| Really wonderful place to stay with the family. The back yard is great for croquet & lawn games and there is a small protected beach - perfect for small kids. The neighborhood is charming and the hosts very accommodating. |

| It's a wonderful experience. The view is magnificent, and the house gives off a welcomeing atmostphere. Not to mention the neighbors were very nice. It's so relaxing and the beach in the back was great. I would recomend this. I will definetly stay there again soon. |

| Breathtaking sunset over the water! The views from the house are magnificent, and watching the water while sitting in front of the fireplace is a wondefully relaxing experience. House is well furnished and had everything we needed. Neighborhood is residential and cozy, and yet it is a short drive to stores and restaurants. Owner was very accomodating with my late request, and the heat was on when I arrived at the house. I will definitely go back! |

| This is a hidden treasure. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented, the views are precious. Rare to find such a wonderful home, with its very own beach, in such a quaint New England town as Branford, so close to NYC. |

This property was remodeled this past summer with new paint and carpet throughout. The bathtroom was remodeled with a new floor, vanity, sink and tub suround. The appliances are only few years old and the beds are new.
