Hi Darren - We just wanted to tell you how much we all enjoyed staying at your house in Florida. The house is both large and gorgeous and beautifully furnished. Everyone loved the large pool and pool area. The location is convenient to shopping and really only 15 minutes from the Disney parks.The VIP parking passes were a real convenience. My whole family was entremely pleased with everything.I hope your house is available should we decide to visit Orlando again.

| Kim & Darren, Your home lived up to our expectations, clean, nicely furnished, lots of room, and a feeling of being at home. With six adults and two children, we had lots of room and plenty of individual privacy (if needed). Most of our time was spent either poolside or in the combined kitchen-great room when not out exploring the Orlando area. Like most other comments, our two grandkids preferred the pool to the area attractions! Thanks for the use of your home and when in Florida next, we will again book your wonderful home! |

We had a wonderful time at your villa. Even though we enjoyed Disney and Sea World, the boys kept asking when we were going to go back to the house to go swimming and hang out. I think they could have made an entire vacation out of that. The villa was perfect. We had two families staying and there was still plenty of room. You have a beautiful home. I thank you for letting us enjoy it. I just wish we had more time to spend there. Our vacation went way too fast.

We really enjoyed staying at your house and it was much more than
we anticipated, I was getting tired from all the walking inside taking care of our 4 kids! They enjoyed having a TV in their room (they don’t
have one in their room at home), new toys to play with, and a pristine
pool out the back door. It was wonderful to come back after a hot day
at Disney, take a quick dip in the pool, a quick nap in a room without kids, another pool session and then back to Disney in the evening.
It was much better than a hotel with all the crowds and community pool!! I
highly recommend your house to anyone thinking about visiting Disney.

My husband, teenage son, and I spent three weeks in this villa in Jan/Feb 09 while my husband had his break from deployment in Afghanistan. We have always stayed in hotels before this, but I think we are hooked on renting now. The convenience of having a home away from home can't be beat.
Darren was so pleasant to deal with and everything was just as the pictures showed. He helped me feel relaxed about the whole process and was very prompt in returning our security deposit.
I was the one responsible for chosing our vacation rental. When my husband and son's eyes lit up as they first walked through the villa, I knew I had made the right choice.
The floorplan ensures that everyone has their own space and privacy, yet offers wonderful areas for gathering as a family. We loved the open plan of the kitchen and family room. The pool and spa was used everyday, even though we had some cool temperatures.
The location of the villa is the best we have seen. It is close to all the parks and shopping, yet set in a beautiful, very quiet community, with a grocery store and pharmacy just a five minute drive away.
Even with all there is to do in this area, we still spent many days just staying "home" and enjoyed being together at the villa. |

We had a super family holiday. Our first trip to Florida and the villa is superb. It was so handy for trips to the Theme parks in orlando and Busch gardens. The web pictures dont do credit to this villa. Our kids really loved the pool and enjoyed themselves.
Even Tropical storm Fay didnt wreck our stay at this lovely home.

| Had to take a second and tell you how great a trip we had. Your house was a key to making the trip super! Your home was roomier than I would have expected and the furnishings were super. The house had plenty of private space and a great kitchen. We were in the area for a family reunion and we never felt squeezed or that the house was too small. 4 adults and 4 kids fit well in the home. The topper was the pool! Bigger than most and very delightful. Kids loved it and the adults enjoyed the late night relaxation. We will contact you again for our next Florida trip. Our vacation experience was greatly enhanced by staying in your lovely home. Everything about he home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The house was well stocked and provided all the comforts of home. The pool and hot tub were a great relief after long days in Disney World, and the privacy was lovely. The house is located perfectly for families visiting the parks. It is close enough to arrive conveniently each day, and far enough to get away when you need some distance to relax. | We have been to Florida many times and always look forward to staying in a villa. We were delighted with the high standard of accommodation in Kimberleigh and Darren's villa. The upstairs bedroom was particularly attractive.The pool was always warm and the spa was great to relax in after a hard day shopping or at the beach! Its location is excellent with easy access to the I4 and the 192. We like this area as it is still surrounded by countryside but shops, restaurants and Parks are all within easy reach. We can't sing the praises of your house highly enough - beautifully presented, very clean, very comfortable, very spacious & with all mod cons. The pool was a big hit, especially with the children.
Food, provisions and ATMs were easily come by at Champions Gate - an easy two minute drive away.
A 10 minute drive into Disney the house is a very welcome place to return to, to relax and unwind after a hard day "Disneying it!".
When we return to Orlando to do things we didn't manage this time round we will DEFINITELY be looking to stay here again.

Just a note to thank you very much for letting us use your lovely home. We found it to be comfortably spacious and was a treat to go home to. Loved the pool area of course, swam before breakfast most mornings - could get used to that lifestyle!
We thought the location was perfect too, away from the hustle and bustle of I-Drive but yet so close to all the attractions.

| This was our second year to stay at the Shaw residence and we enjoyed the house even more this year. We rent the house while on business in Orlando and find it far more relaxing than getting a hotel for the week. It is wonderful to return from walking miles and miles at the trade show to soak our feet in the hot tub or have a swim in the sparkling pool. We have found that restaurants in Orlando are average at best, so the large kitchen is perfect for us to satisfy our own hunger for gourmet food. The spacious house, beautiful pool and large kitchen is excellent for entertaining clients and associates after the trade show, which we have done both years. They are always jealous! But the house is not only perfect for business. The same reasons that make it great for relaxing and entertaining while on business, make it great for families as well. We have six children and hope to take them next year just to have fun. Lastly, it is very affordable and making arrangements is enjoyable. The owners and thier representative in Orlando are friendly and very responsive to any needs you may have during your stay. It truly feels like your own home while you are there. |

Our family had a wonderful 3 week stay in Grand Reserve. The villa was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities a family could possibly want. All of the rooms had cable tv and the wireless internet allowed us use our laptop from the pool area. The pool and spa area was spacious and was the perfect spot to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The villa is extremely spacious compared to some of the other new homes being built in Orlando and is in an ideal location for accessing the theme parks and shopping malls. It is less than five minutes from the 192 which offers plenty of restaurants and stores. The owners and mgt company were attentive and take great care of their guests. We will certainly consider returning to this property in the future. |
