My husband and I recently spent a month in the Philippines using the condo in Makati for our home base. We were impressed with the fact that the condo was equipped with everything to make us comfortable. From the new appliances in the kitchen to the desk and chairs in the bedroom. We enjoyed the view of the city each morning from the bedroom balcony.I used the iron and ironing board to keep our clothes pressed and I was happy to discover a hair dryer also had been provided. The condo is conveniently located with a drug store and coffee shop nearby.
It also is near several quality restaurants. It became our "home away from home". |

| My fiancee and I have stayed at this condo several times now it truly feels like our home away from home. The staff is wonderful and made sure that my stay in Manila was stress free and without worry. Thanks for everything Gray. The condo is a remarkable value and should be your first consideration when looking for a place to stay in Makati. |

| My fiancee and I just recently stayed at the condo in Makati. We had a wonderfull time and the condo is truly "top shelf" It was like being at home and after the first few nights it started to feel like home. I was very impressed with the condo and the service provided by the owner and his staff. I will continue to stay at this condo for future trips to Manila. |

| I had a great time at the condo. The location is perfect and the staff was there for my every need. When I return to Manila again I will be staying here again. Grey is a awesome host and took care of all my needs. This was my first visit to the Philippines and I am happy to say I will be back. It was nice to be met at the airport and taken to teh condo. I would recamend a stay at Grey's condo.. I know that I will return... Thank you very much for a vacation to remember. |

| "This was our second stay at the condo and as promised on our last visit some improvements have been made though it was already good enough to encourage us to return. There is a new shower with adequate hot water and access to the internet was installed prior to our departure. Virgil (the owners representative) is on hand when required without being intrusive and is determined to ensure you will have a hassel free stay, from meet and greet at the airport to a farewell handshake upon departure. We will return, thank you" |

Reviewing: VACATION IN THE PHILIPPINES!
My wife and I stayed at Grays Condo for a week in October. We enjoyed our stay at the condo; it is very clean, quiet and has all the amenities you need to be comfortable during your stay. We have stayed at many hotels, resorts over the years on our trips back to the Philippines, but have to say the water pressure and air conditioning in this unit are as good as you would expect in the States. Gray and his brother were very accommodating and made us feel right at home. We would stay there again on our next trip and will recommend the unit to our friends.

| "We had a pleasant stay at Mr. Gray’s condo unit, his representative in the Philippines was always very helpful in assisting us with our requests. The place is very spacious, a good value for our money not to mention it is ideally located to major establishments in Makati, which is excellent. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends. Mr.Gray, thanks again for accommodating us even if it was a last minute thing We are looking forward to our next vacation in the Philippines, and for sure, we'll be staying at your condo unit again. | Hi... I viewed your webpage and was glad to know that there's a place we can stay when we get down for our holiday. Yet not too soon coz we just spent our local holiday here in Dubai, but next year we would definitely consider. I hope when the time comes, the place will be available. The place is pretty, cozy and spacious...considering all the other facilities, amenities and the places nearby; i think it's perfect! |
