We stayed At this rental and had a very pleasant stay,quiet,very nice neighborhood,handy to eating places,grocery stores,gas stations,etc.
Owner was very helpful and lives in the next house if you need anything or information.
This is a very large house and will handle plenty of guests.Beautiful fruit trees and they were loaded.Game room will entertain the kids.
Deposit was refunded very promptly

| We just finished a stay here over the Thanksgiving holiday. We couldn't have been more impressed with the spaciousness, cleanliness, and beauty of this property. The owners are really nice, and the neighborhood is the best in the Mesa area. |

| This was the perfect house to stay while planning my daughters wedding so far from home. Plenty of storage room, 2 fridges. Huge house. Very comfortable and Rick made sure any needs were met while giving us our space. Very private and quiet. The kids loved the pool. Have already reccomended to a few. Thanks for everything!! |

I am soooo pleased to have found this property on VRBO.....it made me the hero of the family reunion.
This property has much more to offer than the description allows. It is incredibly spacious and gracious, and the owners couldn't be more hospitable. From the extra bedding, to a large crab pot, they were always right there to lend a hand.
we've already decided to make this home our Mesa home away from home, and so has everyone else we showed the home to, so book it while you can! |

| This home was all it was advertised and more. Six family members from Virgina, Nebraska and California stayed for a week, and we found it spacious, homey and well-stocked with amenities to make our vacation next to perfect. We have all agreed this is our pick again for next yr. |

Hi Rick, a note for prospective renters, you will not go wrong with renting this beautiful spacious home. All the amenties as your own home. If you enjoy oranges, grapefruits, and lemons the fruit trees are chock-full. Great pool, went back to Bflo with a great tan. Hope to return...

WE WERE BLESSED WHEN WE FOUND YOUR LISTING. THE PROPERTY WAS EVERYTHING YOU DESCRIBED AND MORE. SO PEACEFUL AND COMFORTABLE, WE CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN. OUR FRIENDS FROM SCOTTSDALE CAME OVER FOR A BBQ ONE NIGHT AND THEY WERE BLOWN AWAY BY THE HOUSE AND HUGE YARD. THE FRUIT TREES WERE LUSH WITH FRUIT WHICH MADE FOR SOME GREAT MIMOSAS IN THE AM.ALL IN ALL A SPLENDID WEEK IN A SETTING BEFITTING ROYALTY.
