| Tahoe is a really beautiful place to visit no matter what time of year you go. So much to do year round. The house was spacious, the accommodations were clean and the owner was very polite. Just as the website said--hiking, rock climbing, biking fun--so much to do!. We will definitely come back. A real family place, a great way to bring the family back together. |

| Great rental. Very accommodating. Great backyard with a hill for sledding. Cozy warm feeling house. My family enjoyed the house very much. I would highly recommend renting this place. The owner is very easy to work with. Thanks again! |

| We enjoyed staying in your vacation Home . It was very comfortable and furnished. The kitchen pantry and cabinets were adequately stocked up and we could cook nicely. Most importantly, thanks for keeping the board games as they kept my 7 yr old busy in the evenings. We look forward to coming there again. Thanks for all your prompt help. |

Great house! Kids had a great time playing in the backyard. There is also a small hill in the backyard for sledding. Look forward to staying here during our next visit.
Nice host. Provided us with lot of information and very helpful. He called to make sure we had no problems on our arrival and also bought sled/saucers that our kids could use in the backyard. |

Thanks for letting us use your house. We had a great time, and found it to be very comfortable. Some of the things we liked most was the location (before the S. Lake Tahoe bottleneck for Bay Area Drivers), and the huge hill in the back of the property. We spent alot of time sledding down that hill, and playing in the snow just behind the house. We found the house to have alot of room, great for a family to spread out in. All the televisions and DVD players were nice touches. We'll definately stay there again.
