The house was everything we expected and more. It was just right for my wife, myself and our 3 adult children. There was more than enough room and all the amenities to allow each of us to have his own space to relax after being out hiking and site-seeing in Yellowstone. Very conveniently located to take advantage of all that a great national park has to offer. The owner and the on- site manager were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay and highly recommend this vacation rental. |

| Terrific place to stay. Very comfortable and close to Yellowstone Park and Gardiner. Gardiner is a terrific town with great restaurants (especially Pedalino's and the Raven Grill). Would definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone! |

| This house served as a wonderful home base for our explorations in Yellowstone National Park. It is only two minutes from the North entrance to the park and is very convenient to the grocery store, gas stations, and shops in Gardiner. The owner has thought of every item you might need to be comfortable during your stay, ranging from a welcome basket to a selection of movies and books to handy items such as trash bags and soap. Having a full kitchen was very handy for a family with a gluten intolerant individual who needed to prepare meals to take on day trips. It was wonderful to fall asleep with the cool mountain air blowing through the windows and the twinkling lights of other cabins up on the hillside. |

| Nice roomy house and super value. Family of four very comfortable. Trailhead to Yellowstone River NP trail is a stones throw away from front door. Elk in street and behind back yard on several days. Owner and property manager are great to deal with. Gardiner is a neat place and Mammoth is the best entrance to the park. Highly recommended! |

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of four. We had more room than we needed. The kitchen was in great shape--so clean--and a nice selection of quality cookware. This property owner is terrific to work with as well.
Having Gardiner as a "home base" also really added to our Yellowstone visit. We had several great meals--Pedalino's and The Raven were especially good. The shops had great selections and good prices as tourist shops go. To go rafting, all we had to do was walk down the hill to Yellowstone Rafting Co. We loved everything about this experience! |

This was our first time using VRBO and we will definately do it again. I appreciate the way the rental was handled. The house was more than we expected and the little extras in the home made it feel like we were at home and not renting a place. This vacation was incredible and one we won't soon forget. The furniture, the decor, and the beds were all nice. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want to cook a meal. We really appreciated the hiking guide and maps. Thank you again for a great place to stay. |

Our vacation in Yellowstone was so great & one we'll always remember! Loved having our family in one place at the same time (we live in Colo., Wash. & Wis.). Renting this house was one of our best ideas. Upon entering the front door, a basket full of snacks & goodies waited for us on the kitchen counter. What a great idea! Of course that disappeared fast. The house truly felt like "home away from home". We so appreciated the "no smoking" rule, since none of us smoke. We had comfortable beds & the neighborhood was nice & quiet. Having 2 TV's was a plus. The gas grill was great for us to cook supper/dinner when we felt like doing that. Having a washer & dryer helped keep luggage to a minimum for the girls who flew into Denver. Gardiner is a nice, friendly place with friendly, helpful people & we had a beautiful view from the living room. I highly recommend this rental. Eveything was as advertised & more. Can't say enough good things about this house. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. |

| We recently stayed in the house. Everything was just as advertised. It was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. The house was well-stocked and maintained. Being able to come back to the house after spending the day visiting Yellowstone made a great vacation even better. We hope we are able to rent the house again when we come back to Yellowstone. |

The whole family was very pleased with our week long stay at this home. Our two teenagers loved having their own space and privacy. We made use of the styrofoam coolers we found to picnic in Yellowstone each day as we explored the park. (By the way we left behind some cool paks for other guests to use!) It was great to come home and stretch out and relax, read, watch TV, or play one of the family games we found in the den. It was our best family vacation ever and home was a big part of it.
Everyone we met in Gardiner was friendly and helpful. We weren't able to access the wireless internet from the home as a previous renter did, but we took advantage of the free computer at the Gardiner Public library to check our email and also picked up some bargain books there.
We will be recommending this property to anyone we know who is planning a visit to Yellowstone. |

| What a perfect base for our daily excursions into Yellowstone N.P. and it was very welcoming when we returned in the evening. The home was well equipped with more than enough space for a family of four. When we come back to Yellowstone, we hope that it would be still available. |

| PERFECT SPOT FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN TO VISIT YNP. GARDINER IS QUIET, QUAINT, FRIENDLY, AND CLOSE TO MAMMOTH. NOT A TOURISTY TRAP TYPE TOWN. HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN, WELL APPOINTED, WITH LARGE FENCED BACK YARD. GOOD WATER (DRINKABLE), PLENTY OF HOT WATER, GOOD PRESSURE. NEWER BEDDING AND EXTRA LINENS. QUIET MIDDLE CLASS NEIGHBORHOOD, 2 MINUTES TO GROCERY STORE. CAMPGROUND WIRELESS SIGNAL FROM FRONT PORCH! CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS ONE. |

| I recently rented this home for our stay in YNP. We stayed five nights in this Gardiner home. The home was perfect for us. We were two couples; it was the right size for us to rest up and get ready for the next day exploring the area. The home is comfortable; all facilities are as they were expressed. We would definitely return to this home and to this area to visit Yellowstone. We are avid photo takers and this area was close to the animals in the Mammoth and Lamar areas. It was nice to be able to return to a lovely home to wash clothes, cook a little, and relax. I have absolutely no complaints; I would recommend this rental. |

| What a wonderful vacation spot and this was the PERFECT house for our family! The house was so neat, clean, and well stocked that I wouldn't change a thing! I won't ruin the surprise about the welcome basket contents, but we loved it and used everything in it! It was such a nice touch and it made us feel like house guests, not just "renters"! It was so nice to have space to spread out in after long days of sightseeing in Yellowstone and Gardiner is a wonderful location for whitewater rafting, fishing, and horseback riding as well! We loved every minute of our stay and will DEFINATELY stay here again when we return to area! |

This house was absolutely perfect for our family's needs. The close proximaty to all the fun activities including rafting, horseback riding, atv riding, fishing, dining, and of course the site seeing in Yellowstone helped make this house ideal. We also found the north side of the park to have many more exciting animals to veiw including grizzly bears, black bears, wolves, coyotes(all at safe distances) as well as antelope, blacktail and whitetail deer, bison and of course elk, but they were even in the backyard! The welcome basket was the nicest compliment we have ever recieved at any stay. We had a great time and enjoyed the quiet and privacy that staying in this house flawlessly provided. Thanks to the owners for sharing their peace of heaven!!! |

We highly recommend staying in this house. Gardiner is a perfect location to visit the Park of Yellowstone, and a so nice and typical town. It was a pleasure to be able to walk from the house to the restaurants or grocery stores. We enjoyed the backyard and had nice surprises such as the visit of marmots or rabbits playing leap frog!
The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. We stayed there with our 2 kids and parents visiting us from France. We appreciated the well-stocked cupboards as well as the thoughtful welcome basket.
To conclude in one word: PERFECT.
Thank you very much. We hope we will come back and we will definitely stay again in this lovely house.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this house. It is very comfortably furnished, well equipped and nicely decorated. The proximity to the park and also to the town of Gardiner is wonderful!
From the house, with our binoculars, we were able to view herds of elk and bison. Deer paid daily visits to the backyard and there were many varieties of birds to watch.
We would very much recommend this house for a Yellowstone vacation!

| We loved our Yellowstone visit this year. Staying at this house was the best arrangement we could have made. It took us only a few minutes to get to the North entrance of Yellowstone each day. We were able to spend more time in the park than we ever have in the past because of this. The house was beautiful and clean. It was comfortable, and well-stocked. The homeowner was extremely thoughtful and anticipated all our needs. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to stay here again. |

| We loved staying in this very nice home. It had comfortable beds and pretty furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen and even a washer/dryer. The snacks, brochures and disposable camera in the "Welcome" basket were also a nice touch. Our kids couldn't wait to play the board games and loved being able to run around outside. We all enjoyed the grill and picnic table for a cool, relaxing dinner after a long, hot day in the Park. This rental was a wonderful "home away from home". |

| The home was way beyond our expectations also. I would recommend this home to anyone. It was just perfect-spacious,well-equipped,comfortable. So much to in the area-great hiking, biking, floating, sight-seeing,dining,fishing (with success),etc. It was one of our best vacations ever. Suggestion-on your way back, stop at Chico Hot Springs for a great, gourmet meal and maybe a swim in the pool there. A memorable way to end your holiday. |

| WOW! That explains our vacation at Yellowstone. We will not ever forget the scenery and wildlife we saw. Coming 'home' to your vacation rental every night was the perfect ending to every day. The rooms are large, beds are very comfy, and furniture was also very comfy. It was nice for kids to have a DVD/VCR player to themselves in 'their' den. Loved cooking in the kitchen. Also loved being able to wash our nasty clothes right after horseback riding and river rafting. We enjoyed the cool evenings & mornings & opened up the windows for fresh cool air every evening. Kids won't forget popping firecrackers right there in the street in Gardiner. They had a BLAST! Thanks again for an unforgettable vacation. Your house is in the perfect location to visit all parts of Yellowstone Park. |

Just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had at your home in Gardiner. My father and I really enjoyed the outdoor theme to the house and the peace and quiet. My wife and mother appreciated greatly how clean and comfortable the home was and my children enjoyed having their own family room to watch TV, play games and have their own space in the evenings. Everything was great! Very homey and well equipped.
