Just a note on how much we truly injoyed your beautiful townhome! We found it to be perfect for us! Many places you rent cramp you into small spaces, but your place was very spacious and was decorated very nicely. The off season rates cannot be beat. We own property in Destin and it was awesome to be able to enjoy a trip without the excessive traffic and noise you find at many vacation locations.
The complex has an awesome sizeable pool that we found very peaceful. In fact, there are many properties not occuppied which even provided a more peaceful vacation. We enjoyed the ease with which to get out boat out to the Atlantic.
The beds were comfortable and the unit was exceptionally clean. The views from the balconies were awesome- you can have dinner with a view without the price.
Just let us know if you want to sell your unit!

The weather was fantastic even if a little bit windy the first couple of days. Love those tropical breezes!
We would certainly consider renting from you again if in the area. With your permission I will pass along info about your place to a colleague of mine that is considering visiting the Keys this spring. He asked me to keep an eye out for places to recommend and I think your place would suit him fine.

We returned home yesterday to 53 degrees. Why didn't you tell me how tuff it is when you leave paradise? We loved your condo and felt its location (middle Keys) and view of the Gulf of Mexico was the best. Our weather was lovely with a few days of substantial winds. The food was wonderful from all the fresh seafood to pizza at No Name Pub!
I'll put the keys in the mail tomorrow to you. We took great care of your place and left it tidy for the cleaning crew.

We couldn't have decided better, Sweetheaven South is wonderful and the owners are marvelous persons. We all loved your house, Silvia could'n believe someone had lived there before.
Everything were perfect, we appreciated every detail as well as the suggestions, we fully agree with the "C's ratings". We've been at the Cabot's and we have had that recommended beers at the Island's Tiki Bar, it was terrific.
We have had a wonderful time and those vacations, despite few days only, will remain in our memories. I have already started to make plans to repeat it as soon as possible, the next time I will come back with some fishing support (Jansen). Big dolphins, be aware !!!!
This time I went out to fish with Francisco only, he is a very nice guy, he was born in Peru, but lives with his parents, brother and sister in the USA since he was 3 or 4 years old, he has been graduated in Business in the Boston University. He is starting now his Fishing Graduation, but I could't teach too much. To be true, I was fascinated with the shade of blue of the ocean, very beauty, and we didn't go so far to look for the big ones.
I am sending some photos: The first one is Isabela celebrating her aniversary at a memorable place and some others from the fish we caught and Silvia teaching me how to pilot a boat (now I am definitively lost...).

Good evening Harry!
Just a short note to let you know I mailed the key today and it should be there by Friday.
It's hard to believe the week went so quickly. The Keys truly are magical and all of us had a super time. Sweethaven South was indeed very clean and comfortable, and proved to be an ideal base for day trips up and down the Keys. Our flight out of Akron-Canton got delayed until 2:38 on Monday 8/14, so it was well after dark before we arrived in Marathon. Our first view of the Gulf Pointe complex was Tuesday morning and we were all amazed at the location and beautiful views of the Gulf and the Vaca Cut. We walked down to the dock and saw nurse sharks, rays, and a large Barracuda - all within the first twenty minutes. To say we were excited would be an understatement.
We visited the very unique Key West area one day. We spent another day in Key Largo visiting the the facility and meeting the staff at Island Dolphin Care where our daughter Rebecca is serving an internship for the next four weeks. We also spent a lot of time at the Bahia Honda State Park where we swam, fished, and explored. We even took a boat out of the Park to a reef about four miles out and did some snorkeling. It was absolutely exhilarating to be surrounded by the variety and beauty of all the fish and other marine life we saw.
Fishing was a highlight for Zach, Adam, and I. We found a great spot in Bahia Honda State Park. We used our medium spinning rods with 12# line as you advised, and the live shrimp from Captain Hook's, and caught gray snappers, yellow tails, grunts, some jacks, and even a few bonefish right from the shore. The real fishing highlight occured our second night at Gulf Pointe when Adam "caught" a 4-5 foot long nurse shark from the dock. Adam caught the fish about 11:00 at night and it took him a little over an hour to get it dockside so we could take some video and pictures before cutting it loose. Adam was using a medium spinning rod with the 12# line and a small #4 hook baited with a blue runner. It provided a memory that will last with all of us for a lifetime.
Thanks again for allowing us to be your guests. I sincerely hope we can do it again sometime.

What a great time we had! We didn't spend much time in your townhome as the water and fish kept calling but the place is great. Caught and ate just about every species. You have a lovely home and the breezes were perfect. It's been difficult to resist the temptation to go to the grocery store in a bathing suit and T here in Columbia. We had great weather, everyone here thought we were miserable and stuck inside due to the storm. It was cloudy a day or two, which helped our skin get use to the sun, and we had sunshine the rest of the time there. Just wanted you to know I'm sending the key back today. We enjoyed our stay at Sweethaven South. Everything worked perfect. Every day was sunny and perfect. The nights were cool and days at 80, no need for a.c. of which I really enjoyed. It was calm and relaxing, just what we wanted. My son Sean, caught a small barracuda and a couple of other fish off the dock, he had a ball. The 16" barracuda had some real teeth! Another fellow caught a small 3' shark off the dock. If possable we may want to come back about the same week next year.

Hi Harry: Well....it was a GREAT stay and trip!! Weather was excellent....but a little windy. We kyaked into the mangroves; went offshore snorkeling, biked Key Colony paths, did the Honda Park, spent a day in Key West with every Spring Breaker around but really loved beaching and swimming at Sombrero Beach. I even found a doubles tennis game at Sombrero Condo every day. Keys Fisheries Rest. is the BEST fish eating. Your place is lovely....as promised. View from your balconey is A1. We thank you for providing such a place for us to stay and we left it just as we found it. Top shape. We were EXTREMELY HAPPY with the place and thanks again for renting to us. Well today is the first official day back to reality. Even though the looming storm cut our stay short we enjoyed our time at your place again. It is starting to feel like our second home. I was glad to see no major damage occurred in the Keys and hopefully none at your place. My son caught some Mangrove snappers and a couple barracudas from the dock. It was great because he loves fishing so he got some excitement. The fireworks were beautiful from the seven mile bridge we could see them all over Marathon. This trip just never gets old. We are having a great and relaxing time here at your condo. The first morning there was an osprey on the neighboring balcony having a breakfast of fish. It's very quiet here - I think there may only be three other units occupied in your complex. We have been sleeping great.
Your place is lovely - we enjoy having the extra room - home away from home.
We have already enjoyed some nice eateries. Leigh Ann's coffee shop is great and we will be going back soon. Annette's steak and seafood was very good too. Tonight we stopped at the Tiki Bar that is very close to here and enjoyed a light meal and a great view. Tommorrow may be a trip to Key West and a swim with the dolphins for later in the week.

Friday, March 4th. We are home and finally starting to get
things straightened out. We arrived at home on Monday after
a rather rough trip due to the weather. Lots of rain, freezing
cold and snow for the entire trip. We were ready to turn
around and go back south.
Our month at your condo was absolutely great. As you said
everthing we needed was there. The condo was in great shape
and we really enjoyed. I would, without question, recommend
it to anyone.
This afternoon I am going to the post office to mail your keys
back to you. Also, some how in the process of packing our
clothes for the return trip, one of the arm covers for the sofa
got mixed in with our clothes. We are sending that back with
the keys. We are sorry for any inconvience this might cause.
Again, thank you very much for making our vacation great
