We're back and just wanted to drop a quick note of thanks. We had a great time.
Your villa was everything it looked like in the pictures. One thing we were pleasantly surprised about was the privacy afforded by the soccer field and the orange grove on the side! Though we were only there for 4 nights and coming and going mostly because of our family functions in the Groveland area, we still enjoyed staying there very much and are very likely to come back next time the opportunity arises.

We enjoyed our holiday in Florida and your fantastic villa. It was a pleasure to return each evening to the peace and quite and the beautiful surrounding and facilites of "orange appeal". The boys were all in the pool whenever they got the chance and all in all it was a holiday to remember. Returning to work after a holiday is always difficult but this time is was even harder! Thanks again for all your advice and assistance. We all agree it would be nice to return to orange tree sometime in the future.

Your home was beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool after a long hot day at the parks. My grandchildren had never been before and so they loved Disney. They all had their own bedrooms and thought that was grand. We found everything we needed and were very pleased with the rental of your home. We feel like guests in our own vacation home. You seem to have thought about everything. We tried to think of something that you could have missed but couldn't think of anything. Our family enjoyed our vacation in your home. The pictures on the internet does not do it justice. Our boys 22, 20 & 16 enjoyed using your games room and had a blast playing tennis. This is our 5th trip to this area & hopefully will return to your home again.

Had a really wonderful time in your villa - only problem was not enough time to enjoy all the facilites. We have stayed in several villas in Florida but yours is by far the best. Our ages range from 6 months to 60 yrs and you have thought of everyone. Wish we were all staying here a little longer. The kids loved the Disney toys.

This was our first trip to America and we were delighted to fine ourselves the residents of such a fabulous villa! The house is so clean and comfortable, the parks have been such good fun and the weather has been great. We just keep thinking how much our family would love it even though they are not children anymore, we would love to come back with them but my standard now is very high after staying here!! The spa! I hope you have many guests in the future.

Beautiful home! The kids loved the pool, adults also! The Air Hockey Game! Plenty of room to stretch out & relax after a day at the parks or days off. Have been to Orlando area several times & have stayed in a variety of accommodations (motels-vacation homes) this is by far our favourite! Everything we need to make our vacation a comfortable & wonderful experience!
