| What an incredible week! Truly, this is a home with everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable and memorable. Thanks for the first-class accomodations. | My family has vacationed in Bethany Beach four years in a row. Three years have been in your house. We will not talk about "that" year the house was booked. Our children love the home and speak of it as our own. The decor is very tastefully done. Our evenings away from the beach are very relaxing and quiet. Some friends visited this year said we are spoiling our children. The vacation was great and our children enjoyed the week. |

| My family and I stayed at your beautiful home 8/9/08 - 8/16/08. We LOVED your townhome and the neighborhood and felt very comfortable and welcome there. The house was very well equipped and the decor is gorgeous. It was our best vacation in years! |

My family loved this townhouse at Bear Trap Dunes. It is spacious, homey, beautifully decorated and so comfortable! It is equipped with everything one might need in ‘a home away from home’. The owners were very helpful. Being new to the area, they answered all our questions and seemed very concerned that our vacation was everything that we hoped it would be. The Bear Trap Dunes Resort is well maintained and groomed with beautiful landscaping. My husband, the golfer in the family, loved the courses at Bear Trap Dunes. The short drive to the beach was well worth it. The beach area was quiet and relaxing! We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation. |

We couldn't have stayed at a better place. Everything worked out just great for the whole family. My 2-yr old grandson was very much at home. The indoor pool was a great help on a rainy

We had a terrific fun in this beautiful and quiet townhouse. The spacious kitchen, along with the gas grill was very helpful in making us feel at home. The shuttles for the beach were easy to use and Bethany Beach is a nice area to relax!

My wife and I spent two weeks at 203 October Glory. The first week our son and his wife visited with us. The two levels worked out fine. We dined at several fine restaurants along the shore.
Your golf course is a bit on the rough side compared to the ones's in the VILLAGES we we live in Florida.
The time we were in Bear trap was very,very quiet, (April 27th to May 13th.) The beach and boardwalk offered brisk morning walks. The WWll radar site was of interest just to the rear of the home.
Your home was perfect for our visit north.

| We decided to stick closer to home this year and chose Delaware to vacation...we couldn't have selected a better place! The townhouse was absolutely gorgeous, in a perfect location, with every amenity we could think of. The pool is right up the street, and if you go right at 10:00 you practically have the whole pool to yourself! We rented bicycles for the week (delivered and picked up for free to the front door) and spent hours riding around the Bear Trap complex - so picturesque and clean, and free from traffic! We went to Rehoboth Beach, Ocean City, and Assateague Island - all a very short drive. We spent a day on the beach in Fenwick Island, shopped at the outlets, caught a movie on the one day that it rained. I even read 3 novels! So very relaxing - thank you for sharing your home with us. |

This is such a lovely house for a relaxing vacation. We were there off-season and it was so peaceful, yet there was so much to do in the area: walks along the beach, quaint restaurants, and outlet shopping... not to mention golf.
Every convenience is provided in this bright, airy, and very clean townhouse. We can't say enough to recommend it to others! |

from a former guest: The house is beautiful and VERY comfortable. Loved the games that were provided for the kids and the movie selection for kids and adults. The house was so beautifully decorated and had so many beautiful accents that we felt we were at a hotel; the wine and martini glasses only added to our fun.
