We had a great time and loved the house. It had everything and more that we could have asked for.The kids loved all the toys, and we even took bike rides with our little one being towed in back and she loved it. We might just have to purchase one for ourselves. We also loved how close your house is to the pool, and spent a lot of time in your sun room. That room was great! Also, my dad loved the margarita maker.

| We had a WONDERFUL week at the beach house -- thank you for everything! The home was clean, SO well-equiped, and beautiful. We also loved the Bear Trap community. We played tennis everyday, joined in on water aerobics, and loved to ride bikes. Thanks Maria!! |

We love your fish house, especially the downstairs bathroom. We are very close to the shuttle stop and the pool and that we liked. We saw the blue heron.(children comments)

| What a fabulous beach house! Martha would be proud of the decorating and the electronics are a guys play-pen. Spacious, relaxing and with every appointment. Away from the bustle but so convenient to the beach. A lovely community. |

| It's hard to imagine that your beach rental would be more fabulous than your own home...but that is case with this beautiful rental! The furnishings are lovely. The kitchen wonderfully equipped...and my husband/kids loved all the technology. We will visit annually and be proud to entertain guests. |
