WOW, what a month! We were thrilled with our stay...clean, comfortable, LOCATION, tennis, pool, garden view (& love the hammock). We kept busy in the day doing lots of fun things but since were here a whole month, it really made a difference staying here. In fact we will be back next year for the month again! A few highlight were the zipline and snorkeling with the manta rays, both were incredible, but volunteering at the Ironman race was an amazing experience I'll never forget. Thank you for your part in our "dream come true" month.

Thank you for sharing your condo with us during our stay in Kona. We loved the Surf and Racquet grounds including tennis courts and pool. We met many new friends around the pool and while barbecuing!
Our adventures took us to many lovely beaches. (Hapuna is our favorite)...we tried not to bring too much sand home with us.

Dear Bill and Shirley: We want to thank you for the use of your beautiful condo in Kona. What a great time we had!! Your home was all we could have asked for. It was so well equipped with everything that we needed. We felt right at home the minute that we opened the door. The hammock was a big hit. We almost had to flip a coin to see whose turn it was! The furnishings in the house were wonderful also! I loved your decor, the beds were comfortable....I could go on and on.
It was our first time to the big island and the very first time to the islands for our sons and daughter-in-law. The weather was perfect! We spent a lot of time at "Turtle Beach" just down the road. Our friends were staying at a place overlooking that beach. We snorkeled a lot there. The boys wanted to find beaches for boogie boarding so we spent a lot of time further north at Hapuna and others. We spent the last day in paradise at Hapuna. I even tried the boogie board thing and tho it wasn't pretty I had a blast! I got to see the volcanoes on a day trip with our friends. The lava was dropping into the sea and we were able to hike out to a viewing point. It was awesome. It was cool to actually see all of the things that I have been teaching to fourth graders in science for years!!!
Thank you again for a wonderful place to stay. We all had a great time and will have great memories forever. (The worst part was heading home....we stepped off the airplane in Portland to 37 degrees and now there is SNOW forecast for the weekend!!! I am still trying to warm up!!)

This island was so different from Oahu. But we loved it the same. So many flowers & Rain forest. We had monngooses on the patio, saw wild goats & turkeys,... even saw some of the native pheasants.
Loved your home. Is was beautiful. The bamboo floors were nice in the living room...
The grounds are beautiful, pool was awesome from the kids' view. The beds were comfortable as well. Be back again.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your comfortable condo over Christmas 2007. You have thought of everything to make your guests feel at home; towels, mats, boogie board, chairs, hammock & a fully equipped kitchen.
We snorkeled with the turtles at Kahaluu Bay, Kayaked out of Keauhou Bay, hiked into Pololu Valley, walked across Kilaues Iki Crater & even swam with dolphins in Kua Bay. Loved Kua & Hapuna! The sunsets at Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet's own beach were dreamy...We were entertained by the manta rays at the Sheraton over Christmas dinner. (Yummy!!!)
All in all, 2 wonderful weeks in Paradise!

What a beautifully furnished and decorted home away from home...(Well stocked kitchen).Close to the BBQ, pool and tennis courts. We played almost everyday. We loved the hammock! Made good use of the boogie boards too. Thanks for sharing your lovely place.
We snorkeled with lots of colorful fish, turtles, dolphins and baby jellyfish, kayaked in Kealakehua Bay, rode horses at Kohala Mtn, did crafts at the Waikoloa Kings Shops, took a coffee plantation tour, and ate lots of pineapple and papaya from the farmer's markets. We drove to Volcanoes Natl Park, and took a few hikes.
All in all, it was a great 2 week vacation. We'll miss waking up to the colorful birds and beautiful flowers and most of all, the great breezes. (It gets over 100 where we live in the summers.)

We're excited about the remodeling, improvements, and new amenities we've added in the last two weeks to make your stay more pleasurable.
We've had high speed cable modem installed that is available FREE for our guests who desire this convenience. Unlimited long distance phone calls to the U.S. Mainland and Canada are also offered FREE to our guests. We've benefited ourselves with these services in the past 2 weeks and know our guests will also. Additionally we now have cable TV service in both bedrooms.
We've installed lovely new vanities, granite counter tops, and light fixtures in both bathrooms.
We also purchased a beautiful Hawaiian dining table and additional dining chairs making dining for 6 more convenient.

We loved our snorkeling and turtle-spotting experience at the beach next to the Outrigger and shopping in town was very worthwhile- for the shopkeepers!! Kona Brewing Co. has great beer and great food as well.

| This place is very convenient. It's close to a shopping center and a very good snorkeling site. I personally swam around with three sea turtles. There are also a lot of beautiful fish. Alii Drive to the north of the resort is a very nice place to hang around. It has a lot of bars, restaurants, and stores. The condo is very well decorated. It's clean and well-equipped. This is my first Hawaii trip and Shirley is very patient and helpful. I highly recommend this place. |

| This property was the perfect vacation get-away location! Snorkeling is just a short walk away, close to town for shoping and dining, golf course next to the property and very well maintained grounds. We enjoyed swimming, tennis and volleyball in the early evening hours. The condo was very clean, well appointed and good layout. It was conducive to entertaining and relaxing. Was certainly a great vacation value that slept 6 adults comfortably! We will be back! |

We've traveled many places around the world and found this to be everything we'd hoped for-a beautiful, enormous lanai: the best snorkel beach ever just a few minutes walk down the road and all the comforts of home within a very spacious condo. Even the town of Kona was so nice!
We loved Huggo's Restaurant and the tour of Pele Plantation Coffee.
We will definitely return and tell our friends to do the same.
