| Location is great!!! Mini golf, water parks, trams, buses, beach, grocery stores, amusement parks, restaurants - are just minutes away, we never used the car. Condo is nice, clean, and the balcony - what a great thing, a fresh breeze from the ocean every morning made our day. Quiet and no disturbance from the neighbors. We stayed in this condo with 2 kids for a week , and were happy. Hotels are more expensive and smaller. Owners are very nice and did everything to make our stay comfortable. |

| These folks were wonderful to deal with. The condo was clean and just right for a family. We were just 2 blocks from the boardwalk. |

| A PERFECT place for my family and I. Spacious enough to accomodate us, plus have my sister and her 2 year old come to stay for a couple of days, too, without feeling cramped. Conveniently located with a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and Jolly Roger right next store in walking distance, too. Extremely reasonably priced, too, given all of the outstanding benefits of the property and the location. The owner was very pleasant to deal with, and was timely with answers to questions and other communications. An all around FANTASTIC vacation!! We look forward to staying here in the future!! Thanks very much!!! |

| Fabulous rental! Clean, neat and spacious. Owners are a real joy to deal with and sent us everything in a very timely manner (including our security deposit refund in less than a weeks time). Perfect for a small family. Has everything you could possibly need or want - a real home away from home. We would definitely rent it again. Also super convenient and close to everything. Beach and Bay area a 5 minute walk at the most, boardwalk starts right at 28th street and lots of other local things to do too - miniature golf, water park and amusement park right next door. Also - rental is ultra quiet - we heard nothing at all ever!!! Thanks for a great vacation. |
