Sandy and I wanted to thank you for allowing us to
rent your beautiful condo in Palm Desert. We
throughly enjoyed our vacation. The view of the
golf course and surrounding hills out the patio door
was spectacular. Every morning the sun would
come up a gorgeous pink color and the days were
wonderfully warm. A true vacation. The condo
itself was decorated lovely. It was clean and very
comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with
appliances and everything anyone would ever need.
The location is very convenient to stores and
restaurants. We look forward to renting again from
you in the future.

This was my first experience with VRBO and this owner. EXCELLENT, all the ways round. The owner is quick to respond and delivers a property that is exactly as featured.
The condo was CLEAN, kitchen well stocked with utensils and cookware, and the property grounds were well manicured. The condo itself has been meticulously maintained, great AC, and had some extra touches (ie: tiled patio) that gave it a boost above the rest.
If you are deciding between a vacation rental and a hotel, the condo rental is definitely the bang for the buck. We took a look-see at the JW Marriott and Marriott Villas--it was a zoo. We were so thankful that we were staying here!

| We stayed here during Spring Break 2008. We loved it so much that we are returning for Spring Break 2009. We have a 5 and 15 year old and they both LOVED the pool. Wonderful communcation and follow up from owner. |

| My friends and I went to Palm Springs for a girls weekend and stayed at the condo. It was so nice, clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitly come back again! |

David, What a great condo. The decor is outstanding, very well equipped home. Comfortable and relaxing. The pools are great, Desert Fall CC is well kept and quiet.Great location in the desert, near grocery stores, Hwy 111, Marriott, and restaurants.
You will be so pleased with this rental
Oh yeah, David makes renting so simple and hassle-free.

| David - My husband and I enjoyed your condo in Desert Falls Country Club. The condo is very nicely furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. The location is perfect and only steps away from a beautiful pool. We will definitely contact you when we decide to return. |

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert (in June of 2007)and a large part of that enjoyment was the condo. It is supplied with everything you could need, decorated very tastefully, the owner is professional and courteous, and the location is convenient. We enjoyed the gym at the club and they were very friendly as well. The grounds are well-maintained and the pool area is clean and inviting. We would not hesitate to return to this condo or recommend it to friends. |

We have rented this condo twice, I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys five star accommodation
.it is tastefully decorated.....every modern convience you would
want...items you thought you may have forgotten are conveniently
there.......ex....books, movies, incidentals ,spa towels, great
bedding,....and sun block...great thought went in this condo for the
guests convenience. The owner is very accommodating and thoughtful. We
would definitely return to this condo if there was availability!

01/15/2007 This is a very nice unit. We have stayed at Desert Falls before and this unit is by far the best we've been at. Very clean and spacious. Rooms are larger and nice to have the den with TV. Kitchen is remodelled. Dealings with owner were quick and efficient. Would rent here again.
