| We had a wonderful time over Father's Day weekend at your lake house! What a great spot on the lake! And the amenities were unbelievable - 100% Egyptian Cotton sheets and all the top of the line kitchen tools, appliances and gadgets one could ever dream of! My 83 year old father thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching all the water sports. We were reminded of many happy times of days gone by that we had at our own place on Lake of the Ozarks. Thanks for all your kindness and hospitality too! We truly enjoyed our stay here! The waterfront was amazing and swimming off the dock was fabulous. The house was very clean & very well stocked with everything we needed - even spices!
This location is great because it is near to so many fun activities and the water area was very calm.
Thank you very much for the great house. It was the perfect place for our "family bonding"!

| This lake front home was perfect for our "lake vacation"! The home is easily accessible to other interesting & fun activites, along with just playing on the lake. Fredricksburg and Austin are just an hour away, which our kids enjoyed. We also visited the local sites like the Longhorn cavern and the "Slab". We would highly recommend this home and look forward to spending another vacation on LBJ. |

| This was our first stay at the property. The house is very well kept up and just as listed it has everything you need. You can tell that the owners and previous guest have taken care of the place. We didn't get out and enjoy the area other than the short trip to the Grocery Store or Dollar General for forgotten items. They water was great and was not allot of traffic. This was perfect for the kids to get out and enjoy our jetski's. The boat ramp is just a few houses away. Owners are very active in ensuring everything is perfect for you and go out of their way to ensure you and your family have a great time. It shows that they really do care. We enjoyed the vacation very much and look forward to making another trip next year. A BIG THANKS |

Every summer for the last several years we've made a point to get our whole family, the grandparents, parents and grandkids, together on a short vacation spot somewhere in Texas. This is our second summer (Aug 13-17 '07) in a row to come to this LBJ Lakehouse. We were so pleased with the entire experience last year we tried to duplicate it this year - we did. It was great. Now if you could only get the catfish to jump out onto the bank just before suppertime....
On our last evening we all sat down to vote on next summer's family getaway. The candidates were (1) sand and surf at a Galveston beach house, (2) Tubing and shooting the rapids of the Frio and (3)this LBJ Lakehouse. The unanimous winner was LBJ Lakehouse - again! So we will be back next summer. Keep the water cool. Thanks for one of the most complete rental packages we've found."

Thank you Whitson Family for making your home, "our home away from home". What a wonderful place it is. We had such a great time, we fished off the dock and caught white bass that are very good eating, we fished Lake Buckanan caught stripe bass also very good. we played golf and just relaxed.
We were there from Feb 16th till March 17th and had sun everyday...it was great. Can't wait to come back..Thanks

Beautiful Weather! October 2007

Why: To get away & take time for ourselves. To rejuvenate!
What we did: Sewed a Halloween costume, scrap booked, crocheted, knitted, beaded. Craft tables were provided.
Grilled steaks, watched movies, drank mojitos, had fun!
Great floor space with the comforts of home. Great view, we also laid out on the dock and watched kids ski.
Already looking forward to doing this "Mom's Weekend" again the same time next year.

| Had a fabulous time at the lakehouse. Accomodations are superb. A well stocked house with all the amenities.The dock is easy to set up a boat and the private nearby ramp was great. The lake was beautiful and not too crowded for boating like Lake Travis can be. My daughter even caught her first fish. All and all a very enjoyable weekend and definitely will be back. |

We have rented vacation homes in numerous places including Galveston and New Braunfels and this is the most thoughtfully set up for the guests we've seen. Everything one needs (except food and drink) is provided. You don't have to run to the store for what you forgot, it's there!
Great spot, great house, and recreational water at your back door. Kids and adults alike had a wonderful time. Nice folks to deal with that makes every reasonable effort to make your stay pleasant and hassle free.

Our group returned for another Fri through Sunday getaway. We spent the majority of Saturday out on the lake in the boat. Saturday evening we had a cookout and ended the night with a game of Trivial Pursuit! The beds were comfy and the home was like our homes away from home.We definitely plan on another trip here & will do this again, soon.

| We had an incredible vacation! The house had everything we needed and then some; the kids couldn't stop catching fish; the lake was pretty quiet, but had just enough traffic to give us some wakes to jump the tube across behind the boat. This vacation tops our week at Disney World last year by a mile. I can't wait to go back again. |

| Graduation 2007 We had a great time at the lake. Our son opted for a trip to the lake to end his high school career, he and two of his friends spent hours out in the boat. Our daughter decided on a cruise for graduation, but our son is all about water sports. The lake and house were perfect for this end of high school trip. The house had plenty of extras amenities I have not seen at other rental properties. My husband spent most of his time at the house just relaxing, I came up for the weekend. A word of warning if you are coming from San Antonio, watch your speed through Blanco. The only negative about the weekend was the speeding ticket I got. |

| stayed for a month last year and liked it so much we came back for the whole winter this year.The climate was just right for us michiganders,some drought breaking rains but still enough sun and warmth to keep us happy.Got to watch the white bass fishing in march and caught a 20in largemouth myself.Bought a texas state park sticker and enjoyed going to inks lake sp and enchanted rock sp several times for hiking and fantastic scenery.Had a canoe and enjoyed getting on the water often as it was usually calm during the winter.We have golfed on five different local courses and enjoyed the differences of them all.Staying through march this year brought out an amazing amount of beautiful native plants and blooms,also got to see many more migratory birds than last year.The house was perfect for inviting friends down from the north and not feeling crowded.The neighbors were friendly but we usually felt like we had the lake almost to ourselves during the week to sit on the porch and watch the water birds and sunsets. thank you |

This is the place - no need to look any further!!
I still cannot get over the cleanliness of the house and the property; the provisions were absolutely perfect and well thought out.
The house is positioned on the best part of the river and allows for excellent sceneries both morning and evening. We have rented many places in the hill country but have yet to find one as accommodating as this house. The owners are very, very, nice people and a pleasure to do business with.

| Our Memorial Weekend Getaway at this beautiful lakefront home was the best time we have ever had. The "home" was very clean,spacious and filled with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The location was perfect and the dock was so convienant for us to be able to pull up and load and unload kids from the boat. The kids were able to fish right from the bank and dock and they had a blast catching and releasing. We look forward to our next visit. You are in for a treat at this lovely home. |

What a wonderful vacation! It was nice to be away from the hustle-bustle of city life. The sunsets were spectacular, and views from the porch were so peaceful! The house was beautiful & equipped with everything we could ask for. We went on the Vanishing Texas River Cruise on Lake Buchanan, took a picnic lunch to the Fall Creek Winery (what a delight!)and visited Lost Creek & Spice Creek Wineries. Each one was unique with delightful hostesses. Dinner at Cafe 909 in Marble Falls was the highlight of the trip. Five star dining that can compete with any restaurant in any major city in a comfortably casual atmosphere. We would highly recommend it! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

| My sisters, brother and our spouses stayed at the lake house the last weekend in July. There were 4 couples. It was perfect for us. It was very spacious, extremely clean and had everything one needed for your stay there. Our only regret was we had to leave so soon. We hope to come back next year if we can all find the time. Since we all come from different directions the location worked well for us. We love that area, plenty to do and see. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Hopefully next time the weather will cooperate for star gazing with the telescope. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the activities on the water and just visiting with each other. Thanks to the owners for providing such a lovely and inviting place to stay. |

We had a great time at this lake house. It was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The lake was wonderful! We enjoyed boating, swimming and fishing. We had some luck with catfish using shrimp from the dock.
We took advantage of the central location of the house with day trips to San Antonio, Enchanted Rock, Inks Lake State Park, Gruene and Fredericksburg. We even hosted a cook-out one evening with some friends from Austin.
As an extra bonus, we even got to enjoy a quote from one of our hometown heroes (the late Paul Richards of Waxahachie, Texas) on the poster in the foosball room.
The owners were very gracious and responsive. I hope our travels bring us back this way soon! |

What a wonderful place! We had an open house to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. It was so easy to have a wonderfully successful party in this house. The kitchen was very well stocked. I really appreciated you gathering the extra folding chairs, card tables, and 5-gallon tea coolers so I didn't have to bring those in all the way from Houston. You even sent me a 5-gallon sweet tea recipe. This was definitely going the extra mile!
Thank you so much for offering such a clean, well furnished, usable, comfortable, appealing home away from home. Many of our guests remarked on how great the house was. I hope you get some additional business from them.

During our visit we exeperienced a rodeo, the following parade, visited The Alamo, Houston Space Centre, went trail riding, journeyed through the Longhourn Caverns amongst other things and in between sat overlooking the lake and relaxed. Heaven.
A lovely country, state, town and house with lovely people. Highly recommended. |

| This home is very comfortable. The view of the lake is gorgeous and we spent many hours bathing in the sun on the dock. Everything we needed was available and easy to find. |

We had a great time at this wonderful lake house. The house was very roomy with a nice floor plan with the bedrooms well separated from the living areas. This made it easy for some to sleep in and others to get their day started early. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and plenty of room for your groceries. The refrigerator even has an ice maker- which was a nice bonus. The foosball table made for entertaining evenings with my son. The owners were extremely attentive and eager to please. We will definately stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

| Unbelieveable home....very very clean with all modern baths and kitchen...steps away from the lake, but plenty of yard to play yard darts, etc...the view from the living area of the lake is spectacular...golfing minutes away was an added plus....you can't go wrong renting this house... |

Great vacation house. Location is wonderful. Great view of the lake, boat dock, shaded yard, covered deck, etc. We slept eight people very comfortably. Extremely clean, great condition. Very nice furnishings. Will definately be back.
Good golf courses within a few minutes drive, too! |

"I sat on the porch at night and watched the glimmering reflections of the lights across the Llano River. I walked thru the neighborhood and enjoyed the sites of nature.
The towels were soft, the pillows fluffy, and the mattress was yummy. It was a great vacation!"

| My family spent a long weekend at this wonderful, comfortable home. We were definetely not ready to leave and plan to return in the summer when we have more time. We enjoyed the beautiful view of open water and the quiet, secluded neighborhood. I was pleasantly suprised at how well stocked the kitchen was making meals a breeze. The pristine cleanliness of the whole house was also appreciated. |

| We had an awesome time at this super clean, super spacious, wonderful property on the water. The house was equipped with everything you need to cook and then some. My friends and I had and fantastic time and are for sure planning another trip out. The owners were super friendly and answered all our questions in a very timely fashion. I would recommend this place to any one looking to get away and just relax. It had a huge backyard with a great patio to just sit on and watch the day go by! Definitely a good choice! |

| My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful home over SpringBreak! The house has all the comforts for a wonderfully relaxing stay. I loved the glass windows that provide an excellent view of the Llano River. The dock provided hours of fishing pleasure. We plan on staying again and will tell our friends and family about this place! |
