This was the best vacation we have had in a long
time!! My daughters had the time of their lives
playing on the beach, making “sand angels,”
burying themselves, going swimming etc. Ocean
City is BEAUTIFUL, I had no idea how nice of a
family town it was. The house was fabulous, very
clean and our family loved it that the living area
was on the top floor. Every morning I would get
up, make coffee, and read a book on the top floor
deck. It was sooo relaxing to listen to the ocean
waves crash, take in the ocean breezes, and hear
the occasional sea gull. The landlord (Dan) was
incredibly nice to deal with from start to finish. In
all, a WONDERFUL WONDERFUL vacation!! See you
next year Ocean City, we are going to make this
home a family tradition. |

I stayed here two years in a row along with another couple. It was the most wonderfully relaxing vacation we have ever had. This house is bright and beautiful. Perfectly located barely a block from the beach.
The sounds of the ocean lulled me to sleep every night.
The kitchen had every appliance we could possibly need and cooking in it was a delight.
My favorite thing in the house...easily the jacuzzi.

| We spent a perfect week at 4712 Asbury in the beautiful south end of Ocean City. The house was all the pictures promised: plenty of space, upscale furnishings, lots of light and almost constant ocean breezes. (This was early season, so we didn't use the A/C.) The "upside down" arrangement allowed privacy for all family members. We enjoyed morning coffee and several meals on the deck watching the waves roll in, just a little over a block away. The owner was easy to work with, very cordial and took steps to ensure that our stay was a pleasant one. Hands down, renting this house beats a traditional top or bottom duplex rental by a mile. In sum, 4712 Asbury is conducive to what vacationing in Ocean City is all about: pure enjoyment and relaxation. |

| I really enjoyed myself at the Ocean City rental on Asbury Place. The house was gorgeous and the girls in the bridal party and the bride-to-be were very pleased. I would definitely visit again next year, but this time with my family and stay for the week. The beach is literally a block away and it was very private, there were not a lot of people at all in the area we were in. I have recommended it to all of my other friends who were looking for a vacation rental. In addition the owner of the house was extremely nice and he helped make our experience in Ocean City a great one! Thanks! |

| The house is very nice and the beaches are not crowded even in July, just as advertised and Dan is extremely responsive to questions and anything we needed. I highly recommend this house (bring a blanket for the cold nights in the meat locker!) |

We were very lucky to have found 4712 Asbury on an internet search for a Thanksgiving holiday rental. We spent the holiday at this beautiful home and it had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. The layout is gorgeous and the house is very well cared for.
It was apparent as soon as we arrived and we felt immediately comfortable there. With the fireplace and jacuzzi, it was a wonderful off-season escape. There was still plenty to do walking Asbury Avenue shops and eating goat cheese pizza at Piccini's. Our children thought they were in heaven with beautifully furnished rooms and plenty of room to play.
The owner was wonderful to deal with and we would highly recommend this home to anyone considering it. I am only sad that it is way out of our budget for a summer rental but definitely worth the price! |

| This home was a great place to spend a vacation. If you are wondering if it actually looks like the pictures, it does, even better. This is a beautiful home surrounded by beautiful homes. When we arrived the house was spotless! You are a block or so from the beach. Sitting on the deck with our morning coffee, listening to the waves come ashore was spectacular. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to spend your vacation, this is the house for you. But fear not, the house is also plenty large enough, and well laid out with it's open floor plan, to have a party and entertain your family and friends. |

| Looking for a place that is convenient, clean and safe? Look no more. 4712 Asbury was the perfect location for our graduating daughters and their classmates. Positioned in a very well established neighborhood and minutes from the beach, our dozen bikini clad daughters enjoyed the security of this beach location each day with no inconveniences or problems interrupting their activites because of house or rental issues. I would strongly recommend this rental to anyone because of its unique floor plan and bedroom arrangements and the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living arrangments on the top floor that offered beautiful snapshots and views of the sun rising each day. Give this landlord a call if you want service, follow-through and personal availabilty. We did and we have nothing but fond memories as a result. Also, when was the last time you received your security deposit back in less than 2 weeks? We did. |

01/11/05 Positive This was a beautiful house that my friends and I enjoyed staying at very much. It is one block from the beach. The house has all the amenities you could need. The living room is nice spacious. The kitchen/dining area was a nice size for everyone to be able to hang out and party in. The bedrooms were comfy, epically the master bedroom with its jacuzzi. Dan, the owner, was very easy to deal with and was prompt with all of my inquires and requests. I would recommend this property to anyone who would like a nice relaxing vacation.
