| We had a wonderful stay at your condo--very clean and well-maintained. The view is beautiful, and the pool and beach access was great especially with kids. Thanks for being one of the few to rent for less than a week too--greatly appreciated for those of us who can't get away for that long. Great experience--hope to return in the future. |

| Just want to thank you for a great vacation experience! It was so nice to meet you! The condo was well equipped, and it was so nice to have a few essentials to start out with before the trip to the grocery store! The condo was very convenient, clean and accessible to beach, pool and parking. We really like the Surfside/Garden City area because its a family oriented area! We brought our two granddaughters and daughter with us and they loved it! Thanks again for the great accomadations! Hope to see you again next year! |

| Our week vacation was wonderful. My mother has a hard time walking up stairs since her knee surgery and this place was the best. Most nights we could park our car on our room level and the other times I could drive her up and let her out and then go park on another level. It was perfect for her stay and she and my children loved it. She would sit on the balcony and see us in the pool, hot tub or on the beach. This condo was so clean and it's so convenient to shopping and restaurants. Can't wait until next year - my children did not wont to leave this year. Thanks again. |

This was a wonderful condo to stay in, it was very clean and modern and the grounds and pools were kept in excellent condition. We liked having tv's in all the rooms and we also liked the first floor convenience to the pool and for parking, no waiting for elevators! We found all the maintenance and security people to be friendly and helpful. This is one of our top picks for somewhere to stay, it's a beautiful area and we will definitely go back. Thanks Mike and Fran for a wonderful vacation.

| What a great unit for families. You're on the first floor and can park a few steps from your front door. You're also right there at the pool with easy access to the beach. The unit is clean and includes everything you need, from a front-load washer and dryer, to a nice stereo system, three TVs, comfortable living room area and absolutely one of the best views up and down the beach from the patio, which can easily seat five or six people. The pool is directly below you, so you can watch family members swim from the patio. Mike is extremely attentive and is more than willing to answer any questions or tend to any problems. The location of the unit is also ideal. There are terrific restaurants within a 5-minute drive and a great water park for kids two or three miles away, and some of the best golf courses on the strand are also on the south side. We had a great week. |

| We stayed in 109 Ocean Place two years ago and we were excited to return. The location of this condo is excellent as is the condition of everything inside it. The upgrades made by the owners were very nice. We never thought we'd stay on the 1st floor but this condo is kept so immaculately, we had to return. From dealing with Mike to the condo itself it's superb. We'd highly recommend staying in this condo. |

This condo had everything we look for; very easy access to pool, beach, and parking, with no climbing stairs or waiting on elevators; nice layout with great view of beach and pool; nice newer appliances, everything works just as it should; and perhaps most importantly, we've never stayed in a cleaner vacation rental. My only regret about my stay at this beautiful condo was having to leave so soon. The spectacular view, the serenity, and the great layout of the unit made our stay a relaxing and enjoyable one. This is our second time coming to One Ocean Place- 109 and we had a fantastic stay once again. Mike was so nice and friendly and always pleasant to work with. We stayed last September and this year we were excited to see all of the upgrades that they had done to the place! The view is terrific as you can see both directions up and down the beach! | Unit 109 of One Ocean Place is an excellent condo. It is very well equipped and maintained in immaculate condition. Without question it is the nicest & cleanest condo that we have ever stayed in. Wonderful views from the main living area, bedroom and balcony with convenient parking and easy beach, pool and hot tub access. Great value - all fees, taxes, linens and towels are included so you won't get nickeled & dimed, as is the case with most rental agencies. Mike was excellent to deal with - checking in and out was a breeze. Once you have stayed here you will want to return. |

The condo was such a nice place, very clean and you can't beat the location. Great view of the ocean, big picture windows overlooking the pool, hot tub and ocean. The beach is the best. Mike is very responsive to all my questions and very attentive. He and his wife are so easy to work with. We had a great time and are looking forward to another visit in this condo. | WOW...what a great place. We've been coming to Myrtle for 20+ years and this unit was one of the best. Felt like we were at home with all the ammenities and cleanliness. Parking not the easiest, but once you're in you'll love it. Check-in a breeze and priced right! |

It is a good thing that the condo was so nice as the weather did not cooperate at all for our 3 day stay(it was beautiful the morning we had to leave!!)and we spent a lot of time there. My sisters & I have stayed in many different condos over the years and this ranks up there with the best.I would highly recommend it to anyone. | The Samra condo at One Ocean Place is simply terrific. It has a great view of the ocean and is right next to the pool. Parking is secure, under cover and steps away from the unit. The unit location provides easy access to the best family beach we have ever encountered. The condo is very clean and neat and extremly well equipped. Our stay was just perfect!! |

| Wow,what a place! spacious,clean,a view you can't believe.The building itself is spotless.No wild noisy parties by kids using dad's place.OneOceanPlace is the place to be for security,and comfort.Mr, & Mrs. Samra are are very nice people and you feel you've known them for ever.Also great parking facilities and very easy to load or unload using the elevator or short stairway.The only thing wrong with this place is that you will have to leave it someday. |

This is a GREAT unit, cannot say enough about the location & ease of renting from Mike. Let me say again, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION...we slept with the doors open and felt like we were right on the beach!! This unit overlooks the pool & hottub, you have ocean views from just about every room in the condo!

This place is absolutly wonderful.We come to the beach at least 2 times a year with our 3 young daughters and have stayed many different places.This was our 2nd stay at One Ocean Place 109.Mike and Fran are great people and the place is great.Even researching as we all do for value,convience,cleanliness,etc.-you truly can't beat it.The LINENS are even included!! We will defintly be back again and again. I honestly can't say enough,the view,1st floor,right beside the pool etc,etc! I hope every renter enjoys it as much as we do!

I have been going to South Carolina for a number of years, and have always enjoyed myself, and this year was no exception. My friend who accompanied me for his first and not last trip to SC, was extremely comfortable and found everything so clean and convenient. It really was a home away from home for us. We found found that everything we needed or wanted was available to us in the condo. The ocean front view from the balcony was amazing, we found ourselves sitting outside every evening, mesmerized by the ocean. Everything we wished to do was conveniently located and we could not find enough time in the day to attend all the great activities. We have only one regret, we could not stay longer. Thank you again for making our vacation so memorable.
