Skip! La Paz was amazing, thank you so much again. Everything was fine. We had a little problem witht he bathroom toilet but it only needed to be plunged.
The dolphins were incredible, that was one of our favorite things. We also had a great time fishing. I caught two fish and David caught one, we saw some whales and a marlin and a manta ray. We went wave-running twice, he really enjoyed that.
I think that was it, we ate at telecote beach and liked it and then ate at Rancho Viejo a bunch. I wish we had gone out more but I was just so tired by the end of the day. But it was amazing and we had a great time. Let me know if you need naything else.
Love, melissa

Skip Thank you so much for the wonderful time we spent at your La Paz condo. We tried and enjoyed all of your e-mail suggestions, Rancho Viejo was truly a special place, we only ate there maybe 6 times, also found a little stand on the road along the water that served fish, shrimp and lobster tacos, amazing is all my son could say. We all fell in love with La Paz. David and I went fishing and caught 5 nice Dorado, Gerardo was all you said he would be. Tecolote beach was just beautiful with the white sand beach and clear water. Drove to Todos Santos and Cabo San Lucas one day, we were all happy to be back in La Paz after seeing Cabo. My son and I are talking to Ricardo about unit #503 and would appreciate some info. Please call at your convenience. Your marina information is very helpful, thanks, still not sure where we will keep the boat yet, but we have time to make that decision. We are so appreciative David, Emeline David & Malou

We are mostly finished with the process of fixing up our condo after purchasing it only last March. As it had been virtually unused for several years, we immediately went in and made a bunch of improvements:
1. New Refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, Henckle silverware, plates, plastic ware for the pool; 2. All new sheets, bedspreads, mattress pads, down pillows and beach towels; 3. All new Royal Velvet bath towels and bathmatts. 4. New cotton window treatments on every window in the entire unit; 5. Two new TV's and a DVD player on the living room TV, with about 50 DVD's and a satellite dish that receives all of the U.S. channels, plus about 20 movie channels; 6. New Living Room and Dining Room furniture; 7. Numerous repairs throughout; 8. New patio furniture.
