I would like to share our experience with anyone considering this home. This was our first experience with Jim & Sue and I must say we picked a winner. They were terrific with accomodating my family and I on such short notice when our other arrangements were mixed up. They were very helpful both prior to and during our stay. Their home was beautiful, cozy and convenient. From the moment you walk in you can see the owners take great pride and effort into making you feel welcome and keeping their home well maintained. They have thought of everything when it comes to detail and supply. The home was nicely supplied from the smallest of toiletries to the the biggest detail upon arrival. I must say this location offered my family a variety of activities just right outside the door. From hiking the many trails to biking, to fishing, skiing, shopping, snow shoeing, etc. There is a spectaular view from the living room looking out and from the back porch We truely enjoyed this home and want to thank you for allowing us to be guest's. We definitely will be returning.

We had an absolute blast! Your condo was perfect - perfect size, perfect ammenities, perfect location, everything! The stress of the drive in the weather was washed away when we stepped into the condo. The skiing and boarding was great all weekend! The fireplace warmed us up after a long, cold day on the slopes. The third person of our group was actually sick, so she really enjoyed the comforts of your place.

What a wonderful condo. We ski'd over Presidents Day Weekend in 2006 and was absolutely thrilled with the interior and amenities of the condo. Fully stocked and very inviting. The owners are super hospitable, and great renters. The fireplace was stocked with wood, kitchen with dishware, and clean sheets. Club house was fun, and hot-tub was hot. Couldn't have been happier. Thanks so much...Will be back every year!!

Thanks for setting the thermostat up for us as the temp. was in the teens when we arrived & we actually had to back it down at night, after a day on the slopes.

As a special benefit for a rental of 4 nights or longer I will personally serve as your guide for a day in any activity of your choosing. In the winter it could involve skiing at Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, Beaver Creek, or snowshoeing, or cross-county skiing. In the summer it could involve hiking any of the trails in Summit County or even climbing a fourteen thousand foot mountain. Mountain biking is also a option as is 4 wheeling to some of Colorado's old mining ghost towns.

We can also offer suggestions regarding great dinning establishments, recreation facilities, and points of interest.

We lived for 17 years on the mountain where the condo is located and are excited to share with you our recreational experiences.
