My family and I spent our Spring Break at Casa Del
Mar. This was my first trip to Mexico. The beautiful
condo and meticulously maintained grounds were
even more wonderful than I expected.
Dorado 102 had all the comforts of home and
amenities of a luxury resort. We enjoyed eating in
more than going out, with a full kitchen and patio
grill available. The charming patio offered a
spectacular view of the sea while we dined. The
expansive satellite package kept us abreast of
world events and my young daughter entertained.
We had loads of fun at the pool, of which was never
crowded. And, enjoyed moonlit walks on the
gorgeous beach just a few yards from the condo.
While taking in the view from the condo, my
husband commented that it reminded him of a
Corona commercial, beautiful, relaxing and
peaceful. We had a fabulous time and I look
forward to staying at Casa Del Mar in Dorado 102
again soon!

| My husband and I recently stayed at Dorado 102 and had an amazing time. This was our second time at Casa Del Mar. First time we stayed in a regular hotel room . Staying in this condo was superior in every respect We plan on returning next year. The condo is spacious and decorated beautifully, with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a spectacular pool and a distant mountain. We even invited friends over for cocktails and bbq on the patio outside. It is such a romantic place to be. We are in love with Cabo and with Casa Del Mar. While we have stayed in many resort hotels, th is large 1 bedroom condo offers the same hotel amenities but much more space and privacy. My husband appreciated the free wireless and free calls to the US-which we did not get when we stayed in the hotel last year If you come here definitely visit the pool by the beach. We like to pool hop and experience the different surroundings. Dinner at the beach restaurant is a must. There is nothing better than dinner with your feet in the sand. We even smoked cigars after dinner while hearing the waves crash. The spa is a great place to spend a few hours and I highly recommend their pedicures. We ate breakfast in the villa and lunch by the pool. Be sure to stop at the market and stock the refrigerator with plenty of water and snacks. This is such a relaxing vacation!! |

My husband and I stayed at Dorado 102 for the
second time in May and are looking forward to
visiting again next year! The condo is spectacular,
comfortable and includes all of the amenities you
need including a BBQ that looks out to the ocean.
The surrounding grounds are so beautiful and
peaceful, it is like paradise. There are numerous
pools to choose from and none of them are
crowded, we were usually the only ones there. It is
our favorite vacation spot, it is always so hard to
leave! |

| We really enjoyed our recent stay at Cabo Villa (Dorado 102)! The beautifully decorated condo was very large and comfortable with the added bonus of a huge patio! The bedroom and living room even had lovely ocean views. We had every imaginable amenity! The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful and well manicured. The location of the condo was perfect – we were just a short walk to the pools, tennis courts, restaurants and of course, the beach! As a harried executive, I really appreciated the FREE calling to the US and high speed internet access. I would definitely recommend it! |

As Senior Tournament Tennis Players my wife and I get the opportunity to travel extensively. Our recent stay at the Cabo Villa (Dorado 102) has been one of the most memorable and pleasant trips we have ever made. The location of this unit is just plain perfect! The grounds are impeccably maintained and the unit is quite and comfortable. If your'e a tennis player, you will not find a better court surface (joint friendly) to play on than the grass carpet surface offered at these courts which are only 50 yards away from the Villas front entrance.
This unit will not dissapoint you in any way!
We will definitely return.

We spent our honeymoon as Casa del Mar. Aside
from a small check-in snafu (we were locked out
and the hotel is not happy to help condo guests)
that was thankfully resolved within an hour, the rest
of the week was blissful.
The condo has everything you need and more, and
great views of the sunrise and sunset. The pools are
big and usually empty or near-empty. We felt like
we had the place to ourselves.
We recommend eating lunch at the pool with the
swim up bar near the ocean - delicious!
Staying at Dorado 102 is really a great value. We'd
love to return. |

| We can't say enough about Dorado 102! The condominium has EVERYTHING you need to make your stay better than that of a five-star hotel. It is private, quiet, fully wired for e-mail and FREE phone calls to the U.S. and Canada. I have stayed in many places in Mexico over the years and nothing even comes close to this. It was absolute perfection and I can assure you there is no other place I will stay in the future when going to Cabo! Thank you so much. |

| We stayed at Dorado 102 for four days in Mid-April. A few years ago, we stayed in a high-end hotel in the Cabo corridor and we were a little apprehensive to give up the amenities of a nice hotel. We shouldn't have worried about it. Dorado 102 was very nice, close to one of the many pools on the grounds and extremely close to the beach with a great view of the beach and water. Also, the fact that it is part of the Casa Del Mar resort meant that we could make arrangements with the CDM for transportation, etc. Overall, very nice...you will enjoy it. |

| We stayed in Dorado 102 at Casa Del Mar in September of 2005. It was our first trip to Cabo and we were not prepared for the extremely hot weather, tropical humidity and the mosquitos at night. (There is no escaping this during this time of year so bring bug spray!) The UPSIDE to the weather is that this complex was virtually empty and we had the whole pool area to ourselves most days. It felt like we were the only people there at this immaculate resort. I cannot emphasize enough how RELAXING this location is compared to other places we visited. This condo is absolutely immaculate and commands a top position in the complex. The amenities and comfort level are far superior to most other units at Casa Del Mar. Despite the heat - it was an absolute pleasure to be able to walk directly to the pool from the condo and to have access to my own refrigerator which I stocked with plenty of reasonably priced groceries and thereby saved hundreds of dollars in food and beverage costs. The location of this condo - right next door to Las Ventanas and just a mile from Marquis Los Cabos gave us wonderful dining opportunities. I was so grateful for the high speed internet as I work on vacation and this unit was completely up to speed. We recommend this condo wholeheartedly and have already booked a return trip! |

| Cabo Villa's condo Dorado #102 was awesome! It is the perfect size for a couple. It has beautiful decor, very comfortable furnishings and so many amenities. The king size bed is really comfy with a down comforter. There is a TV with VCR and satellite cable and internet access in the bedroom. The bathroom is great and the large walk-in closet/ dressing area with an additional sink and vanity area was great. The kitchen is small yet very functional with all the appliances, dishes and items nevessary for cooking at home. Both the living room and bedroom have a beautiful ocean view with great patios that lead you ride out to a manicured lawn. The living room has a nice TV with satellite cable, DVD/VCR combo and stereo. The couch can also be converted into a bed. The patios have a great seating area, a large dining table for 6 and a nice gas grill. The condo is on the 1st floor so you can easily waly to the pool or the beach. There is parking right next to this condo and even a place to pull up and unload right in front of your door. The complex - Casa del Mar - is located in between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. It is great because you can easily get to both towns where there are lots of dining options, bars, shops and other activities. We went in Janury 2006 and the weather was beautiful. Sunny and breezy during the day (high 70's to low 80's) and cool at night. The water was also beautiful if a little cold. It was definitely refreshing. This was an excellent choice of lodging for our first trip to Los Cabos and we will definitely be back! |

I have stayed at condominiums at Casa del Mar twice and at the Hotel once.
In general, loved the hotel--first-class resort. It is a much better deal
to rent a condo than to rent a room at the hotel. The condos are as
integrated into the hotel as the rooms are but they are larger, less noisy
and from my experience offer better prices. One suggestion--rent this condo
which was in Phase Two. When I stayed at the hotel and at a condo in Phase
One I found out upon checkout that you are charged $5.00 just to connect to
the front desk to make a call. This is in addition to the high per minute
rate that you get charged making a call from Mexico. Even if you use a
calling card you are still charged $5 each time you use it. Spent $300 on
one trip just calling home. This unit (in Phase Two) isnt tied in to the
hotels phone system--has its own separate line.
Also, this one is a really big condo, has awesome views, has a great patio
and is near a large, quiet pool. The best is that there are not a bunch of
screaming kids bothering you all the time. I am booked for another week
this summer.

| I was extremely happy I chose this condo. I came for a working vacation. The fact that you offered free calls to the US, as well as free high speed Internet access was a first in all my years of travel. Based on past experiences I saved hundreds of dollars in international long distance charges. Casa Del Mar is a beautiful resort. The pools, the Beach club, the tennis courts,the gym and and spa and restaurants were all first-class. I checked out the hotel rooms, and I would definitely recommend renting this condo instead. It is a much better deal. It cost me less on a daily basis, and it was much, much larger, better furnished and better equipped than the hotel rooms. And they are on the exact same grounds as the hotel so you got full use of all amenities at your fingertips. I also checked out a few other condos. As far as 1 bedrooms go, this one really stood out. It was much larger than the other two I saw, and had a huge covered patio with a built in barbecue. While I didn't cook, it was a great place to hang out and the ocean views were awesome. I definitely plan to come back soon and bring my girlfriend. I think she will really like the romantic setting. While I didn't use them, I am sure she will appreciate the robes, the scented candles, and the overall romantic vibe of this condo. My only complaint was that the restaurant service was a little slow |

I was lucky enough to stay at this Condo for a week last summer and hope to return this spring. Besides being a beautiful unit I was also impressed by the proximity to everything at the resort. Every morning I walked the beach before I ate breakfast outdoors on the patio, and each night I watched the sun set from the living room (before I went dancing in Cabo!)
I very highly recommend Dorado 102! Thanks to the owners who keep this place immaculate! |
