobster season and this was the BEST place we have ever stayed. Will be back there next year. Manatees, tarpon and the crodile at the back door. Easy access to all the water areas. And we caught LOTS of lobster. Stu was great. Tiki hut and outside shower were a dream come true. | We spent 4 wonderful nights in this fantastic accommodation, one of the best settings we have stayed in. The fishing right of the dock was fun and the tiki hut and outside living space was well used. The evening breeze and watching the sun go down was a perfect way to unwind and completley relax. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit the upper keys and include a visit to the nearby John Pennecamp. Perfect home in a perfect location. | Wow! I thought the other comments were too good to be true - but true they were. Stu was gracious in answering all of our questions and has really created a wonderful vacation home. My brothers and I spent 5 days there diving, fishing and relaxing. Caught our limit on trout in the sound, dove Molasses Reef and caught tarpon from the dock behind the house! We also got to give a Manatee a drink of water from the hose nearby. The house was clean, up to date and very accessible. The outside was even better! The Tiki Hut was awesome - complete with chairs, a hammock and fans. We spent alot of time just sitting out there and talking. I would recommend this to anyone with a boat who wants quick access to the sound (2 min)or the ocean (15 min). We had a great time. Thanks! |

| Beautiful!!! We have stayed in many vacation rentals and none compare to the value of this home. In past, we have paid a lot more for a lot less. Our favorite time was sitting inside the large Tiki Hut enjoying the peaceful and realxing view of the water with the more than occasional visiting manatees. The home is nicely decorated and comfortable. We left with a smile on our faces. |

| Very, Very nice. This had to be one of the most relaxing vacations that we have ever had. The home is nicely decorated and the outside area is just as nice and very inviting. We had the time of our lives. The chiki hut was our favorite hang out, every night watching the activity in the water. We saw manatees, tarpon and other unknowns while sipping on our drinks enjoying the veiw. The new deck is very nice and a great place to sit and relax while catchin' a tan. We did not use the hot tub(too hot outside) but it looked very inviting.
The inside is very cozy with HD TV and high-speed internet. We will definitely be coming back!

| This is a great unit with upscale appliances throughout. It was very clean and well appointed. The location is great and we were visited everyday by different creatures resident in the Florida Keys. The large screened porch facing the canal is a relaxing place to sit, read or just enjoy the magic around you. I never saw an iguanna swim before, but one visited us twice by swiming across the canal and crawling up on the seawall. It proceeded to go to a particular plant in the yard and chomp away at what looked like a simple weed to us. It was amazing to witness. |

| This was the perfect vacation spot for our family. We spent a lot of time on the huge deck watching the tarpon roll, the manatee and her baby and we even saw a lime green iguana swimming in the canal. There was always something to watch. The place was furnished beautifully and well equiped with anything we could have possibly needed. Everything was great.It was so nice to have the boat docked right there. The location was excellent. It didn't take us long to get to our favorite snorkeling spot on the reef. We will definitely be back next summer. Thanks again. It was awesome! |

| This is a beautifully kept and clean home. The location is wonderful, it was wonderful sitting on the water's edge watching the fish and waiting for a visit from Manatees. Our patience was rewarded by a visit from a Mum and calf. We had an unavoidable problem with the TV and hot tub. Stu was so helpful and sorted it out very quickly. We loved staying in this fabulous home. Everything was beautifully kept, clean and comfortable. The setting couldn't have been nicer. It was quiet and relaxing. Watching the boats come up and down the canal sure beats the Turnpike traffic! The owners were the best to work with, and were attentive to all our needs. The manatees came every day, and we were thrilled to see them. And our little blue heron visited across the canal each afternoon, giving us a special treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be returning for sure! Thanks to Stu and Michelle (the owners) for all their attention to detail and their very warm welcome!
