| what a nice family get together we had. the house had plenty of space, didn't feel crowded. it was nice and clean, and we loved how close it was to the strip, literally a five minute cab ride. thank you for accomodating us. i will definitely try to book you again next time i'm there with a group of people. |

| Quiet and relaxing place to stay to get away from the noise of the Strip but still be only 5 minutes from the action. Definitely kid friendly and with plenty of space. Perfect to host a dinner/pool party. It was exactly what our group wanted and the price was very affordable. |

This was a wonderful place for us to celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary. The house was very clean, was very comfortable. There was everything that we needed for a wonderful week in Vegas. The staff were gracious and accomadating in every way.This would be a wonderful place for a family to stay.

I stayed at this apartment for 10 days in June 08, and can say it was totally perfect for us.
5 of us stayed here, and it provided the perfect distance between us and the strip so that we didn't have to be surrounded by it every day, but could easily get there.
The house itself is huge, and very well kept.
I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Vegas to look into staying in this apartment. |

| I was a little hesistant to rent over the internet because of all the different scams out there, but the Owner is AWESOME!! Great house!! Nice and Clean. Felt just like home... Every room is furnished, has a grill to BBQ, convenient washer and dryer, I would definitely recommend to everyone. |

| This house worked perfectly for my family's 30th reunion. There was enough room for all 12 of us and lots of space for all to be together. It was close to the strip and other major sites and the expressway to the airport. The owner was willing to answer all of our questions and provided what she promised. This is an economical, convenient and comfortable house for a large group. |

| House worked out great for us during a hockey tournament. Saved lots of money by staying here and doing all our own cooking. It's in a centrally-located area and it is very easy to find things in general vicinity. Would definitely stay here again. |

| We were fortunate to obtain this house for the president's Day weekend in Las Vegas. I took a volleyball team of 11 16-18 year old girls. The house was more than adequate for all of us -- I truly think if the team was larger we could have acommodated more players. The house was on a quiet street off a major thoroughfare so we had the convenience of getting anywhere fast with a super quiet at night neighborshood. Location close to lots of shopping of every kind-- grocery and otherwise. Close to on-ramps to interstate but far enough so there was no traffic noise. The house was more than adequately stocked with bed and bath linens, dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, large and small appliances including a hair dryer, blender, toaster oven, microwave. I didn't even have to buy clothes washing soap or dishwashing soap. The price was very reasonable. The neighbor who oversees the house for the owner was very helpful and friendly -- even though I never needed any assistance, it was nice to know I could call on him. House was spotless and I hope we left it that way too. |

| This was a perfect house for our traveling group to compete in the National tennis competition! Big enough for all 10 of us, close to many tennis courts, the strip, and other hotel where our other team mates were staying. The combination lock code of the front door was ideal for such a large group going and coming out of the house. The owner is very accommodating. I would definitely make this home my home whenever I'm in Vegas again. |

| I stayed this passed weekend at this house and it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. It is really convenient, especially if you are traveling in a group. The house is nice, and the strip is just a few minutes away. On my next visit to Vegas I am definately considering to stay here again. Can't wait to come back!! |

| My friends and I have rented the house on two separate occassions. Each time, we have been more than pleased with the accomodations. The house is ideal for our needs. I recommend it without hesitation for anyone looking to get away from the fast pace of the strip while still having it readily accessible to them. It was just like having a home away from home. The house was exactly what we expected. Great for a large group. We had 10 people and were very comfortable. It was big, clean, and in a great location. | The location was wonderful. It is near the I-15, shopping mall and strip. I was able to find my way around with ease. That was a big plus for me. My family preferred staying in the house instead of venturing out into the Vegas heat. They were not bored for one second. They enjoyed the patio mister,dart board,pool & pool table. Great house!Great location! We would definately stay here again. |
