Now that we have been back for a few days, both Ebie and I are still marveling at what a wonderful time we had at the cottage. I can not think of one single thing that we wanted for on our trip.
Your hospitality was so gracious. Kammi, Rielley, Ralph and Jingles were an absolute delight to be around. Each one is uniquely lovable and truly make the cottage a complete home away from home.
Thanks again for providing such a comfortable place for us. We know that Thomas has some memories that will be quite lasting. |

| JoAnn's cottage and her hospitality were top-notch! This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. We all truly enjoyed the marsh views, pool, beach and wildlife...There's nothing quite like cooking up a dozen freshly caught blue crabs for lunch, especially in such a picturesque setting. We will be back! |

| We have been fortunate enough to stay at the "Cottage" several times over the past two years and each time we leave, we start dreaming about our next trip. The home is lovely - very clean and comfortable - and the grounds enchanting. All topped off by JoAnn's warm hospitality and sweet, loving dogs. There's two docks - one small and one large - to fish, crab or boat from. A beautiful pool to relax around or in. A patio for dining or just relaxing and two bikes to ride. The beach is really close, sevearl great galleries and shops a few miles a way and lots to do in town. I expect your stay at the "cottage" will surpass your expectations - as it always does with us, each and every time we stay there. Can't wait to visit again. We miss those hugs and kisses from Ralph, Jingles, Cammie and Riley !! |

We had a wonderful time at the Cozy Cottage - the pictures don't do it justice! It is so nice, comfortable and the perfect getaway! Ideal location for the area - easy drive to town or the beach, though most days we just stayed there and relaxed! Thank you Joanne! |

| We totally enjoyed our brief stay! The cottage offers peace, privacy and a terrific location for beach or touring Beaufort. Casey the dog made himself at home...maybe too much so! Thank you for your warm hospitality and quality accommodations. Wish we had mor time! |

| We just returned from an idyllic few days in the "Cozy Cattage." The setting is beautiful and very restful. You can find activities to fill your days or just laze about in the fairytale-like setting. Not only are the accomdations lovely, but the company is beyond compare - especially the four-legged company! JoAnn is a very warm and gracious host, and her four-legged family is extremely loveable. We feel as though we've truly found a home away from home. We hated to leave. We definitely plan a return visit! |

| I spent a fabulous weekend at the cottage over Easter. The cottage was so comfortable and had absolutely everything you could need. The property was beautiful with the azaleas in bloom. It was such a peaceful and quiet weekend. The pool was very nice, little too cold to get in, but it was so clean and pretty. I spent several days sitting on the side reading or napping. A benefit of staying here was that I was able to bring my dog, Cooper. He had a great time with the other dogs and checking out the whole place. The cottage and property is VERY dog friendly. You are very close to the beach (about 6 miles or so) and local eateries. I hope to visit again soon. Thank you Jo Ann for a wonderful vacation. |

| Just got back from an awesome weekend getaway at the cottage. Though only an hour from Savannah, it felt like worlds away. So peaceful and relaxing, the site couldn't be more beautiful. JoAnn was a great hostess. We will be back!! |

| What a great place to relax! We had a great time retreat from our kids and spending time in silence on the hammock on the big dock. We caught some great crabs and had a feast!! Had a great day at the beach and before we knew it, it was time to head home. Jo Ann is a gracious host. Funny two of her dogs share the same names as our two daughters, craziness. Peaceful time. Enjoy. |

This is the "place" if you are looking to rest and relax. The grounds are fabulous, the cottage is top notch. The iew on the marsh is great. Beaufort is a lovely town and Hunting Island has to be seen. The golf courses are great. We have been in SC the past three years and this year was the best. Thanks Jo-Ann |

| We have just returned from another wonderful week at JoAnn's. Our second week was even more enjoyable than our week last summer. knowing that the cottage is fully stocked, so to speak, meant much less to bring. the cottage and grounds are as beautiful as ever. the weather was wondeful and we spend several afternoons at the beach and many more hours at the pool and enjoying the peace & quiet. one could not ask for a nicer hostess. We'll be back again and are also looking forward to visiting her condo in the mountains of NC.. thank you again for a wonderful week. |

| This was truly the best vacation I've ever had. JoAnn made the whole family (including our dogs) feel so much at home. My Border Collie never knew she could have so much fun! The cottage was was so clean, the property was gorgeous, the pool so refreshing, and we caught over 40 crabs off the crabbing dock. The beach was close and nice, the state park was like a tropical setting, we even went horseback riding down the rode from the cottage. If anything, the pictures in the listing don't do justice to the actual beauty of JoAnn's property. I was truly sad to leave and hope someday I can get back there. Thank-you JoAnn for a truly memorable vacation. |

| We had a wonderful time here. The facilities are truly as nice as described in the ad. Jo Ann made us (and our dog)feel perfectly at home. We haven't had a more relaxing vacation in ages. I can't imagine a better place to stay with a dog. Or without a dog for that matter. Thanks Jo Ann. |

I am a Marine Mom from Ohio who recently traveled to SC for my son’s graduation from Marine bootcamp. When searching for a place to stay in the Parris Island area that would accept pets, I came across this lovely cottage. Please don’t have any qualms about staying here as everything that is depicted and described on this web page is accurate! I would like to add that the cottage is immaculately clean, and JoAnn has provided for every amenity that a person could want! The distance from Parris Island was only a short drive and we had the opportunity to travel to Hunting Island State Park (about a ten minute drive) three times during our short visit. Our Chocolate Lab loved running up and down the beach while I collected shells! May I add that the cottage is quite enchanting, very comfortable and most relaxing! JoAnn is a lovely person and animal lover, and I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to anyone. We were definitely provided with the perfect solution for accomodations while traveling with our pet! Thanks JoAnn!

| Last July I spent a week at JoAnn's cottage. It was by far the best week I've spent in along time. The marsh is gorgeous and we were 5 minutes from the beach. Jo Ann is a delightful person and I can't wait to return. |

| Last summer my 2 boys and I spent a glorious week at this lovely cottage. I cannot put into words how beautifully landscaped the property is. We were blown away by the hospitality. The dock and pool provided hours of fun catching crabs and swimming. Everything was perfect! The proximity to Hunting Island makes for easy trips to the beach. We will definetly be back. |

I don't get a chance to 'retreat' often. The Cozy Cottage was the perfect retreat and exceeded my greatest expectations. It is all that its name implies, and more. So quiet, serene, comfortable, charming, and surrounded by nature at its doorstep. Most importantly to me, my old dogs were made to feel as welcome as we humans. I cannot wait to return! |
