Absolutely Perfect;
Steve I wanted to thank you for the most beautiful
property in all of our vacation rentals. And we
utilize vacation homes at least 6 times a year and
your is the best by far. The pictures you have
posted do not do the property justice, The Tuscany
Villa is Absolutely Perfect. When we arrived the
music in the house was the great touch and the
volume controls in each room is very cool, the tv's
with dvd in each room was great also.
The amenities in the kitchen are fantastic with
exceptional dish ware to everything you need to
prepare a tasteful dinner. And the beds are so
comfortable we all had a great nights sleep, they
where heavenly.
I also loved the fact we where only a 5 minute walk
to a great resort that had fantastic dining, shopping
nightclub and even a beautiful casino where I won
a little $$ while the kids took in a movie there. Oh
and the kids are excited as well, they can't stop
talking about the cool parks next to the property,
they had a blast.
Steve we will be returning in a few months and look
forward to staying at The Tuscany Villa. Steve we
have a few friends that wish to join us in the future,
do you have any other homes that you vacation

Hi Steve;
Carl and I wanted send our thanks to you for a great vacation. We loved the town home, the area and it had everything we needed for a great memory of our time in Vegas. We never seemed to find the time to get to that gorgeous pool because we were on the go almost all the time. I hope we left everything like we found it and that you were happy with us as tenants as we were to be there.

We wanted to thank you for the most amazing vacation the town home is absolutely gorgeous and walking distance to the Green Valley Ranch Resort. We so much enjoyed are stay in May. The kids can't stop talking about it. Next time we come to stay at one of your properties we need to get together for dinner and drinks.

WOW, it was better than I imagined, and comfortable I'll be back, and have no problems refering you all my friends who are coming to Vegas. Every thing is new at your house, beds, linens, TV's Appliances. Most other places I have rented in the past were older. What an experience and the pool and spa were perfect warm and clean and it was in December.
And the Green Valley Ranch Casino across the street is just as beautiful as the Bellagio. Movie theaters, nightclub, spa, great shopping and awesome restaurants. My wife and I Danced at Whisky Sky Nightclub while the kids watched a couple movies and enjoyed the arcade.
Steve and Lucy thanks for a GREAT Place to stay, its PERFECT!
