Simply phenominal. Our second trip back to Seascape was even better than our first, and we didn't think that was possible!
We had our Honeymoon at Seascape and loved every second of it. Diana is a wonderful hostess and the place is a familiar little slice of paradise for Jess and I. The cleaning staff and management were absolutely wonderful, and the maintainence guy was really on the ball!
We love Akumal and Seascape , for the adventerous types, it's a great launching point to explore the Mayan and the Yucatan, lots of history and culture in the area, which Diana caters to with great books (and a first rate "instruction manual" :)on the subject. For the snorkelers, fifty feet out your front door is some of the best snorkeling we've ever done. Not to mention the great Yal Ku lagoon and Akumal Beach with those awesome turtles.
Whether you're looking for adventure, relaxation, or a romantic getaway, there's none better than the beauty and comfort of Seascape. Can't wait to go back! |

SeaScape was the perfect place for a family vacation. The kids could choose to swim in the ocean or the pool...and they loved going back and forth all day between the two.
We cooked most nights we were there and every time I went to look for something in the kitchen, Diana had thought of it--she had everything we needed.
We went to Yal Ku Lagoon several times while we were there...and it was only a block away.
Akumal remains one of the best spots on the Mayan Riviera. We would definitely stay in SeaScape again. Thanks Diana! |

WOW! Perfect location, perfect views and perfect condo! We've stayed in a lot of places in the Maya Riviera over the past 10 years, and this is the best. The owner, Diana, has thought of everything, and coordinated it all just so beautifully, even down to the coozies! You can tell SeaScape is well loved.
The beds are a dream, much more comfortable from most places we've been to in Mexico. Since the condo is on the corner groundfloor, not only did we have perfect views, but we also had our own space outside with our own beach furniture.
Our stay of SeaScape was a much needed relaxing vacation. Our daughter spent most of her time outside playing, while my husband watched ALL the Planet Earth DVD's, and I chilled and learned about the Mayan people (all courteous of SeaScape's beach toys, DVD and book library).
For once, we had a well stocked kitchen. Even though we didn't cook much, it was nice the few times we did, and made it much easier and fun. The full size frig was also a nice added feature.
We didn't go in the pool because we enjoyed our own beach area so much. But the pool is the largest in Akumal, and gardens are beautiful with many unusual plants. We learned from another owner that, Diana, SeaScape's owner, is the reason for this as she planted almost all these. One of the staff even gave us a papaya from her papaya tree. If you are a gardener, SeaScape is heaven for you.

| Seascape exceeded our expectations. The view is gorgeous, the condo is very spacious and airy with plenty of room for our family of 5. The kitchen is well supplied and there are wonderful restaurants in town. The best snorkeling in the area is right in front or within walking distance. The front porch is a real bonus. The corner lot is private with great light. The pool area is very nice with beautiful landscaping. We were convinced we had the best spot in Akumal! |

This is our 3rd year returning to the 'Roo and our 2nd
year staying at Diana's condo. This is our first choice
for places to stay in Akumal. The condo is wonderfully
furnished, the view spectacular, and the kitchen is the
best equipped we have found. You can't go wrong
staying here! |

| This condo is all that it promises to be and more! Diana, the owner, was excellent to work with and very accommodating. You can certainly leave your worries behind when you come to Seascape. They have such a great staff and this condo is so well supplied...just like you would have at home. I would recommond staying here and the price was very competitive compared to everything else we looked at. This condo is right on the beach and the snorkeling is absolutely incredible. What more could you ask for really?! We will definitely be booking our next stay here when the time comes! |

The condo at La Serena was such a wonderful change from the all-inclusive resorts we had stayed with for 6 year in Playa. We love the beautiful condo that is in such a private location. We walked to the Yal Ku Lagoon every morning and enjoy all the different varieties of fish. We enjoyed the bay, too. It was fun to speak the Spanish we learned years ago in high school and buy for all of the fun meals we fixed at the condo. Our daughter, son-in-law, and six month baby visited us for one of our weeks and loved it as well. The pool is great and the staff is unbeatable.
We have stayed two times and already have our reservations for "09. |

The condo was wonderful: clean, beautifully furnished and right on the ocean. Staff was friendly, helpful and daily maid service exceptional. Having access to wireless for my computer was a big plus. Local restaurants are great and snorkeling and scuba diving amazing. It was a wonderful, cost effective alternative to hotels...would recommend it highly.

This property was an absolute delight....right on the ocean...waking up each morning to watch the pelicans dive-bombing for fish was total entertainment. Snorkeling right in front of the condo made every day really easy. great restaurants within walking distance. This place was paradise.

| Sea Scape is a wonderful relaxing vacation spot. The condo is right on the beach, quiet, and absolutely beautiful. The location is superb, with snokeling right out the back door, sandy beach for tanning and lots of opportunities for walking on the beach and exploring for hermit crabs in the evening. The condo is spacious and has 2 very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to our needs. If you are looking for a large resorts with a lot of planned activities, and all exclusive meals you will be unhappy here. If you like venturing to the local restaurants, relaxing on the beach right out your backdoor or visiting Mayan ruins at Tulum or Coba this is the place for you! Another highlight was swimming/snokeling in a Cenote (underground sinkhole filled with crystal clear blue water). Try the mix seafood ceviche in the restaurants in the area - it was absolutely wonderful. Travel trip - take water shoes for playing in the water. The ocean floor is rocky in the area but because of it, the fish is abundunt - the snokeling was excellent. We'll be visiting Sea Scape again. |

| We just returned from SeaScape in Akumal and must say it was one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. It has a comfortable, homey feeling with about everything you could need or want. The views were absolutely spectacular! We enjoyed watching the sunrise and walking along the beach early in the morning. My daughter loved playing with the hermit crabs and searching for all the other little critters that live in the area. The snorkeling in front of the condo was incredible, as was the lagoon just up the road. And the pool was a perfect ammenity when we wanted a quick swim after supper. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was as nice as it possibly could be. We will definately return and look forward to our next stay at SeaScape in Akumal. |

| SeaScape in Akumal was an absolutely TERRIFIC place to stay! The condo is beautiful, beautifully decorated, comfortable and right on the beach, as advertised. The grounds and pool were also beautiful! The property manager and staff were friendly and helpful and easy to find. The snorkeling just outside the condo was spectacular and our family of four (2 adults, 2 boys) had a great time. We look forward to returning someday and recommend SeaScape to anyone looking for a great vacation spot close to everything in the Riviera Maya. Thanks! |

| What a super spot! You can walk right out the door to Half Moon Bay, where there's plenty of great snorkeling - and a wonderful view to enjoy while you're not swimming! The condo is plenty large enough for a family of four, and has all of the basics, plus a kitchen to make your own meals, maid service so you don't have to even make the beds, and the ceiling fans in every room help keep things cool. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio just watching the surf in the bay. Since this condo is at the end of the bay, it's relatively isolated, giving it a feeling of privacy. If you want to eat out instead of cook, there are lots of restaurants in the town - all serve really good food, if a bit pricey. And numerous things to do are nearby - we went to some Mayan ruins, and nature parks, but the best thing is to just enjoy the bay that's right outside the windows! |

A remarkable retreat in a remarkable oasis of natural beauty. That's how we describe Sea Scape and the Akumal area on the Mayan coast. The Sea Scape is the most beautiful, comfortable condo we have stayed in since starting to traveling to Mexico nearly 20 years ago. The spacious, lovely interior and GREAT beds make staying at this condo a pleasure. The complex's pools are fabulous and the maid service is impeccable. The grounds of this lovely retreat are beautiful, and the Sea Scapes's ground floor view of the bay offers relaxing nights under the stars with drinks in hand. We plan to revisit this area and stay at Sea Scape every year. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay, and we look forward to our next adventure in Akumal!

| What a wonderful time my friends and I had in this well maintained condo on the beach. It had all the ammenities we needed but best of all the view, the beach, the water, the snorkeling, the georgous garden pool! Friendly people all around with full maid service. Truely a vacation location in paradise. |

My husband and I have been visiting Akumal for over 10 years, and progressively fallen in love with the area. So we decided to find and buy our dream beach place, hence SeaScape! We love the tranquility and naturalness, all the colors of the Caribbean, being able to just step off the beach porch in the morning with a cup of coffee and watch the reef creatures, and being lulled to sleep with the sound of the surf. We hope that you will join us in our little piece of paradise.
