| A vacationer can definitely tell that the owner takes pride in their home away from home-------One could get addicted to this place quickly....atmosphere is incredible, the decor inside and the outside premises is awesome, landscaping is fabulous, the access to beach is wonderful.....AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!! |

| We stayed on the week of July 4. This is a lovely home, very spacious and well decorated. We had a problem with the cleanliness upon arrival, however, I have a very high standard in clean so I just cleaned what I found a problem. We loved the pool, the neighborhood, and the lagoon view from the front decks. We would definately choose to stay here again should we return to Gulf Shores. |

I had recently hired a new cleaning company to clean the unit. This was the only complaint that i had all summer and the property was rented all summer.After beening aware of the problem i contacted the cleaning company and was assured this would not happen again.

| very neat and clean. pool area was spotless. everthing was in working order in the condo. nice folks next door. just a nice place to be. would highy recommend to anyone!! |

We purchased this property May 2000 so that we would have a wonderful place for our grandchildren. They can ride their bikes or just play in the yard.They are now 6 and 10,they never tire of going down there. They love the pool,playing on the beach, or just walking around the neighborhood.There is also a pool house where you can sit in the shade while everyone else is basking in the sun.We know you will love our home away from home as much as we do.
