This upcountry cottage was the perfect place for
our family. The area is beautiful, cool and quiet.
The cottage was impeccably clean, comfortable and
provided for our every need.

Just wanted to say thank you Billy and Avis for
everything you did for us during our stay during
Haili. You make us feel so comfortable its like
going home to see family.
If your looking for a clean, comfortable house
that is furnished with every necessity, this is the
house for you. The location's cool climate and
spectacular view allows you to absorb the Hawaiian
Country feel. This house is suited for Kama'aina as
well as tourists and I highly recommend it to
anyone looking to experience the Hilo side of the
Big Island. |

Dear Billy and Avis,
Thank you for providing us a great place to stay while we were on the Big Island. This is the first chance I've had to send an email since we left. We didn't have time to write a note Wednesday before leaving.
We really did enjoy our visit. We will now prepare to return to work and our routine here in Ohio, but with fresh perspective on some things. Keep up the good!!!

| The rental is everything that it was promised to be. It was very nice. I was somewhat worried having not seen the place before, but it was very sunny, very clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay while in Hilo. It is central between the Volcano and Downtown Hilo, if you are trying to see both. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay at the cottage. |

Just wanted to tell you both, what a great job you're doing! The site looks great. I'm glad you increased the cleaning fee, and taxes. "A picture is worth one thousand words", the pics are really nice. Makes you wanna check this house out. Praise God, it's harvest time, and it's your time for your harvest... It is located next to our home on our three acres on a private paved road within the city of Hilo. New carpets were just installed in the dining room, living room and hallway. We are located in a quiet, safe and clean neighborhood of professional and retired residents owning three, five and more acres. We open our home to you to come and experience island style living, hospitality and warmth while you enjoy the local attractions. We provide complimentary Papayas and freshly ground Sharkey's Hawaiian coffee upon your arrival. Downtown Hilo is about 9 miles away. Prince Kuhio Shopping Plaza is about 8 miles away. Rainbow Falls, Boiling Pots, Hilo Bay, Coconut Island, Lyman Museum, Sports Complexes are just some of the nearby locations in Hilo. Mauna Kea Observatories, Akaka Falls & the Hamakua Coastline very near. Volcanoes National Park is 40 minutes away. Wireless Internet Access is available. Go do your thing then come back home to relax and rest.
