Jack was extremely easy to work with and to contact. He called a few hours after I contacted him by e-mail. He was exceptionally concerned that everything was in top notch condition and was happy to accommodate our special requests.
With only 3 steps to enter the cabin and the master bedroom on the main floor you were able to totally avoid stairs unless you wanted to relax in the hot tub or play games downstairs.
The cabin was roomy and the kids were content to stay at the cabin playing pool, video games and air hockey during the rain.
The Hidden Springs indoor community pool was nice and easily accessible from the Journey cabin but the water was a little too cool for swimming during our stay.
You would have a hard time finding an area as private and as convenient to Pigeon Forge as the Journey cabin. The rent on this cabin was an outstanding value when compared to similar properties.
We were very satisfied with the cabin. When we return to Pigeon Forge we will rent it again.

| This cabin was just beautiful. We absolutely loved it. There was plenty of room for everyone. From the pool table to air hockey or the hot tub, there was lots of things to keep us occupied. We spent our Thanksgiving here and we all had a wonderful vacation. The kids loved the indoor pool as well. We had 4 families in the cabin and still had plenty of room. We will definitely be coming back to the Journey to stay again. Thanks Jack for being so wonderful to work with. |

| The cabin was great just like Jack said. There was plenty of room for everyone and something for all ages to do. The cabin was close enought to Pigeon Forge but farther enough away for your privacy. We definately will come again.WE went the last of October and the scenery was just beautiful a vacation we won't forget. |

| My family and I enjoyed so much our stay at the Journey. Just as noted by former guest, you can hear the train at Dollywood at the Journey. The grandchildren and I enjoyed our time at the pool. The "cabin" was very clean and well maintained. My little 3 year grandson loved his "new house" and the stairs didn't slow him down one bit. Our family included from 3 to 63 and everyone enjoyed tubing, Dollywood, Ober Gatlinburg, go-carts and SHOPPING. Nascar would have been great if our 3 yr old had been a little taller. The Journey was so convenient to Dollywood that we could play a while then take Grandpa home for a nap and play some more. We loved staying at the Journey in May! We had so much room and everyone had their own bedroom each with king size beds! We also enjoyed the swing and jacuzzi on the decks.
The pool table was also a big attraction with the kids. We hope to see you again soon. |

This is a beautiful home. We enjoyed the game room with the pool table. Enough room for everyone to have their space, watching tv up stairs or in the hot tub while kids play down stairs. Would recommend if your planning a trip to the area. We went to rafting the smokies, wonderworks (great) , hiked to laurel falls in cades cove. Plenty to do all around. Over all great time and lovely home to stay in.

| My family stayed in the Journey over our spring break with our children and grandchildren. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the convenience to Pigeon Forge. The little ones liked the decks to play on, and we all enjoyed the hot tub since the community pool was on the cool side. We would definitely consider staying there again. |

| Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! The cabin was absolutely lovely, huge and very clean. Our kids loved the game tables and hot tub...it was also nice that everyone got their own room. So close to everything, yet very secluded feeling when you are out on the deck. Some "must sees": Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, Apple Barn/Restaurant, NASCAR Speed Track, Aquarium, Cades Cove, The Peddler Restaurant (Gatlinburg). We go every year and this is by far the nicest cabin we have stayed in...we will be back! |

| Our stay was wonderful. The cabin was terrific. We look forward to staying again in the future. The beds were very comfortable and the cabin was beautifully decorated. We had a group of 10 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. Our 2 grandchildren loved it also. We had a 5 hour drive home and about 45 min from home my 2 yr old grandson announced he was ready to go back to the cabin. |

We thoroughly enjoyed your cabin this
weekend. It is a great place and will return. It was wonderful having king size beds in every room, the walk to the pool was short which was a big plus with small kids,and the pool is very nice. | We enjoyed The Journey so much 2 years ago that we decided to return this year. It is still just as clean and nice as we remembered during our first visit. Actually, we didn't want to leave and look forward to coming again. It was perfect for our family with plenty to do at the cabin and convenient access to all the area attractions. Close enough to everything but out far enough that you felt like you weren't in the middle of the city. There is a river running near it that you can hear when you sit on the decks. There are plenty of things available in the cabin for entertainment, no need to ever leave except to stock up on groceries! 12/18 - 12/21 The Journey was a great place to relax and have fun. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great visit. The main floor had everything for my father in- law and step mother in-law so they didn't have to climb the steps. And the game room was great for my daughter. We enjoyed the hot tub and convient location to all the restaurant and attractions. We go to Pigeon Forge at least once a year and rent a cabin. This was by far one of the best we have stayed at. I would highly recommend The Journey.

We stayed at the Journey this past weekend and everything was just as Jack listed it. We loved the cabin and hope to come back again. The interior is very roomy and comfortable and has a great atmosphere. We enjoyed the game room and being so close to everything in Pigeon Forge. We went to DollyWood on Saturday and had a great time even though it rained most of the day. We have already recommended it to some of our friends and hope they have a chance to go and enjoy the cabin and local highlights.

| We just spent one week in Tennessee. We were very pleased to spend a week in such a gorgeous accommodation. It really is a little piece of heaven, and you really do hear that "Dollywood" whistle. We went with a group of adults with special needs. They too had never stayed in such elaborate accommodation. The log cabin feel truly makes your stay an escape from your everyday routine. | As many have said before, the Journey was a great place to relax for the week! There was a lot of room, we all had a great time with the games and hot tub. It was actually my kids first time to play pool. The cabin is very clean and up to date and it was our first experience with a big screen TV. We could easily get attached. The only thing missing was our ability to spend two weeks! Jack was an exellent host and I would heartily recommend this cabin to anyone! |

| We took a family vacation with our two children and their families, along with my mother and niece. There were 12 of us and we had so much room to spread out and not be walking all over each other. The cabin is wonderful for a large family. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We tried to work to much into the little time we had. It was so convenient getting into Dollywood without any traffic. Thanks for allowing us to use your home. |

It has a very nice pool table, air hockey and hot tub. The grill outside provided us with some very tasty steaks. The cabin is in a good location and easy to find. | What a nice place to relax or be right in the middle of things. We had a great time in this clean, well appointed home. The layout was excellent, everything you need is there. A short walk to the pool but great hills if you are in for a walking workout. And the hot tub made for a great ending to the day. | We stayed a week after New Years, and had a blast! The jacuzzi is great! The pool table and air hockey were a blast for the kids! Swimming pool is close by and warm! And the location couldn't be better. We loved that we came during the slow season because, though many shows and Dolly Wood were closed, we hiked, and took the tram to ice skate, and went to the dinosaur museum and some caverns and saw some waterfalls, and ate at the Old Mill and cracker barrel and shopped at the outlet stores and got facials and pedicures and just had a great time in the area! The cabin is nestled on a mountain behind Dolly wood, but secluded from the hustle and bustle of town, and only 2 or 3 minutes out. We'll be back! |
