| We stayed at the Overlook in 11/07 and had a great time. This home is nicely decorated inside and very roomy. Good location up the mountain, about 1/2 mile from the ski lodge. Kids loved the house and the indoor water park was great. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant to work with which made our visit even more pleasureable. We will definitely be visiting the Overlook again! |

| We had a group of 11 for a weekend retreat in November and it was perfect for what we were doing. I will definately consider renting Overlook again. The staff at Massanutten were incredible and the location in the woods was right next to the hiking trails. Thoroughly enjoyed it as did our group. |

Up the mountain straight across from the house to the trail. Take a right and you have a good hour hike along the ridge available.

We spent an enjoyable weekend here in the early spring. We were able to rent two neighboring houses, which was perfect for a family reunion. The house is lovely, and the setting is beautiful.
