Even though I am a Cedar guy, that Pine Log Cabin was great ! Good kitchen for lots of cooking. Sauna is a hot one. The ski trails were great—especially Valley Spur. We will surely be in touch for next year –Thanks

This is a beautiful location, and we had a wonderful
time. There are incredible hiking trails nearby and
beautiful waterfalls. I would definitely recommend it
to anyone interested in going to the U.P. |

The Vista Grand Lodge is a beautiful place to spend time with friends and family ,you feel like your at home in the Vista,The garage is a plus and the kitchen is made for you to enjoy all your meals. We snowmobiled right from the front door to the all so sweet trail system. Question will I go back , answer YES ! Thanks so much!!!

Vista Grand is a very nice, clean, and comfortable house. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again. We have never been disappointed. The managers do a great job in providing all the comforts of home. This is a great place for a family vacation. Would definitely recommend Vista Grand

| A wonderful house for a family vacation. House was immaculate, beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. Centrally located for hiking,beachcombing,and sightseeing. Children, parents and grandparents had a great time exploring Pictured Rocks area.We would highly recommend this home and area to anyone who enjoys the beauty of the Upper Penensula. |

| This beautiful home was perfect for our vacation. We loved everything about it. It sits on a long lot with trees on both sides and the bay in back, so although it is close to the town, it seems quite private. |

| Staying at the lodge was great.It provided all of the luxuries of home while away.We were able to have family join us and enjoy the time w/o rushing to meet hotel time lines. The children enjoyed playing in the yard and the easy access to the water. It was amazing. -Thank you! |

We spent an entire week there with our 4 boys and another family. It was the best family vacation we ever had, I have to say it topped Disney!!! The cabin was perfect, kitchen was very well stocked and maintained. There were 4 adults, 1 teen, 4 kids and 1 toddler in our group and we had plenty of space and storage. The view of the bay was spectacular. We enjoyed pontooning, sightseeing (the Pictured Rocks were just incredible!!), hiking, laying by the beaches, playing in the sand dunes, collecting rocks, touring waterfalls and just relaxing.
The Schramms were very hospitable, making sure we had milk in the fridge and lights on since we were going to be late arriving.
I HIGHLY recommend this vacation to anyone who enjoys the outdoors and family time. We will definetly be back!!!

My son,nephew and I spent 6 wonderful days here.The house was beautiful and the view of the bay was spectactular! Coming from an area outside of D.C., the friendliness and "laid back" attitude of the people in Munising was a welcome change.Each year,we usually go to a beach on the East Coast but I must say that this was the best vacation I've ever had and I will return to the area in the future.
There is a lot of attractions and that's not just the National Parks or bay or Lake Superior.In 5 days,we played miniature golf x3,toured 4 waterfalls,museums in Marquette/Munising/Sault Ste. Marie,Ferried over to Mackinac Island (Wonderful day trip!!!),took the glassboat Shipwreck tour,did the Soo Locks boat tour,shopped,saw 5 lighthouses!
If you get a chance to stay at Grand Vista-DO IT!.Lisa and Tom had chocolates waiting for us and offered to stock groceries and leave a light on for us if we were arriving late!
Vacations should be savored and BE a vacation-we certainly felt this was a GREAT place to go. (We drove 16 hours to get there! And would do it again) |
