| We had the pleasure of staying at Dolphin's Run in September of 2003 a couple of weeks after hurricane Isabel roared through. Even though the hot tub was not working, we had a FANTASTIC time. This was our first time renting a house at the beach and we would recommend Dolphin's Run to anybody. We were impressed with the layout of the house and also how clean and well equipped it was. Even though it was too cool for us to go in the ocean, we had a great time wading, walking on the beach and just relaxing. If I may, I would like to make a "pitch" for the YMCA immenity that came with this rental. Unfortunately, we didn't use it until the night before we left thinking that it would not be a big deal. That was a BIG MISTAKE! The staff was very friendly and helpful and there were plenty of activities for every member of our family! They have a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub. I could go on and on about the resturants,shops, and attractions in the area, but suffice it to say that the next time that we stay at the beach, it will be at Dolphin's Run. |
