Very nice condo; we really liked the deck where we swam and relaxed under the sun.
Grand Bahamas is a quiet island;
Georges restaurant close to MargeritaVille is really nice.

The unit worked very well for our family. We used the tennis court and pool in the morning to get the day started. It was easy to get anywhere on the island from this location. A rental car is a must and Brad's is a good local recommendation.
The unit was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. It felt like a safe environment we di not have any security problems. We left our children there when my wife and I went out for dinner a couple of nights. Everything in the unit worked and the internet service was very fast and reliable. Bring your laptop.
The owner was very easy to deal with and very accessible by either email or telephone.
As they say in the islands, "No problems." |

| We had a great time at Geoff and Rosemary's place in the Bahamas. Geoff was extremely helpful and the place was perfect. It was actually bigger than we thought and in great shape. We came by boat and the dock was very nice. I would definately rent this place again. |

| We had a fabulous time. The 5 adults easily had enough room and the the view off the porch was fantastic. Must reiterate the tip to rent a car; it would have been very difficult without it. I would also recommend shopping at the Winn Dixie in Port Lucaya, not the one in Freeport, as it was better stocked and more organized. |

We had a wonderful time at Geoff and Rosemary's condo. Beautifully decorated with the "island" flare, and much roomier than we expected. It was great to spend our days on the boat, come back to our "home" and prepare the fish we caught during the day. Our children enjoyed jumping off the dock and swimming with the fish. We hope to make a return visit next year.

| Geoff and Rosemary's condo is wonderful. It is very comfortable and convenient. It is so easy to drive around on the island. The people are the island's greatest asset. They are fantastic. There is so much to do and so little time to get it done. The semi-submarine was great. Captain Gilligan was the best. We also took the national parks tour with the kayaking for 90 minutes and the beach picnic and nature walk. Shamie was our guide and he was great. A very informed and patient individual. My family also enjoyed the water sports at Port Lucaya. The shopping at the Port's Marketplace is interesting. You need to visit the "Hat Lady". She is a real jewel and the hats are not bad either. The island is beautiful, the water is relaxing and the Ruben's are so gracious to make their condo available to others so that they may enjoy a little bit of paradise. This trip to Grand Bahama Island was a real blessing. |

This is a beautiful spot for a Bahamas vacation.
The condo is immaculate and furnished with
everything you could need. The location is far
enough away from the other resorts that you can
relax and take in the tranquility of the island but
close enough that a 5 to 10 minute drive gets you
into the thick of the Grand Bahama vacation
population. The beach was amazing and many
times we had it all to ourselves. The pictures do
not do the condo or the beach justice. This is
something that has to be experienced firsthand.
Many thanks to Geoff & Rosemary for providing
such a wonderful rental. We thoroughly enjoyed
our stay and can't wait to return. |

| Boat parking on one side and car park on the next - lend further vacation verve to Rosemary's & Geoff's tropical rental. Loved the proximity; five flip flops to the pool; tennis court at your door.. Location is both convenient to town, local hotels, yet slightly removed for a serene retreat. The suite is clean and commodious (all the comfort of home with yacht parking!). Loved twilight on the tile patio, sundown on the canal. The people of Freeport and owners, ever-friendly. A discovery and well worth a return. |

| The condo was great as were the Rubens and the owners of the complex. It was located just a short drive or cab ride from markets, restaurants, and beaches. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Freeport. Thanks for such a nice place. |

We had a wonderful week at the condo, it is actually four bedrooms and sleeps six quite easily. A very friendly setting, first morning the coffemaker malfunctioned and property manager had a fresh pot of coffee to us in fifteen and a new maker that afternoon.
YOU NEED A CAR!!!!! There is a small beach within walking distance but every beach that you want to go to you will need to drive to. Rentals from BRAD"S was great and painless they are very accomadating. Xanadu Beach, Taino Beach and the beach at the national park were our favorites, as well as a trip to snorkel at paradise cove, there was food and drink available at all of the mentioned beaches except for Lucaya National Park at very reasonable prices.
Groceries are very very expensive so you may want to pack some basics.
A great condo to home base from, spacious, clean and all the people are soooo friendly. |

| Your condo was perfect for our family of five. All of the kids had their own room and the kitchen and living area were very comfortable and clean. Would recommend renting a car as it is about a 5-10 minute drive to most restaurants and good beaches. The deck overlooking the canal is a lovely spot for coctails in the evening. Overall, we give it two thumbs up! |
