| Location, location, location! Have stayed here winter (right across the road from Smuggs)and summer (delightful hiking up to Sterling or drive through the Notch down into Stowe). We hope to back again real soon. |

We love its views, woodstove and proximity to the slopes. We really enjoyed bird watching!! But best of all was that we had all of that and PRIVACY! It's sooo clean and comfy. It felt like home.

Morse Mill is a perfect location for a vacation near
Smuggs. It is reasonably priced, the owners are very
attentive to your needs, and you feel secluded from
the resort, but still close enough to be involved with
its activities. |

| Cheryl and Norman were very pleasant to work with, and the Morse Mill condo could not have been closer or more convenient to Smuggler's Notch resort. My friends (a family of four) enjoyed staying at the condo, which was clean, spacious and very welcoming. Thanks for all your wonderful communication before and after the rental (even finding out what fish were in the fishing pond!), and appreciate the opportunity to rent from you! |

We all had a great week. The kids loved the ski camp and snow boarding school. Everyone wants to come back next year! Your location is perfect, as well as all that the condo has to offer inside. We loved the wood stove ........so much easier than our fireplace at home! We will surely be in touch!
