Hand written note: Karen, we had a great time. The place was the perfect size for us. It was lovely and quiet yet there were plenty of fun things to do nearby. You can take a canoe trip on the Delaware leaving right from the Shawnee Inn. The waterpark was perfect for our kids. We enjoyed the swimming pool at Sun Mountain. It was never too crowded and was surrounded by beautiful mountains. We definitely will recommend your place to our friends.

| What a GREAT townhouse and a GREAT value! We had a lovely, relaxing time in this well-equipped, nicely furnished townhome. We spent lazy days at the pool, and just hung out in the townhouse playing card and board games. We're already thinking of our winter getaway to go snow tubing!!! Thanks Karen and David!! |

We enjoyed the townhouse so much that time seemed to escape us. We had a marvelous time viewing mountaintops and playing music from yesteryear. It's such a beautiful area and we hope to be able to visit again real soon.The environment was pleasant and comfortable. |

I had the pleasure of renting this townhome for 3 1/2 months. Not only is this home in a great mountain location, the peace and quiet is like nothing I've ever experienced before. The home is completely furnished, and beds are extremely comfortable.
The view of Shawnee Mtn from the deck is beautiful.

| This is the perfect home for a getaway! I want to let whoever is interested in renting this home that you will not be disappointed! The owner's Beach house is also quite lovely, we stayed for the weekend and had a pleasant stay so close to the beach. We had an awesome time at your lovely new place. It is so spacious and it has very comfortable seating and beds. Great location too. Very close proximity to everything. The fireplace made it so warm and cozy, even though your place is so spacious.
We'll definitely have to come again.
Glad we found out about it so now we can tell all of our friends!
