| My family of 5 was able to stay in this condo very comfortably. Location, Location, Location! It was so nice to be able to walk right out the door and be on the lift or the gondola. We had everything we needed to make this trip a great family vacation. |

| The place was beautiful, spacious, and even more convenient that you could describe. We could not imagine a better location for skiing, mountain village attractions, and convenience to Telluride via the gondola. It was a pleasure being able to have breakfast each morning and step out to the ski runs without any pressure or need to wait for transportation. We had a great time and it was a pleasure dealing with someone so easygoing. |

| We stayed here for 8 nights last winter and had a fabulous time. The location is unbeatable; step directly onto the slopes from the exit of the condo. Also an easy walk to the gondola to go into the town of Telluride. Condo was remarkably spacious for a one bedroom. We have two daughters and the four of us had plenty of room. The girls loved the loft and we had plenty of privacy. Everything is well maintained and in working order. We will definitely go back. |

| We had the pleasure to stay in this condo for both winter skiing and spring hiking. The location is perfect and amenities outstanding. Truly a home away from home, with all you need, and lotsof little touches (fluffy robes!) that making coming "home" after a long day of activity all the more enjoyable. |

| Unfortunately, we were not able to stay in this unit because the owners were there. It is a beautiful condo with care taken to detail. I know this because the oven in our condo did not work and the owner of this condo was kind enough to let us use theirs. He had a new oven. Actually, I think evrything is new and nice in this condo. If you stay there you won't be sorry! |
