| This was great property at a great location. Very neat and well kept. Walking distance to a lot of places. The neighborhood was very pleasent with everyone including security being friendly. |

My husband and I stayed in the unit with our 2 children ages 4 & 5, along with my parents. The condo was very clean, bright & cheery and also nicely decorated. We ate breakfast on the deck every morning under the shade of a giant royal poinciana. We made friends at the pool which was always refreshing. Great location to everything especially Blue Heaven...where the snapper is truly heaven. Great vacation - we would return in a heartbeat and recommend this Shipyard Cottage to anyone.

| Thank you so much for allowing us into your home. It's absolutely beautiful! We love visiting Key West, and your home is so conveniently located. We snorkeled for lobster, went flats fishing, dined and shopped and, of course, "crawled Duval"! What a great time. Again, thank you so much! |

| My husband and I absolutely loved your condo! It's so beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the fact that it was so close to everything but far enough away that we could relax and get away from the busy streets. The pool was very nice and relaxing. We would definitely like to stay there again if we return to Key West! |

| This was our fourth trip to Key West and first time renting a condo. I was so pleased at this size of this condo and convenient walking distance to Duval St., Mallory Square and main Key West attractions. This condo is so comfortable and certainly has all the amenities of home. Very cozy, clean and equipped with all the essentials for a family vacation. We would definitiely stay here again over any Key West hotel or resort. The pictures and detail of the property lived up to every expectation. Thanks for a great stay! |

| This was a great place to spend a weeks vacation! The condo was so close to everything. I'm already trying to figure out when I can come back! The hammock on the back deck was a great place to spend some quiet time. The area itself is quiet as well, which was nice to come back to after a night on Duval Street! Great place! |

| Wow! What a fabulous week our family had at the condo. We were able to walk everywhere and were very comfortable with all of the ammenities. They even had toys for our children to play with. THANK YOU for the fabulous week vacation and we can not wait to come back again. |

I can not believe I am the first guest to leave a comment. This condo is amazing. My daughter & I spent a week there and it was the most comfortable place I have every stayed in Key West. It is located in the greatest spot, easy to get to Old Town and even easier to get to the beach. I would recommend this home away from home to anyone who wants a place that lacks nothing. Thank you to the owners and their son for making our stay perfect.
