My fiance and I had an amazing time at your condo during our stay in October. We actually got engaged on our first walk on the beach on our first afternoon! If we had to pick one thing as our favorite from the trip, it would be the privacy. I don't know where else you can go and sit on the beach for hours and see so few others. We had amazing sunsets, quiet neighbors, multiple porpoise sightings, a buck on the sand dune one night, great food and an absolutely wonderful time. Thanks for the opportunity to experience this special place. We will be back!

| We stayed at the same facility 17 years ago, when I was pregnant with our now 16 year old son. It was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation we had ever been on then, and it was just the same this time. Great place! Our son was very with impressed with the unit and the whole island. We will be back! |

Hi Janet, We really enjoyed staying in your condo at Pelican Watch. I could not believe how peacful and quiet it was, it was absolutly perfect. I have reccomended your place to my friends and I really hope we get a chance to stay there again, I did not want to leave. We were not sure where the best place to get kayaks was from so we ended up getting a fishing boat from the marina just outside Seabrook village which was really great.

We had a fabulous time at 1315 Pelican Watch last week. The condo is fabulous and has all the amenities a family would need.We enjoyed the walks on the beach, swims in the bay, horseback riding, nice shopping center just 4 minutes up the road, the Norht Beach was heaven,and the short drive to Charleston and Savannah.
Our dogs enjoyed the beach and we can not wait to go back.

| We had an abolute great time. The water for this time of year was really nice. Janet is very helpful and provided me all the necessary info. Dishwasher broke while we were there, I emailed Janet in the morning, and maintenance had a new one installed that very day! Highly recommended! |

Thanks for the great week we have had at Pelican Watch. It is all you described and more. The covered deck is where we lived, a great view and shade for our northern complexions. Albert our springer is grateful he could join us. I can't imagine we could have found anything closer to what we were looking for in a beach getaway. Highly recommended for a hard to find place on the beach.

My sisters and I along with our chorkie and chihuahua spent Thanksgiving week at this Seabrook villa. The unit was extremely nice and well furnished. The views of the beach and dolphins from the deck were spectacular. Also, the personnel involved with Seabrook Exclusives were extremely congenial.
We hope to return to this same unit each Thanksgiving. I would recommend this unit and location to enyone.

| I absolutely loved my time on Seabrook Island! The weather turned unseasonably cold the day after I arrived and remained cool for most of the week, with lots of sunshine so it was still very enjoyable. Each day I watched dolphins, pelicans, and shrimp boats go by the shore. I even saw a bald eagle soar overhead my last morning on the beach. I was seeking a retreat from work and the hectic pace at home and I found it at Seabrook. Thank you! I would welcome a return visit again in the future. |

We stayed at your villa for 2 weeks in August and it was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I along with our 12 year old son and dog, Biscuit had one of our best vacations ever. The sunsets from the patio were unbelievable. We took some great pictures. The island is beautiful and great for families. The villa was clean, roomy and comfortable. The building that the villa is in, is closest to the ocean with an unobstructed view of the beach along with being a short walk to the beach. The realtors managing the property were also friendly and provided great service. It was also nice being close enough to tour Charleston on one of our vacation days. I am positive we will be wanting to come back again.

We greatly enjoyed Seabrook. My husband and I have been together for 14 years and we had never taken a vacation by ourselves or with our children. This trip will always be special to us because of it being our first trip as a family without our entire family. We were very pleased with your condo and was much larger than we were expecting. I greatly appreciated the plantation shutters for the privacy since our children were sleeping there. There wasn't anything that we didn't like. We enjoyed the movies and I was excited about your book collection. We actually wanted to inquire with you about going ahead and booking the same week next year and making it our "own" tradition. If you would, let me know if we can book this far in advance. Also, the realty company that you use is one of the most friendliest that I have encountered. Ironically, after talking with her, she has a sister teaching in the same school system that I do- Small world!!

The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to prepare Christmas dinner easily. We would definitely rent again. Seabrook Island is absolutely breathtaking!

I have been very busy since our return from the beach. Although it has only been two weeks it seems like months!
We really like how close your villa was to the beach walkway. Every morning I watched the shrimp boats go out and then watched for their return in the evening. We could not have had better weather, in the low 90's every day. Again we thank you.

One of the most relaxing getaways we have experienced. From the view, the comfort and whole Seabrook experience was fantastic. We were not there 10 minutes before we got our 1st of many dolphin sightings. We hope to visit again in early April for another relaxing stay. | Just got back from my trip to Seabrook Island, and I must say - I will go back! The condo and it's amenities were much more than I expected, and the extremely decent size of the condo completely surprised me. I enjoyed the continuous view of the ocean, watching the numerous dolphins at play, and watching the sunset in the evenings. I would recommend this trip to anyone wanting to get away from the "hustle bustle" of everyday life; talk about a relaxing trip!! |

Just a short line to let you know how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay
at the Villa. It is in a wonderful location, the island in general is
absolutely beautiful. Many times transactions completed via the internet
are misrepresented, and I have to admit I wondered how much truth there was
in the wild life and ability to watch the dolphins you spoke of on the
website. After our trip, I can honestly say I do not feel there was any
misrepresentation.

I just wanted to tell you that I just LOVED, LOVED your place (my pooch and I will be back again next year). It was the most tranquil and memorable vacation I have ever had. The beach was wonderful! I enjoyed my morning bike rides around the island everyday, but most of all I LOVED hearing the waves at night while I was sitting on deck. I ranted and raved so much about the place this morning to my co-workers that a friend has actually decided to go down there in October. I also enjoyed my trip into Charleston. We have vacationed twice on Seabrook Island, S.C., and both times stayed at 1315 Pelican Watch. The Charleston area is an excellent spot for lovers of history, relaxation and good food. Staying on Seabrook Island, about a 45 minute drive from downtown Charleston, provided a totally relaxing environment. The Seabrook Club beach areas are clean, white sand with a gentle slope into the water. Pelican Watch Villas face the beach that is on North Edisto River (a salt water tributary of the Atlantic). This means that this is a quiet, relatively wave-free swimming opportunity – the rentals on the Atlantic side of Seabrook experience a very wavy situation. Seabrook’s two golf courses are extremely beautiful and quite challenging, but very enjoyable. During both vacation trips, we took kayaking trips from the island through channels to the ocean side – great fun!
As for 1315 Pelican Watch, on each trip we shared the Villa with another couple and did not feel cramped in the slightest. This Villa is well maintained and tastefully furnished, with a completely equipped kitchen. The best part of 1315 Pelican Watch, however, is the fact that the porch faces directly west. In the evening we sat on the porch, with gin & tonics in hand, feeling very mellow as we sipped and watched spectacular sunsets over the water – absolutely marvelous! We are looking forward to returning for a third week in 2005.
