| My sister and I took our kids and had a wonderful time for spring break. The house was perfect for us and the location was great. It is located directly across the street from the beach and only 5 blocks from Garden City Pier. We would highly recommend this house for a large family with teenagers or smaller children. |

| We have stayed at Mudd Monkeys on several occasions, both during the Summer and Fall seasons. We absolutely love the house and the location. We have had some of the best times here, Bike Ralley's, Family Times and just some ladies doing some singing and shopping!! I recommend the house to anyone looking for lots of room, comfortable beds and furnishings and a great view and location!! |

| This is one fantastic beach house!!! It fit our every need. There was plenty of room to accommodate everyone. We had 13 people in all and everyone had their own space. Very clean with all conveniences. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck. The beach access was just across the street and very convenient. I would recommend Mud Monkeys to anyone with a large family or group. |

| We just returned from a week of vacation at 'Mud Monkeys". It was fantastic! Our family really enjoyed being so close to the beach.Lisa and Peggy were there to greet us when we arrived, and they were available to assist us anytime we contacted them.The home was quite comfortable and accommodating. We would highly reccomend this vacation property |

| Thanks we had a great time. The house is in fantastic condition and a hop & skip from the beach. The dogs did great and having the enclosed deck was perfect. Just wanted to let you know Gary fixed disposal & dishwasher while there & we purchased charcoal grill and left there for the rest of your guests. Thanks and hope to be able to return next year! We have just returned from a wonderful family vacation spent at your Mud Monkeys rental unit (March 11th -18th, 2006). We just wanted to let you know how much we sincerely enjoying staying in your home. Our three sons aged 15, 19 and 22 were with us as well as one of their girlfriends and our family dog, Otis (miniature schnauzer). My husband and sons are all very tall people - 6'3' + and your home fit us all so perfectly. It was so spacious and with the screened in porch and gated deck, our dog was able to enjoy the outside safely. We had brought his run with us but the ones you provided in the backyard were an added bonus. We appreciate all the features of the home that made our stay at the beach so relaxing. Again we apologize for not replacing the kitchen light bulb that blew but it blew late Friday night and we left Garden City at 5 am on Saturday morning so did not get the opportunity to replace it. We are hoping to return next year for a longer stay so definitely we will be contacting you. Thanks again for the rental of your home.
