We repeat every positive, exciting, memorable sentiment that you have received. It is with great pleasure that we tell you our family had an incredible vacation. The Casey’s want to whole heatedly recommend this home for a getaway!
Before we had secured our vacation location, our oldest son had planned our trip. That’s how we found your home and quit frankly we didn't get to do all that was planned. We hated to leave your home! But we did adventure out on different days and did some really cool stuff. So here we go -- try lunch at Hell's Kitchen in Wilmington and then head to the Aquarium. Go watch the bridge turn from the park and then plan to eat dinner at Baked Up in Surf City. And probably the most special for my wife and me was Shag dancing at Margaritas on Wednesday's. All easy to find and all unbelievable. But as good as all these were, and they were good, the house was the most amazing!
One more story before I go. Its one that I can tell my grandkids and have proof it happened. My three boys and I played some soccer on the beach. In the heat of battle and good sportsmanship, I will forever have a trophy ---my north topsail beach big toe -- long story but a great memory and wouldn't trade it for the world! Oh yeah it made the wife and mother-in-law who were relaxing on the beach grin hard!

| We really enjoyed our October 20-25 vacation here. The weather was 70s during the day and cool at nights. We have three young children (4, 3, and 1) and they were in hog heavan. We were steps from the beach and chairs and tons of beach toys were available. Wind was steady and kite flying was great. The kitchen was really incredible...every implement imaginable and I cooked every meal there. Beautiful home and beach. My son had a major tantrum when we had to leave! I'd definitely stay again. |

I can't say enough kind things about how wonderful our family vacation at your lovely home was. We stayed from April 26 thru May 3rd...and it was the most peaceful, relaxing wonderful vacation we've ever had. Our son James had such a good time playing with his cousin Mackenzie..they were as happy as any two five year old could be playing in the surf, digging in the sand and exploring up and down the beach for "magic shells". I got to do what I love doing, cook really good meals in your wonderful kitchen! It was so nice to step out the front door and see the beach..we went to sleep to the sound of the ocean each night. I actually got to read two books..I can't tell you when I've had the time to just sit and read. As the week progressed we all had nothing but wonderful things to say about your home and our stay. Even when I had a question about something, you were right there to answer me and solve the problem. I appreciate your friendly corespondance, and I can assure you we will be back, maybe even next year! Also, thank you for mailing me the clothes left in the dryer...I can't beleive I did such a goofy thing, but it was so sweet of you to offer to mail them to me...If anyone asks me if I can recommend a place to go with their family's to just relax and get to know each other again, I will always name your beach house first, thank you again! |

This home was SUPERB and FABULOUS, our entire family loved it and it was one of the best vacations that we have ever had.his was the first time that we had looked into a private home, as we often use our timeshare, but we really wanted to have a beach vacation. When we discovered the jewel of topsail we were very excited, but I was overwhelmed with a lot of the choices. I also had terrible customer service whenever I tried to call different realtors about properties. We have a daughter with Cystic Fibrosis, and I need to know that our accomodations are going to truly be CLEAN and SMOKE FREE. Finding Veronica over the internet was such an answer to prayer. She was a pleasure to talk with, and I could tell immediately her love for her home and also the desire to allow people to vacation the way she would like to. Knowing the attention to detail that she had given. To have all of our beds made was worth it alone after driving for 10 hours with 4 children! The views were spectacular, not having any smokey residual smell, and knowing that the hot tub had fresh, clean water in it, made us just feel so much at home. Also I loved the location of the unit in comparison to the pool. At first I thought we would want to be close to the pool, but the more I thought about it I realized that with the pool would come a lot of noise. I was surprised how little my kids actually went to the pool because they had so much fun in the ocean! It was nice to be able to have it available but it was also nice to be away on the private end of all the units, where you are closest to the pier. The first night sitting out under the stars in the hot tub with my husband is a memory I think of every night I look up at the stars from PA. We definately DID not want to leave, and hit regular life as the haven that Veronica has put together just took us away to total relaxation. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking. If you are worried about pricing, and you want to go with some discount home, DON'T DO IT! Why have a miserable vacation where you have to complain to someone that doesn't even own the home or has the time to care, instead of paying to truly have a home away from home. It is worth EVERY PENNY, you will NOT REGRET IT. Also any problems that you may have, Veronica is always available to help you out. Thank you so much Veronica for having this home and putting such loving attention into it! We will ABSOLUTELY BE BACK!!

This place was wonderful!!!! We enjoyed so much every moment we were there. Coffee, a deck, and a sunrise over the pier was a wonderful way to start the day. My daughter had just gotten home from Iraq, and we got there and unpacked before she came home that evening. She found the place while she was there in Iraq and this was her countdown to coming home! She got the top floor and was just able to relax and enjoy some time with our family and friends. Thank you so much. Every picture and description was exactly what we got. We got fresh shrimp and grilled out. We saw dolphins, and even the one morning of rain just didn't seem so bad. The furnishings and decor just made us feel so welcome. We felt like this was the best vacation we had had as a family in many years. We would love to rent again in the spring when our second daughter comes home. We couldn't have asked for better accomodations. Thank you again for your help and your care and concern for my daughter while she was in Iraq. We will definitely come back.

We just spent the week of Sept 29th to Oct 6th in "Veronica" heaven. Thankyou for letting our family create a lifetime of wonderful memories in your home. Our family came together to welcome home our Grandson after his second tour to Iraq.
Everything in your home was perfect. From the beds to the view, the hot tub to the kitchen. Oh did I mention the elevator? Since I am still recovering from knee surgery, I loved the elevator. We all were sad when it was time to leave. But we will be back, since we know where "home" is.

Our vacation at Topsail was in Aug 25th for the week. Myself and my son, my mother, and also my sister's family stayed at the lovely home.My brother and his wife also was able to join us. It was my nephew's 16th birthday gift from me to him. He stayed in the "penthouse". He was totally blown away. He loved the elevator to the third floor, and his own private fireplace. My sister who loves to cook (thank god) loved the kitchen. We stayed at many rentals, and she stated that this rental had the most kitchen equipment out of any other place that we stayed. I love that the beds were so comfortable. Some vacation homes, I think buy the cheapest beds that could be found. But these beds were great. You really could get a great night sleep. Also, everyone in town were very nice and social. Thank you very much for a great vacation.

We just spent 5/26-6/2/2007 in Topsail. Veronica and her family were vacationing beside us. They are a phenominal family! We are very blessed to have met them. They were friendly, but respectful of our privacy. We just happened to have our vacation week coincide. They are a dream to rent from!
The house is perfect. We shared it with my husband's parents, 2 aunts, uncle, 2 adult chidlren and 2 young teenagers. There was ample room; the privacy level is awesome. The walls are so well insulated we heard very little noise from other rooms. We heard no noise from other units. The first and second floors are controlled by individual thermostats, so the temperature was comfortable for everyone.
The bedding is absolutely dreamy! We all slept very comfortably.
We all want to go back and highly recommend the rental property to others. You'll love it as well. |

| We have two words for this home and Veronica....Absolutely fabulous! We celebrated our parents 50th Anniversary at this home and absolutely loved it. The attention to even the smallest detail was amazing. We had the most relaxing week at the beach.... so much so that we are planning on coming back next year! Dave, Julie, Jen and Chelsea were great neighbors. We found wonderful shells and just enjoyed the quiet of this beach. Relax, relax, relax... that was what we did. We definitely would recommend the house to anyone looking for an upscale vacation rental. | We were lucky to find Veronica's Topsail Island retreat for our annual New Year's Eve weekend getaway. It was everything it promised to be and more! The furnishings are plush and soothing, the mattresses are ultra comfortable, and the views extraordinary! We were fortunate to meet Veronica and Mitch and their boys, as they were using the other side of the house the same week. We brought 2 boys of our own and the majority of the trip the door between the units was open to allow the boys access from one side to the other so they could play together. They had the best time! As did we. Veronica is so classy and fun, which shows in the way she decorated her house. We had a great time getting to know their family. For cooks, the kitchen is stocked with appliances. For fishing aficionados, the pier is 300 yards away. For those looking to relax, there are decks on each level with adirondack chairs for relaxing and reading a book. We love the fact that there are two distinct master bedrooms, which is great for when more than one couple stays (who wants to have to share a hall bath?) But thereare clearly 4 rooms that have ADULT beds. Which is such a nice feature, as our children grow up they will surely grow out of bunk beds. Each bedroom is decorated differently but all in a very upscale manner; think Pottery Barn with a touch of Restoration Hardware and Bombay Company. So too are the kitchen utensils and amenities. All appliances, pots, plates, etc are nice enough to serve a first class dinner fitting of the house and its surroundings. No ugly, chipped, mismatched plates, cups, and wine glasses here! We will book every vacation to Topsail to stay at Veronica's house from now on. There's not a house in this price range that can compete. Thanks for everything! | Our family of 11 stayed at Veronica's house from June 17-24. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was going to be a great place to relax for a week and we knew we made the right decision. Veronica's attention to detail, cleanliness, and luxury furnishings made us feel comfortable and welcome. There was plenty of room for all of us, and we never felt crowded. Most of the family ate in a lot, and everything needed to prepare meals was there. There can't be more comfortable bedding anywhere. We were even looking at the sheets to find out where to get them! Veronica supplies everyting needed for relaxing at the beach as well, so no need to pack/buy extra items. Look hard and you will find some black shark teeth. The weather was perfect, and all of the neighbors were extremely friendly (even the family from Austin, TX - tough to stomach when you are Buckeye fans!). We used the pool and hot tub every day. Renting directly from Veronica made the entire process smooth and worry-free. We will definitely rent one of her properties again. Customer satisfaction is her number one priority! |

Our family of four stayed at Veronica’s during the week of May 13-20th. As is our custom, upon arrival, we began cleaning the house. But, we were soon amazed how clean everything already was. Our surprises didn’t stop there. The kitchen was so well equipped; I wanted to cook (much to my family’s surprise). The kids loved their rooms, especially the flat screen TV’s. Unfortunately for them, I loved the parental controls more. My next surprise was the strength of the wireless connection. There were no dead zones in the entire house, including the patios. Even on rainy days, the brightly colored décor kept everyone smiling.
We enjoy the home so much that we have committed to coming back each year. If you want a first class vacation home, this is it. It has certainly become our home away from home.

Our family celebrated our annual spring break vacation at Veronica's beautiful beach home this year, staying for two glorious weeks in mid-April. We were all extremely pleased with the many thoughtful amenities that were present. With four children, three under the age of nine months, we soon discovered that the pack and play, booster chair, beach toys, and quiet bedroom areas were a much appreciated benefit, allowing the babies to feel at home and the mommies a no stress vacation!
The beach was beautiful and the weather perfect. Resting was easy in the seriously comfortable beds and all three family groups felt as if they had a private area at night, a feature not yet experienced in any other place that we have vacationed.
Pots and pans galore made our decision to eat most meals in an easy task to accomplish. We did, however, get take out from the Green Turtle in Snead's Ferry and it was the absolute best!! Golfing at the nearby Country Club was a fine diversion, the hot tub much used by all ages, and the fishing pier a fun and friendly place. Anything that you might need is easily found on the Island or just over the bridge. Everyone we met was extremely friendly, even the bagger at the Food Lion, who juggled groceries for the benefit of our 16 year old granddaughter.
Not one of us wanted to leave Veronica's! She was most gracious and so helpful in every way, ensuring that our stay was perfectly stellar. Thank you so much! We had a fabulous time! |

| Our spring break stay at Veronica's house April 15-22, 2006 was superb. The weather, beach, house, and scenery were outstanding. Our family of five had an awesome week. The kids - ages 8,7, and 3 made friends with the neighbors and enjoyed watching the fisherman on the pier, dolphin in the morning, shelling, hot tub soaks, golf at nearby North Shore CC, & many fine dinners looking out over the ocean. Our family has rented numerous houses in the outer banks for years and decided to try North Topsail. Veronica's house stands out above the rest as far as decor, comfort, cleanliness, & detail. We loved her extra touches in the kitchen & bedrooms. Her added amenities including beach chairs, toys, & grill were clean & brand new. When traveling with kids, it is a truly a pleasure to have all of the comforts of home. Veronica goes above & beyond customer service and delivers a superb vacation at a great value. Our family stayed at Veronica's beautiful Topsail Beach
home from Friday 10 February 2006 till Sunday 18 February 2006. Our
family of eleven adults stayed in the house for eight days. Our U. S.
Marine son was returning from his second tour of Iraq. We arrived the
Friday to find a colorful clean home with a beautiful view of the ocean.
The house was lots more than we expected. The amount of space the
house offered was wonderful. I would strongly recommend staying here at
anytime. We now have three
sons in the U. S. Marines and will need a place to stay in the future
and plan to rent from Veronica again.

| We rented both sides of this beautiful beachhouse the week of July 9-16, 2005, and it perfectly accommodated our four families that included 9 adults and 9 children under the age of 9! There was so much space, we could have actually had more people join us and we wouldn't have been crowded. We left the door open between the two kitchens, which it made it feel like one huge kitchen, and enjoyed having double of everything. We have rented several large beach houses in the past in the Outer Banks, but really liked North TopSail Beach much better. The drive in was easy (no traffic jams on the beach access highways), the beach was uncrowded and beautiful. The ocean temp was much warmer and the waves much milder than the Outer Banks, so the kids were in the water constantly. The house is fantastic - very comfortable, and very well stocked. On rainy days we took advantage of the GameCube and wireless internet access to keep the kids busy playing games. We bought local seafood and grilled out most evenings (there aren't many good restaurants in North Topsail yet). The kids enjoyed crab hunting with flashlights at night, and swimming in the pool that is just a short walk, maybe four houses down the beach. Overall, this was an excellent vacation experience. Veronica is a pleasure to work with and is very focused on customer satisfaction. |

We had the pleasure of staying on TopSail Island in Veronica's great beach house the week of July30-Aug.6. I am a professional caterer and was very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen is, not to mention how great it is to see the ocean at all times from not only the kitchen, but all of the house (loved the porches in almost every room)!
The weather was sunny and perfect and we were treated to meteor showers in the starry skies every night while sitting in the hot tub!
Veronica went to great lengths to make sure that she gave us information on everything we might possibly need or want to do on the island as well as all the details about the house. This was greatly appreciated!
All in all, it was a great stay in a beautiful house with the ocean right there! Thanks!

| We had a family reunion from 7/23 - 7/30. The house was beyond amazing, everything was top of the line. We had 7 adults & 4 kids. There was more then enough room for everyone. We all commented at how well we all slept every night. The bedding and mattresses were so incredibly comfortable. There were several other families in surrounding homes we met during the week and all the kids played together. Truely one of the best weeks of vacation we've ever had. Our family stayed at Veronica's Topsail home during the third week of May. This was our first real vacation in 7 years and it was wonderful!
Veronica was such a pleasure to work with. She really believes in great customer service and making sure you will have a great relaxing time at her beautiful house. She was always prompt in answering the many questions we had before we rented her home and while we were there at the house. All of the house furnishings were tastefully done and we all felt like we were stay in a four star hotel.
Having two toddler children, this was a great place to take the family so that everyone could relax and have a good time! The weather was great almost everyday and we spent the majority or our time on the beautiful beach. We appreciated the toys, beach chairs and umbrellas provided at the house. Almost everyday we saw dolphins playing in the water and had the opportunity to see a baby shark, caught by someone who was fishing on the pier near the house. We hope to make this a yearly event and will always appreciate Veronica’s efforts to make this one of the best vacations we have ever had!

Your home is fabulous! Our family enjoyed listening to the sound of the ocean at night and watching the dolphins from porch! The kids enjoyed walking right down to the beach and playing in the sand. It was great not to bring the extras you would need if you stayed at a hotel! We didn't have to worry about beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, pack-n-play, high chair, etc.! The custom furnishings were superb! I want to thank you for installing the wireless internet so I could keep up with work while away! We can't wait to check out your other properties! | Perfect Beach Vacation... We stayed at Veronica's Topsail Villa the last week in March and totally enjoyed every minute. Long relaxing days on the beach, Stargazing with the kids in the Hot Tub every night, Great Big Cabs and Merlots to finish a great day and a few competitive card games in the wee hours, Great creature comforts in every room, Beautifully appointed bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and bedding, Listening to the sounds of ocean waves all night and then waking up to freshly made expressos and latte's in the morning is the way to relax and get away from it all! We stayed with both sets of grandparents and they really appreciated the elevator access especially when the spring winds and rain start to kick up. Our weather was great for that time of year with 4 out of 7 days in the 70s with plenty of sunshine and beautiful fluffy clouds to watch while reading great books between naps and walks on the beach. On our last day we were able to watch a family of dolphins surf the waves in to the beach from a starting point at the end of the pier and it looked like they were really having a great time trying to outdo each other. Found a terrific little par 3 golf course in Wilmington that was very family friendly and my nine and twelve year olds could get in some really fun golf experiences. All in all, if you are looking for Quality, Quality, Quality, then this home has everything you need. We really appreciated the personal attention to our vist as well as how Veronica went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitly consider this home again and look forward to trying out Big Blue someday as well. Thanks! |

| Last Spring Break our family stayed at Veronica's other property in Gulf Shore, Alabama, so we knew we would have a fabulous time at her new property in Topsail. It was everything we knew it would be. We had two sets of grandparents with us and they really enjoyed the use and convenience of the elevator. The house was beautiful and comfortable from the towels to the beds. We really loved the hot tub and the plasma TV. Having a TV in every room was also a treat since nine people never wanted to watch the same thing! The kitchen had everything we could possibly want and made meal time a breeze. We also loved that the kitchen table accomodated all of us at one time. The beach was breathtaking and shark teeth and shell hunting were the hit of the trip. Our family of nine enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beachfront home in late March.
The home is beautiful, a rare combination of both luxury and comfort; very family friendly.
The views from almost any room are fabulous, and the location could not be better, we were literally steps away from the beach.
The amenities are excellent, and the homeowner has gone to great lengths to stock their home with wonderful extras; the game cube, dvds, plasma tv, comfortable beach chairs, and a gas grill (just to name a few), all the things that made our stay as relaxed and easy as possible.
The hot tub overlooking the ocean was a wonderful way to unwind after a long day on the beach.
We very much enjoyed our first stay in North Topsail Beach and hope to return again soon. This rental property is perfect for anyone looking for a first class vacation home.

We stayed at Veronica's beautiful home in Topsail Island in March 2005. As a cook I was happy to be in a kitchen as well-equiped as my own at home (loved the pizza pan) The ocean was right outside our door, and we spent many afternoons hunting for sea shells or just enjoying the quiet beach. At night nothing could be better than sitting in the hot tub gazing up at the stars.
The beds are wonderful, hotel quality, and we loved the down pillows and beautiful furnishings. The duplex is so well built we didn't even hear our neighbors next door. I recommend this rental to anyone, especially those who appreciate a little luxury with their beach vacation. |

Our family visited in March and the weather was superb (75 degrees)! Every member of my family enjoyed the ocean views while sitting on the deck or lounging in the hot tub or upon waking in their rooms. We hope to return later in the year and this home will certainly be our first choice. Enjoy! |

| We stayed in this property for 5 days at the end of February 2005. It is furnished to a very high standard - bedding is luxurious and my husband enjoyed full use of the excellent kitchen facilities. Weather was cold but the ocean front hot tub gave us lots of opportunities to enjoy this great location. Owner was very helpful in accommodating all our requests. We would certainly consider staying here in the future. |

| We spent the most relaxing and pleasant time at this beautiful new house in Top Sail the week after Christmas. It is such a nice place. The rooms are stylishly decorated and extremely comfortable. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already provided. The kitchen is completely equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and everything you would need to entertain or just have a dinner at home. The view from the bedrooms is postcard perfect. We particularly liked having the balcony outside of one of the master bedrooms on the top level. Although it was December and not the summer season, we were lucky it was warm enough to enjoy the beach. Just listening to the sound of the ocean all day and night was truly therapeutic. We took long walks on the beach searching for shells during the day and soaked in the hot tub at night. One of our highlights was seeing a pod of whales along with dolphins. It was a delightful experience and one that I hope have many times more in the future. We’d like to thank the owners for thinking of everything that made our vacation the best we’ve had in years. |
