| We stayed at Frank's condo Mar 8-15/08 and found the place very comfortable and spotlessly clean and fresh. This roomy apartment is *fully* equipped, has a great location on the beach, and has a convenient trolley stop (.25ยข island-wide rides) right out front. Our only problem was with the included free internet, which Frank graciously fixed promptly. We give this property and host our highest recommendation and would definitely stay here again. |

| We stayed from 8/4/07-8/13/07. We were very pleased with the accomodations and the value. My two kids really enjoyed their trip to the beach, and it was pure luck we had friends that stayed just down the alley. It is private, well-appointed, and had some nice extras. We would certainly come back! Thanks again for being so easy to work with! |

| We stayed at Estero Sands the week of 07/28/07-08/04/07. It was very well appointed with everything we needed, even for our 3 year old daugther. The view of the beach was fabulous and if we return to Fort Myers Beach again we would definetly stay here again. Thanks to Frank for being so nice and helpful! |

| We stayed in the condo the last week of November, 2006. It was beautiful - everything we expected. The location gave us easy access to the beach for several walks a day and when we were not walking on the beach we could still see it. If we return to Ft. Myers Beach we would enjoy staying in the condo again. |

My daughter and I spent 5 wonderful sun filled days at Estero Sands, it was beautiful weather, the beach acces was great, the Condo was beautiful, clean, well stocked with everything you would need at the beach. We had a great time. I did a lot of price searching, and Estero Sands by far was the best package. Frank is a delight to work with, he is so helpful, thank you Frank, for helping me with all the info, would definately stay there again.

| We stayed at the condo for five weeks and we enjoyed every single day! The beach is beautiful and the condo itself is just amazing and clean. Apart from that you've got also a private pool and beach access which we really appreciated. Thanks to Frank who is the most amazing and helpful person in Fort Myers Beach (he even installed wireless LAN for us as he noticed that we brought along two notebooks!) |

| I was very pleased with the condo on my vacation this summer. The rooms were spacious enough. The kitchen was great..All the comforts of home. The beach was just a few steps from the condo as well as the pool, which was very refreshing. Not too many people so you have your privacy. Not too far to times square and publix. Tiki huts on the beach to get out of the sun if you wish...i would stay there again if it's available |

In all the years we have been traveling with our children on vacations this by far was the best value for our family. The location was excellent (just a short walk or drive from downtown activities).The condo was well above our expectations.Everything was clean and well kept.With the beach only steps away from the complex you won't have to go far to enjoy the beautys of the Gulf.Frank,thank you so very much for being part of such a wonderful vacation experience.

A beautifully furnished, well appointed and comfortable condo. A stunning view of the breath-taking sunsets from the lanai! Your location is so quiet and peaceful, yet, just a short wander along the beach to activities.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how MUCH we enjoyed staying at your condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and well supplied. The extremely easy beach access just steps off the elevator, and the palm covered cabana's were especially a big hit with my pregnant wife. We definately will want to return. I was already scoping out the safety factor for my future son, and the area, beach, and water are perfect and safe for young ones.
I personally enjoyed the snorkling. I couldn't believe the thousands of "live" sand dollars I saw in the surf. Of course I didn't take any of those.
Lots of great shelling and adventure for everybody.

| The condo is situated on the best beach which is perfect for children. Plus the condo is situated inbetween Lover's Key State Park and Sanibel. Stores, restaurants and library are all walking distance. It was a perfect vacation for a family of 3. Thanks again! |

Your Condo FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. We have been renting housed and Condo's for years and we never stayed in a place that was as well kept and CLEAN as your unit. There was not one point of dis-appointment at anytime during our stay (even the weather was great). You were very friendly to work with and the bottle of wine was enjoyed and much appreciated.
